If I could put negative stars I would. They sold me a car that had an accident on it despite them assuring me that it had never been in an accident. They shipped the vehicle and when the shipping company handed me the shipping paperwork it showed that there was visible damage to the front end of the Car before it was put on the truck. Reached out to them a week later only to receive unprofessional half-assed answers without apologies. If you're looking to buy from them, take your money and business somewhere else. UPDATE: 7/22/2019 A bit late, but just noticed they responded lying through their teeth. I offered $14,000 not $7,000. In addition, I was offering my trade-in. Maybe they're not referring to me in the response. Also, I'm not married. No one is salty about not getting a deal. Definitely salty about the crappy service though. They need to up their standards. The bad reviews don't lie. After the original review, they requested me to remove my review as "we did not do any business". To them: If you think us not coming to an agreement on the sale of a car means we did not do business together, you clearly have the definition incorrect. Us doing business would involve you carrying on the normal activities of your establishment with me. This involves you contacting me, responding to my inquiries and if needed, denying any offers. However, if for any reason you lacked professionalism and/or a sense of urgency during any of the aforementioned tasks, then I'm forced to voice my opinion about you guys so as to warn any individuals unaware of your mediocre customer service. Lastly, upon realizing I would not remove the review, I was harassed and my personal information that I provided to them was used to sign up for websites I did not authorize. I kept receiving newsletters from websites like www.gaytherapyla.com. Upon investigating (I'm an IT Major), I managed to get the IP address originating this and discovered the request coming from the same city and state as the dealership. Down to the latitude and longitude. Now, I want to believe the company had nothing to do with this, but the evidence is pretty overwhelming. I have all the emails, screenshots and details to prove all this. This company Changed their name from Motor Cars USA to PRO CARS USA, but it still has the same Unethical in Business Practices Owner & Employees that always begin talking in their Native Foreign Language to each other when questioned about their business practices. They took advantage of a Disabled Veteran with Traumatic Brain Injury, Sold a Mercedes that needed nearly $8,000 in Major repairs, just a few were the Convertible Top stop working ($1,600), Complete Shock Hydraulic system failed dropping car to the ground ($4,000), Control Sensor failed ($1,300). And the $3,700 Warranty they sold was Totally Worthless & did Not cover ANY repairs. The owner, Tony, runs into his office or gives excuses when confronted, he said "paying for repairs is the name of the game when buying a used car" Therefore, remember the Owners words if you buy and end up with one of the Junk Cars they sell. We are filing a Complaint with the Illinois Attorney General, committing unethical business practices against persons with disabilities. They claimed their Mechanic would fix the Shock Hydraulics, but after the car sat in their shop 3 weeks, they claimed they did Not have any way to lift the car??? When the car was picked up from their dealership it had a dent/chip that, of course, they denied knowing how it occurred AFTER it was dropped off to them. read more

UPDATE 11/21/2016: Found metal shards in oil filter/oil filter housing I RECOMMEND NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE GUYS!! Bought a bmw m3 maybe 4 weeks ago now been trying to contact them for 3 weeks no with responses at beginning and no response about anything now. Bought the car they reassured car was in great condition ran great service was done and everything. Got home with car checked oil, oil was darker than roof tar so i changed it. Noticed the service indicator was reset showing the oil was "just changed". When checking oil noticed a few metal chunks in filter and wasn't happy but i let it go now car is basically scary to drive and rattles. contacted them about what shop said problem is they said they'd see what they could get done and now been waiting 3 weeks for response. I purchased a MINI Cooper from Motor Cars USA in November 2016, along with an extended warranty. At the time of purchase, I was provided with no information about the warranty, including the company holding the warranty or how to contact them. When I realized this in January, I immediately contacted Sef and Tony to request they send the warranty information. It is now September and I still have not received the information, despite monthly requests; this is highly unprofessional and has put me at risk since the manufacturer's warranty is now expired and I have no recourse for repairs despite paying over $1400 for the extended warranty. Additionally, the financing company Motor Cars USA used, CRB Auto/Mechanics Bank, proved to also be extremely unscrupulous [a claim also supported by BBB reviews], leading me to refinance with Chase after only 6 months in an effort to escape their exploitative billing practices. While I have had no issues with the vehicle itself and the purchase experience was overall pleasant, I would not advise that anyone do business with Motor Cars USA based on their financing partnerships and horrendous post-purchase customer service. UPDATE: After many months of reaching out to Sef and Tony with no response, Altin stepped in to help finally resolve the issue. Turns out Motor Cars USA sold me a plan that didn't actually cover my MINI Cooper, and thus the warranty was never issued. Altin quickly uncovered the problem and secured a new, higher-coverage extended warranty for me at at no additional cost. Altin ultimately went above and beyond to make things right, and I am thankful for that. read more

These guys are the worst. I had got a BMW from them and they got me an insurance which never worked. I told them numerous times about this and they did not do anything about it and constantly lied to me about the insurance company. Finally they gave me a check equal to the insurance amount, but the check never cleared. I assume they gave me a fraud check. And now they don't answer my call or email or message. read more

Paid for extended warranty and never got paperwork for it, which means I never signed a contract for the warranty. Was promised it 5 separate times within days of purchasing the car. Finally asked for refund of the money. Am now going through BBB and Attorney General to get my money back. If that doesn't work, it's off to court we go. I purchased an Audi from them. I paid for the car in full. I was told I would get an extra key fob with the title and plate. It is now going on almost three months and they have not provided me with the title, key fob or the new plate. Since I haven't received the new title I can't get a plate by myself so the car will be illegal to drive. I have been calling for over two months and all I get is the run around or no answer at all. My son purchased a vehicle through this establishment and found out after the purchase that it had structural damage. Since it is not stated with the structural damage is Nora was that revealed by motorcars USA... Thanks Tony... The car has no value on trade-in or resell. My son has been working with them for almost a month now to try to rectify the situation and to say that they are being uncooperative would be an understatement. It is hard to know where to start and end. We very regrettably purchased a car from Motor Cars USA. In hopes of helping others not make the same mistake we did in purchasing a car from this place and due to their complete lack of integrity I am motivated to enter this honest review of a very dishonest estabishment. When we purchased our van from them in July of 2016 we were told it had been in a very minor accident. We were told it had been inspected and checked to make sure it was of excellent quality. Smiling faces nice gentlemen motivated to make a sale. We were also told that the van was a Touring Elite model. Within a few short weeks (approximately a month) when the check air bag light turned on we found out that not only had it been in a very damaging car accident but that the $2,000 warranty we purchased would not cover the damages from the previous accident of which will cost us at least $2,000 to fix and that is not including other potential damages that are still unknown to us at this point. That same visit to a real mechanic we also found out it is not a touring elite model, it is a basic touring model a cost difference of approximately $2,000. After finding out this terrible news we contacted Motor Cars USA. We were told for 9 months that they were sorry for their mistakes and to make up for it would exchange the van for another one, an elite model with approximately the same mileage we had occurred on the damaged van they had sold to us. We were always upfront about how many miles we had driven and the few scratches that happened outaide of our control in the OVER 9 MONTHS it took them to find a van to exchange. I called them almost every week and was reassured everytime I called. They FINALLY found the "right" van. It was quite apparent as soon as we arrived to "exchange" vans that we had been lied to over and over again from day one. They are not men of their word. They are dishonest and only look out for their best interest. The boss, Tony, completely admits to their wrong of selling us a van they in reality they had not inspected and was not even aware of the model differences even though it should be their business to know. I hate used car dealerships. We thought we had found one we could trust but obviously we were wrong. Please, don'te make the same mistake as we did. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM motor cars usa. read more
