A bubble test showed that there was a leak and the air pressure went from 38 to 26 in a few hours time. I could still drive the car if I pumped up the right front tire every day. I got some great advice to take the car to Woody's Wheel works. They were able to repair the wheel today. The bent wheel is straight now and so far is holding Air pressure nicely. It would've cost me $1000 to get a new wheel. Woody's fixed it for 30% of that price! Recommended.

I hesitate to be "that guy", but…read more.... I had a new battery installed on my Triumph. You have to remove the ECM bracket in order to get the battery in or out. This is done by undoing one bolt. Not knowing about the bolt, they broke the ECM bracket by trying to pry it out of the way. This YELP review is about this particular incident, but there have been others. There have been obvious problems that should have been seen by the mechanic and/or the service manager, resulting in service that I would have had done. A service manager needs to inspect every job before he/she signs off on it. They don't do that here, otherwise they would have caught these things. The owner is a good guy and they carry a line of bikes I find appealing but the service dept. really needs either better, or more, people. I've owned a lot of bikes over the years and worked in the service and parts departments at a few shops. This wouldn't fly anywhere I ever worked. Their service manager will always feign ignorance in an effort to upsell you on unneeded and expensive diagnostic work. And only rarely will own up to a mistake they might have made.
