This store is the exclusive seller of all Piaggio group bikes in El Paso. Yes, that's right, Piaggio, as in Italian bikes. Yea, if the high pitched whiny 600cc (very fast) but very typical Japanese bikes are your thing, then this isn't your place. This store features some absolute MONSTERS! They carry cruisers, cafe racers, scooters, off-road quads and buggy's, and Super Sports bikes! Yea... SUPER bikes dude. Moto El Paso has a huge show room floor in which you'll find some amazing machines. They sell the iconic Royal Enfield, the historic and always popular Vespa brand scooters, Arctic Cat adventure machines, the stunningly beautiful Moto Guzzi cruisers and racers, the eye catching (and easily BEST looking stock exhaust design) MV Augusta superbikes, and of course, my personal favorite, the 54 World Title winning Aprilia brand. From adventure bikes to naked bikes, From the RSV4 RR/RF to the RSV4 Factory and the Tuono, THIS is where you will find your Aprilia. THIS is where I found MY Aprilia (1000cc , 201hp RSV4 RR). The facility is large, clean, and impressive. The ENTIRE staff is amazing. This isn't a "chain" or franchise type dealership. This is a specialty dealer that carries the Italian superbikes. The staff gives the impression of being less of a "dealership", and more like a family. Seriously, everyone there is so awesome and friendly. Very knowledgeable, not pushy, very accommodating. Tracy (the owner) is a GREAT dude! Mike (runs the parts area) is always there, always friendly and very helpful. The ladies that work there are just great, and I feel bad because I don't know any of their names, but they remember who I am every time I go in and always great me with a smile and ask how I'm doing. Even the mechanics there, same thing. They'll stop and chat you up. Shoot the BS with you. Talk about your bike, their bikes, whatever. Sometimes I go in there just to say hi! I feel very welcomed there. They have a service department and a clothing / gear / safety equipment area (where Mike works). When you want to order a part, OEM or after market, Mike will sit there and go online with you to vendors that are trusted and recommended and sit for hours (trust me I always take forever to decide) until you have the right part that you want and works with your bike. Since buying my BEAST, I've order / purchased (through Mike and Moto El Paso): *Competition Werkes GP exhaust *Fender Eliminator kit *CRG Shorty (black and red) brake lever and clutch lever *T-Rex Frame Sliders They have an awesome service crew too, and they have installed all my stuff for me once it comes in. Through another company (ZLT Graphics), I've ordered a CUSTOM decal kit that will make my bike all black/red/chrome and similar to a RF but also very unique. Because it's obviously important to place on super correctly, the guys at Moto El Paso are going to install the graphics kit as well (for a small fee of course. But the work is quality). Now don't get me wrong; I love and very much appreciate / respect the more typical Japanese brand sports bikes. There's NOT MUCH out there that I like the looks of better than a Suzuki GSX-R 750. That blue/white/green color scheme is fresh. And the Yamaha R1? The only bike that CAN be compared to my Aprilia in the Liter bike (super bike) category. Hell, I was alllllll set to buy a very pretty Honda CBR 600RR. But by a stroke of fate, that shop was closed on a Monday, and i was off, so I drove down to Moto El Paso. Tracy (whom I didn't know was the owner at the time) introduced himself and 24hrs later I owned a BRAND NEW Aprilia RSV4 RR for a deal that is so unbelievable, I'm not even gonna say it lol. While they don't have a huge selection of clothing, they definitely have everything you need. From them I've bought 2 pairs of Alpine Stars gloves (summer and winter), an amazing Alpine Stars riding jacket (Andes V2), and an Icon Alliance GT helmet. They also carry a ton of HJC helmets. Very fairly priced too. And if they don't have it, they'll order it for you. If you are ready to step UP in your bike game, Moto El Paso is a place you should consider. I would not recommend this shop to anyone! Stay away from them, especially the service department. I found out they do not warranty any of their work only after having my motorcycle sit in their shop for over a month. They kept adding work and service to my bike beyond what was originally intended. After spending over a thousand dollars, my bike was left in terrible running condition. The parts manager was confronted with the problem and he stated the following: "The owner says that the bike was brought in for a carb job and it is running... any additional work will have to be billed and will cost extra." This of course after having the bike sit in their shop for over a month. Don't take your bike here..go anywhere else. read more

The end of this month. I was on a 10,000 mile cross country motorcycle ride when I realized I needed a rear tire. It was Sunday and most MC shops are closed S/M. I began searching for anyone who could help me as I drive a Victory Vision and not just anyone can manage these bikes. Just several minutes before they closed, I got a hold of Tracy, the owner. He took the time to check if he had the tire, and told me to bring it in the next day. He had his mechanic clear his schedule and I was back n the road in less than three hours. 0 stars. Do not trust El Paso Moto for anything. I went there in January 2024 to purchase a motorcycle. I filled out all my information with the sales representative for the motorcycle that I wanted to purchased. At the end, I was charged hundred dollars deposit fees and told to sign the form so I did sign the form. When I asked Ben that I need the copy of the form that I had signed, I was told by Ben and Cindy that they cannot give me the copy until store manager sign it so I said OK. They took my email and send me that copy next day. At that point, I did not feel good about it but I just went with it. I thought that I might be overthinking. The same day sales representative Ben had told me that I would have to have address in El Paso to register my motorcycle. I told Ben that I am active duty military and I will only be staying in Texas for six months. Then I will be moving to Illinois which is my permanent residence so I would like to register my bike in my state he lied to me and said that this is not possible I have to register my motorcycle with Texas because I'm buying it in Texas. So couple days before I was about to receive my bike, I called my state and asked them if this was the case and my state said that this is absolutely not correct so I reached out to Ben and said that this is the case and he had said that oh I would talk to my manager and give you a call back which never happened. I went ahead and decided that I will not be purchasing anything with El Paso Moto. Please please please do not get into trap like this. Absolutely worst service. read more

I wish I could select a rating lower than not good. Extremely poor customer service. We purchased a 2016 Hisun Sector 1000 demo, purchased as a new vehicle, along with a 2020 BMS scooter. We paid cash for both. The scooter had a trunk that was not the correct color. We asked for a replacement, did not receive until 3 months later. The Hisun started leaking hydraulic oil from the dump body after we put less than 1 hour on it, and we didn't even use the dump body. We returned it to Moto El Paso for service. They had it for over 8 weeks and refused to acknowledge that there was a problem. We were accused of sabotaging it ourselves by pouring oil under it. It was also suggested that perhaps our neighbors were jealous and they poured oil under it. We received conflicting information every time we called in for an update, speaking to a different person every time. The owner was extremely rude, even called me a liar. In the end, we picked it up after 8 weeks and absolutely nothing had been done. All we wanted was to have the hydraulic lines replaced. Never happened. Please beware of this company. They are very happy to take your money but follow up and service are extremely lacking. read more

Just bought a Royal Enfield and love the bike. I think it will last a while and does its job. This review is for the dealership though. They were very friendly, available, and patient. We took three trips there and spent at least an hour each time before finally choosing one. I felt taken care of and like they wanted my business. I took my wife and 4 kids up there with me for the final process. As you can imagine, it can be stressful having kids around so many bikes. The staff was very helpful and attentive to my kids while we did the paperwork. That's not part of their job, but they did it anyways. I personally feel like the price is fair even when you consider the brands that they sell. Meaning, they are already less expensive than household brands like Harley, Yamaha, and Suzuki, but they even take the selling price lower than the MSRP. So it feels like you're paying nothing. Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to say all their vehicles are top of the line and better than other brands. I'm saying that what they sell is priced fairly for that brand... which happens to be a lot cheaper than other brands. If you want the products they sell, you won't be disappointed. It's definitely worth a look before you pay as much as a car for a bike. read more
