Everyone I encountered was professional, kind and considerate of someone that knows very little about cars! They also helped arrange for the rental car I needed while mine was being worked on. A couple months later I had an alert come on the dash. I looked it up and was told at a previous auto repair shop that it could be something related to the body work I had done being put back in place. Knowing nothing of this sort of thing, I called and was told to bring the car in. They looked at the situation and it was NOTHING related to their repair and what was presented as a possibility. They clearly explained the issue and I learned how to better use my car! I appreciate the time they took as the issue had nothing to do with auto body. This used to be a good place to take your car but things have definitely changed for the worse! My…read moremother took her car there to get a check up and fix the check engine light being on. They replaced the muffler and "fixed" the check engine light. About 2 months later the check engine light came back on. She took it back and they said something just needed to be tightened, charging a nominal fee. a month after that, the car wouldn't start, the check engine light was back on, and the vehicle needed a new battery, alternator and serpentine belt. You have to schedule 1 or 2 weeks in advance just to get in because they are understaffed and overworked. Clearly this has negatively affected the quality of their work. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!
