    I had a great experience buying my first motorcycle at Erico. Sterling helped track down the perfect new bike, was patient with my whirlwind debating over which one that was, and made the process of buying it and taking it home smooth and stress free. I asked plenty of dumb questions to guys parts, service and sales departments and everyone was thoughtful and thorough in answering. I didn't feel pressured to get any add on warranties or services and was glad to have my own time to consider them and pick the best one for me (their pit crew service plan). Highly recommend if you're considering a Triumph or a Vespa!

    When I dropped my bike off for service, I let Erico know that even though I had a battery that was still under the manufacturer's warranty, I wanted the bike plugged in to a trickle charger because it's always had a large parasitic drain. Well, after a month and a half (recommended service was done quickly, leaking fork seal had to wait for another month to get in), I go to pick up my bike, wait for over 30 minutes, finally hear it turn over in the back, hear the advisor tell me "it was plugged in for all but the last week and a half," and drive off. After getting to a doctor appointment late (didn't expect the delay at Erico), I come back out side, and my bike won't even crank. I'm on a slight hill, so I try to bump start it. And I try again. And again. And on my 9th try (I counted when I was walking it back up the hill), it still won't turn over. Bottom line: Erico did not listen to my specific request based on me knowing my bike, and even if it was plugged in "for all but the last week and a half," they don't work hard to listen or care about what the customer says. Thanks for leaving me on a sketchy side street to wait for a friend. Even though I bought a Ronin through you guys, you'll never ever get my business again.

    From my experience they don't really listen to your problems or just don't care…read more I had them press rear bearings for me and when they did they seated them incorrectly, costing me over $1000 having my wheel hub replaced as well as the 2 lyndall sprocket it chewed up in the process. My fault cause I brought them the bearings apparently. when all that it needed was a rotor spacer $4 part. Not sure how with all the experience in the building that couldn't be deduced... their response was " as long as the rotors not rubbing it's fine" it wasn't anymore cause they pressed the bearings incorrectly.... Still my fault cause I supplied the bearings.... Then they put in a 1250 kit on my sportster in which every gasket leaked atleast twice and I was given some grief at the fact that I wanted a bike that didn't leak from the owner and push back. On top of that I'd been chasing a noise they refused to actually pay attention to and just gave me the run around every time I dropped it off. only to find out doing my own due diligence the bolts they removed to install the kit aren't torqued to spec. I wasn't charged for any of the additional gaskets needed however for the one job my bike saw their shop atleast 5 times that summer, not counting the time I had to re drop it off cause they didn't complete the service I requested. I originally had a better review posted but I'm still leaking oil from my base gasket on the rear cylinder and I'm having to go through my bike and make sure bolts on the drive train are actually tight and I'm constantly wondering what care was taken re building my rocker box's and the other internal parts if I have bolts on the outside loose. Shops beautiful, summers nice. Other than that my experience wasn't great and as it's known for being performance driven I expected to be taken care of much better and I shouldn't have ever even had any push back to having my bike fixed properly.
