NOT A SINGLE REPAIR WAS TAKEN WITHOUT MY APPROVAL OF THE EXPENSE. COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! I had looked at reviews after my accident and based on their Google reviews I chose Pronto Body Shop. I recently had my white Ford Focus towed to their shop in August 2024. Laura was really nice and got the paperwork started. Unfortunately, my insurance decided to total the car based on its age. I decided to go ahead and work on the vehicle instead of releasing it to the insurance and having the car junked. I proceeded working with the manager, Tiffany Menefee, who truly made me feel like she understood my financial situation. I was given two estimates, one to make the car drivable and the other for cosmetic repairs to the vehicle. This was done so that I could determine financially whether I could proceed to the next step. They were careful to select salvaged mechanical parts that were in good condition to keep my expenses low. They also worked in stages by first addressing the mechanics and drivability. They did not want to remove any of the damaged fiberglass paneling incase I could not financially proceed to the estimate for body work because it would have been impossible to get the fiberglass panels back on due to them being bent out of shape. They worked methodically to ensure that I did not exceed the mechanical drivability estimate, not only did they not exceed the estimate they had provided but the total actually fell under the estimate. This is how businesses should be run! No surprise overages where you feel taken advantage of. Because of their dedication to details and constant communication to verify any changes or charges I was able to proceed with the additional body work. Everything together was still under the estimates I was initially quoted and the work was excellent. As a woman, I have been made to feel ignorant by some mechanics when I have struggled to ask technical or mechanical questions. I have felt their impatience with my lack of knowledge. However, I was never made to feel that way by Mrs. Menefee. She went over every detail step by step. Every question was thoroughly explained in a way that I could understand. As a previous insurance adjuster, she explained how to proceed with my insurance and the process of obtaining a salvage title. I felt like she treated me like she would have treated a family member. She was patient, understanding and walked me through the whole process. I could not say enough good things about her or Pronto Body Shop. As long as she is there I will continue to take my cars there. read more

I stopped by to see if I could get a quote. A young lady took us out and looked at my car. I wanted full paint job with the kinks fixed and some extras added. She took several photographs and it seemed like she really was looking at everything to get something going. She said she'd call me back. Never got a call back. I'm not sure why I never received a call back, but it didn't seem feel like they wanted my business. I was going to pay cash, which to me, would have been best for them, but I guess they run their business a different way. I went because it's woman owned and saw some great reviews. I'm disappointed to say that they're not all that interested in providing a job for a woman. They make their money. I'm just one person. I wish them the best. Just not with my money. read more

This is not my first time using Pronto Body shop. I was a victim of a hit and run and there was damage to my truck. I already knew who to call. Tiffany and her crew are experienced, and knowledgeable. They kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs and dealt with the insurance company to get the work done in a timely manner. Nov 2019 I was in an accident, my insurance gave me the option to look for my own body shop. I saw all the amazing reviews that Pronto Body Shop had and it's where I choose to proceed. When I took my car in they gave me an estimate how long they'd take etc. After about three weeks they called me told me my car was ready, it look spectacular! But, my bumper wasn't really aligned, and there was a nasty ding on the side of my door. I take care of my car like no other I know every ding and scratch it has. So I immediately let her know the issue she said my bumper they can redo but they swore up and down that ding on my car was there prior. I asked her to show my pictures of my before car because she said she can show me sure enough the ding was there, she even sent me an email which I still have. BUT, i mentioned it to my insurance who took pictures prior to my car getting service and the ding was in fact NOT there. The email she sent me the date listed the photos were taken was 12/18/2019 and my insurance date was 12/19/2019. I do think they changed date/time but I wouldn't know. Anyways, There was a dark colored vehicle next to my car on their lot with photos provided by my insurance and it matched to the ding on my car. They were not happy about it but fixed my car. Fast forward to 2022 my husband and I took my car to another shop to get some scratches painted they offered to take my bumper out so they can do a better job painting it and fixing some scratches it had and I agreed. After further inspection they told me that whoever I had taken my car too really messed up my car. This isn't the first time I've heard this, as I get frequent oil changes and maintenance in my car everyone who opens my hood tells me the same thing. My car is very rusted, it had makeshift bolts holding parts together, and instead of fixing things they hammered the crap out of my car. I have photos of everything. I am very upset with Pronto since the moment we walked in, I really wish I had never continued to get service here. I am now stuck with a damaged car nobody wants to work on, and mind you it's a 2017 Corolla. I am so disappointed. read more

It was Independence Day - July 4th 2020. I was headed out of town with the whole family packed up in the mini van starting out on a 10 hour road trip. Something is wrong. The van starts shaking itself to pieces. We limp back towards El Paso reaching out to any tire shop, auto shop, body shop ANYBODY that might be open on the holiday. Dozens and dozens of calls later we finally find Pronto! Tiffany is absolutely terrific and offers to have her mechanic return to the shop to test drive the vehicle. Javier is very friendly and we jump in the car. I don't think we went a quarter mile before he pinpointed the problem - it was crazy. He knew what he was looking for before he even opened the door to go look for it. He then proceeded to crawl around until he had found a difficult to see bulge in the tire tread where the radial metal was coming apart below the rubber. We returned to the shop where he moved three vehicles out of the way to help me move my vehicle into the shop and then proceeded to put on a spare. He was very fast, efficient and super nice. Tiffany refused to take any $$. They gave that hour away for free and didn't charge me a cent! These are great people El Paso! The best. Make sure you support them. read more

A jeep hit my parked car on the front quarter panel with its front tire. When it happened, it looked pretty bad. Needless to say I was very upset and looked up a body shop with good reviews. When Monday came around, I visited one other shop on the east side that simply looked over the car and said the car was fine. I then visited Pronto. One of the gentlemen came out and gave a thorough inspection of my vehicle. He got under the car, checked bolts, screws, and all the fastening equipment. He checked that all the body lines were lined up and assessed that the only thing on my car was the dirt from the jeeps tire. I'm very grateful that Pronto didn't try to hustle me and that they gave a proper and honest assessment of my vehicle. read more

Love this body shop and love Tiffany! She's a joy to work with! I am a terrible driver who needs the services of a body shop more often than most people and I usually go to JH but when I took my Honda Pilot there for an estimate after someone backed into me, it seemed unusually high. I found pronto on yelp and decided to give it a shot based on their reviews. They came in at $350 less than JH ($600 vs $950)! And I'm pretty sure they did a better job! Thanks guys! read more

I'll try to keep this short and to the point. I recently took my vehicle in for some weather related damages. First, it seems like they rushed the job. They tell me the car is ready and when I get there they are still working on it. Apparently they had broke something and never bothered to tell me about it and were replacing it. The part they replaced still doesn't work right. The interior had material in it that they didn't bother to clean up. Upon further inspection I found other damage to my vehicle that they caused (paint chips, broken parts). I had to take it back so they could repair the damages. Each time I picked my car up from them I would find new/more damage that they caused. It got to the point that I just cut my losses and stopped taking my car to them to fix the damages they did. I didn't want to give them the chance of doing further damage to my vehicle and not telling me. The actual body work that I took it in for was decent, I'll give them that. However, when you take your vehicle into a body shop you shouldn't have to worry about them damaging your vehicle multiple times, thus having to take it back over and over for extra repairs that they are responsible for. Luckily I have another vehicle so I didn't have to pay out of pocket for a rental while they worked on the damages they did. What a headache! I will never take my car there again or recommend them to anyone I know. The people are nice but nice doesn't make up for the poor workmanship. read more
