Had two tires replaced, new back brakes and state inspection. A few miles from the shop I had to make a roadside repair to secure exhaust mufflers that were never tightened by the technician, another mile or so and the mufflers would have fallen off the bike as I rode it. The owner's insincere hollow apology just not adequate in a case that could have caused an accident with injury or death for complete incompetence.
