Here's the timeline of just trying to get my check: PAYMENT TIMELINE (49+ days and counting): October 3: Victoria confirms check (approximately $2,500) will be sent once title received October 27: I follow up after 24 days of silence October 30: Told check will be prepared "tomorrow" and mailed October 30: Provided my mailing address November 14: Still no check received - requested tracking number (15 days after supposed mailing) November 14: Forwarded to Victoria for Monday follow-up November 18: STILL no check, no tracking, no response from Victoria Major Issues: No tracking number provided despite multiple requests 18+ days since check was allegedly mailed - still haven't received it Poor communication - Victoria never followed up as promised Time-sensitive - I'm leaving the country next week with no resolution Communication delays on other issues: While I understand the odometer discrepancy was ultimately a DMV issue (which can be ignored), it took weeks of back-and-forth just to get clarity on something I flagged back in August - another example of the ongoing pattern of poor communication Bottom Line: Great at selling bikes, terrible at follow-through on consignment sales. He said he would fix all of the issues no charge. When I went to pick it up the second time, it was still running poorly and still broken. He demanded $500 more. I paid him. The bike was still broken. i had to trailer it home. He would not return my calls or text messages nor answer the door at his shop to discuss this with me. After months of trying to contact him, i was able to find him at his shop. He told me the broken bike is my problem and he was not going to do anything about it.

I can't believe this place has 5 Stars. Took a Goldwing there for Clutch and Brake flush. They…read moredidn't bleed the brakes right and left so much fluid around the calipers that it blew into some of the bike's paint and F'd it up. The clutch was Much worse After the flush to which the shop mgr told me that the clutch slave cyl probably needed a rebuilt bc the flush gunked it up. I asked how much to rebuild it, he told me they don't "do that work here"! As bad as that experience was, a couple of week later, I noticed my exhaust was tweeked way out and up, nothing that could happen on the road, I'm pretty certain it happened on their lift and they just didn't say anything! I would never under ANY circumstances take another bike to this shop! You've been warned!
