I do not recommend this place, and I'll explain why now. Went in person to set up an appointment for a recall that can possibly burn you alive in your RZR. If you don't believe me look it up. Any ways I went to the counter to ask about an appointment and the guy pointed me to the service manager, now I was pretty happy about this because dealing with a manager I would think I would get the overall best service of the place, anyways the Manger Zac asked me for all my info, and repeatedly asked me if I have done business at their location which I answered more than 3 times to that same question, anyways I gave Zac all of my info and the was entering in the information, I was hoping to have a date scheduled before leaving because it's not easy to get time to put the RZR on a trailer and drop it off with my work schedule. Again, gave all my information and then he gives me a business card and asks me to email him my info, I was confused because I just gave him all my info but I said okay I will do that. He handed me his card, I emailed and called them 2 times and I still as of today do not have an appointment scheduled. So like I said if you're going to spend $40k on a RZR and need service, I would not recommend this location. I've heard good things about the Polaris in Yuba City so I will try there next. I sent the email on 4/1/26, which is the same day I went into this location to schedule a service. If this was just a normal service I wouldn't care so much, but this is a recall that could potentially burn you alive with a fuel fitting that either breaks or falls off or does something enough for them to send me 20-30 recall letters to bring it in and get fixed. The work that was done: all the usual stuff for routine service interval, new spark plugs, all new fluids, new chain, new tires, adjust clutch and throttle cables, new air filter... I'm sure I'm missing something else, but that's the bulk of it. Sure, all that set me back a bit, but you definitely get what you pay for. He knocked it out in just a few days, and when I got it back it felt like a brand new bike again. He also advised me of a few recalls still pending, and referred me over to the Elk Grove dealer to get those handled free of charge. The only negative I can even say about this shop is that I found it too late, just weeks before moving out of state. This is the kind of shop you strive to find since you can trust the work and know you're getting what you pay for.

He said he would fix all of the issues no charge. When I went to pick it up the second time, it was still running poorly and still broken. He demanded $500 more. I paid him. The bike was still broken. i had to trailer it home. He would not return my calls or text messages nor answer the door at his shop to discuss this with me. After months of trying to contact him, i was able to find him at his shop. He told me the broken bike is my problem and he was not going to do anything about it.

Extremely Poor Customer Service - Honda Service Department I…read morepurchased a brand-new Honda CRF250F and after only one month of ownership, the battery was already bad. When I brought it to the service department, I was told that Honda does not warranty their batteries and that replacing it would cost $170. The service representative then accused me of leaving the ignition on, claiming that is why they don't warranty batteries. That was absolutely not the case. I found it very unprofessional and insulting to be accused of negligence after spending nearly $6,000 on a brand-new motorcycle. Refusing to stand behind a defective battery and blaming the customer instead is unacceptable. This was extremely poor customer service, and I will not be returning. I do not recommend this service department.
