So, here I am. I googled for a place to do my emissions test, I chose Bagdon because of its location, hours and because it is a local owned business. There were no other people ahead of me, the owner was attentive and took care of other lil issues with my vehicle along with the emissions test. When it comes to vehicle service I have had way more positive experiences with local business than nation wide franchise. Owner acknowledged fault, but refused to do anything about it. I am currently deployed. Owner argued with my wife saying "oh well I'm the only Audio store on Dyer". Owner is very unprofessional and treats customers as if they are "homies". Truly unacceptable behavior and expense for services rendered at an amateur level of work. I will not recommend this place to my soldiers who work hard overseas and look forward to quality service when they spend their money, nor will I take any vehicle there again. Now I will have to buy replacement console from Toyota at over $130 to repair the damage. Clearly they are after your money and do not care about customer service or their craftsmanship. There is another audio store (Pro Audio) two blocks down the road where we will take our business to in the future.
