Tyler replacing old handle bars with OEM handle bars on Ducati Monster 821 Stealth.

Tyler is the man!!! Honest guy and knows a lot with all kinds of different bikes and even electric motorcycles. Fast and efficient. I highly recommend Moto Werkz for any motorcycle service!

little explosion on my old 13.0 battery after Tyler removed it from bike. All expansion and top-popping was done by the battery itself!

Tyler did great work on my 2017 Zero S and gave great advice (I am a beginner). Tyler treated me with patience and respect even though my case caused some non-trivial trouble. I found Tyler on the internet because I had stored the bike for half a year, without periodically recharging to 60% the way the manual says to do. As a result, the battery would not charge after storage. I found a zf14.4 battery on eBay and brought it to Tyler's shop. He tested the 14.4, and then swapped out my zf13.0 battery. Then the old 13.0 battery did a little explosion after removal! I have a photo of the exploded battery. I also asked Tyler about my drive belt, and my brake pads. This was the bike's first service of any kind, since 2017. He gave good advice and great service all around. He showed me how to gauge tire wear using little bars that are part of the tire, and I requested front tire replacement. Oh, one more thing. To get the bike to Tyler's shop I needed a tow. Tyler towed, and his price was comparable to other haulers, and it was faster, more convenient and problem-free having Tyler haul it, than someone else. Going to Tyler was very worthwhile: I ride with complete confidence in the condition of the bike!

It's been years since I visited an Autozone but they had batteries in stock and Carlos was the person who helped me. I ended up with a low-mid level Duralast battery which was fine, but this is a car that was just given to me and I needed a quick change, I was totally unprepared and left stranded so I appreciate his willingness to help. My last experience another location there was an employee who actually assisted me in changing the battery which was very professional and saved me the time. When I asked if he could help me put it on Carlos was more than willing to help, but the manager on duty or supervisor said no. There were three people there at the front and the wasn't a line. His reason for saying no? Not because they don't do this I found out, but that he left to go on break right after he told him not to do it. He said to offer him a tool. How unprofessional. If you have the staff and this is something they offer to help the customer by all means let your employee assist. There are many people who have disabilities that aren't shown and some people, regardless of age have never changed a battery or tire, and you don't know what kind of situation they could be in and remember why they chose your store to begin with. Carlos helped me check the old and new battery and he assisted me in getting a refund for the core, which I am grateful for. If he sticks around my advice is don't be like your boss, you want people to know that you are there to help and that you are empathetic to their needs. It's not just another profit making business. So thank you Carlos for your kindness.
