They ended up giving me some great advice for purchasing my first motorcycle even though it was not them that I got it from. I went into the store at the service department to ask a few questions on motorcycle maintenance. This middle age lady with short hair greeted me with no respect. The first thing that she said to me was "what do you need". Then I asked her for a filter that would fit my motorcycle, she replies with a "are you stupid look" and says, "everyone who rides a motorcycle knows their this". I was so surprised on how she replied to me. She then tried to push me away and started saying "come back when you know which parts you want". This lady was no help at all! she was not doing her job! Few months later, just last week, I have decided to give this service department another try. I was greeted by the same lady. And just as I suspected, I get the exact same rude greetings again. This I I came in to book an appointment for an oil change. I tried to keep my conversation to a minimal with this lady since I did not want to get mad over her attitude. I asked her a question, "how long will this service take"? she replies saying, " i don't know, you can leave if you want". And she had that exact same "are you stupid" face. There is a saying, it takes years to get a good reputation from someone, but it once takes second for the person to ruin it. A great example is this place. Upon walking in this store, it's apparent that Honda hasn't so much cracked the scooter business. The store has mainly motorcycles and big ass rigs. There was one scooter in the store, the Jazz. It's a 50cc scooter, a one person small engine scooter. The MSRP is almost $3000, so it's fairly pricey. For an extra $500 you can get a 150cc Piaggio Fly (same maker as Vespa), and for $500 cheaper ($2500) you can get the 50cc Piaggio Fly. The look of the Jazz is really nice, very Vespa looking. It's a nice looking bike with good finishes. Apparently women are their biggest clients when it comes to buying scooters - who knew?! The staff there were pretty helpful, very knowledgeable of their products. He wasn't pushy or anything, we asked our questions and then he left us alone. Other than scooters and bikes, they sold a lot of helmets. They have some really cool helmets, from bucket to 3/4 to full size.

When the car is fixed and ready I find out they changed the front brakes. Now I am 100% sure the noise has nothing to do with the front brakes but I just went with it because they were due for a change anyway. THE PROBLEM I HAD WAS NEVER ADDRESSED. My car is still making a squealing noise from under the hood and I'm out $700. To make matters worse, exactly two weeks after the front pad, rotor, and caliber was changed on the passenger side, the caliber seizes and my brake starts billowing smoke. I get the car towed back here because I find it hard to believe that this has nothing to do with the repair two weeks prior only to be charged another $220 for a flex hose. Long story short I have more problems after having my vehicle 'repaired' here than before and I certainly don't plan on ever returning.

They replaced a few things here and there but my car is still leaking a shit ton of oil and now even transmission fluid. When I brought it in for Ken to look at, apparently the fact that it was leaking transmission oil is not their fault. They also said that their 'warranty' doesn't cover the fact that my car is still leaking oil even though I asked for my oil leak to be fixed specifically. I was quoted $750 just to take the engine out to inspect even though my vehicle was under their warranty. I do not recommend this place at all. They do NOT do a good job and charge you a mistake they made.

A quick call in netted me a properly scheduled appointment with a callback to insure that it was to be maintained. They offer a 35 point inspection on all work done, insuring that the customer knows of any shortcomings on their bikes when receiving it from them. They'll often times negotiate with suppliers to find the best price on the highest quality products, and the technician will even come out of their shop to go in depth with you regarding potential issues with your bike that may arise. I really recommend this shop. The only real issue I have with it is that it's usually pretty booked up, so it's always good to arrange an appointment a couple weeks in advance.

I brought my BMW to Mister Transmission because I thought they were experienced with transmission…read more Do NOT go to this location, especially speaking to GUS or Ray the owner. They first tell you they have scanned the car to find out what exactly is wrong with your car. They quote you a low amount based on what they find on their computer. If you ask them for a quote, don't expect to get one. If you ask them to put anything on paper, you won't get one. They originally quoted on the phone around $800 to fix the transmission. Which includes $680 for removing the transmission, and the $100 for parts. They then phoned me back the next day stating that it would take $5000+ to fix it. By that time, your care is completely ripped apart....you feel trapped. They gave me an option of swapping the transmission. ZF transmission to be exact. A few days later, they told me that they can't get the transmission to fit because the plugs are different. I phoned BMW abou the transmission and they said ZF only makes one transmission. They later told BMW that they were trying to fit a Mercedes transmission into a BMW. Very brilliant!...I wonder where Gus went to school? maybe one for special needs. Anyway, after over 76 calls to the head office and their office. I got my transmission fixed after almost a month. DO NOT GO TO MISTER TRANSMISSION!!!!!!!!!

Extremely short staffed. - Staff is overwhelmed by the number of customers. There is consistently customers standing around waiting 30 plus minutes to get helped. Worst offender is the helmet section. You are not allowed to try on helmets without staff supervision, but the staff is never available to help... 2. Poor knowledge about their products. - When you ask the staff questions regarding gear, like gear armor rating, helmet certification, glove material, etc. They will go to their computer and read off their website for you. Unfortunately, I already read the info on their website and know the information is lacking there, which is why I asked them in the first place... 3. Severe lack of inventory and premium prices. - Nothing wrong with charging 10-15% higher prices compared to web based dealers, I will pay for the convenience and access to a large showroom and see gear in person. Oh wait, nothing is in stock! If you did some research, you'll come to realize that what they have plenty in stock is sub-par rated gear and still cost a premium. I understand if there isn't much gear stores around the area. If you must come here, be sure to bring a knowledgeable buddy to make sure you don't get trash at a premium. I ended up measuring myself with a soft tape and got my gear from websites. Fantastic service and easy return and exchange for size.

Given that their contract says they have 90 days to build and deliver the new bike or give you your money back (not including the damage claim which would surely follow) As a condition of sale I was verbally promised the bike in 1 week within the terms and conditions of the contract. While the sales-person was knowledgeable and responsive it appears their customer service is based upon the premise of "look surprised...show concern...do nothing". While my bike was delivered 3 weeks later I suspect their business model in this regard is driven by the mere fact that their service department may be much more profitable servicing rather than assembling motorcycles. On the positive side...the actual delivery and assembly was excellent. Interestingly others on this forum have had a very similar experience.
