We have to install the parts ourselves. It was suppose to be inspected. Obviously it was not done or not done correctly. They sold our bike we trader in 3 days. Nothing was wrong with it. But I doubt they inspected it either. The trike we bought was very dirty. They also said they would get it cleaned when we came in. They did not do That either. well ,i didn't want to do this but i have to i recently traded my 2020 street glide with 11.000 miles on it ,absolutely nothing wrong with it, in fact i had install 12 inch meat hooks from paul yaffe stretched bags progressive shocks on rear --upgrades so we did a trade on a tri glide ,witch I'm ok with but the problem is that its clutch is about shot, releases damn near the end and no i did not get the opportunity to test ride , i trusted them so i asked if they could help me out with this ,because i was told it went through the shop and been inspected, so i would of thought that a Harley trained tech would of noticed this ,unless it was the lot tech that performed the inspection unless they just said screw it and get out the door and let the customer deal with the problem at the sum of almost a grand with tax if they did the work... what i was given was a 100 dollar gift card and a 10% off on purchase of a clutch kit out of my pocket of 380.00 dollars and i have to install the kit my self so needless to say ,I'm pissed i will not recommend nor will i ever spend another penny in this place the gesture of the gift card and 10% off is a slap in the face appreciated but never the less a slap in the face So ... buyer beware .don't trust them- do your due diligence and thoroughly inspect what your thinking on buying wish i would of read these reviews before doing ,what i thought was business with them, turned out to be a big F u to me ohhh yea my bike sold in 3 days from i was told, see nothing wrong with it read more

Cole McGinnis in parts is awesome. He went the extra mile to help me with a windshield I ordered. The windshield I needed for my bike did not have the docking hardware. Cole went out of his way and got docking hardware from his own supply of parts. Cole made sure the docking hardware would work before I came in to get my windshield. Ah, Disney World for adults! Ive been riding Harleys for years and visited plenty of dealerships along the way. Mile High is super friendly! Not sure if it's just because it's located in Colorado but the atmosphere is welcoming, energetic, inviting whether you're buying something or not. All of the staff greet you with a smile and go out of their way and take their time to answer any questions you have about products or services. I called the parts department asking for a crankshaft position sensor for my street glide. The sales rep told me they had one in stock and I told them that I would be by to pick up today. My job ran late and I was unable to pick up so I sent my girlfriend to go pick up the sensor. She drove 50 minutes (almost two hours round trip) and they tell her that they don't have the part and the person I spoke to over the phone didn't check to see if they had the part. She left and then 15 minutes later they call me and tell me they found it laying next to the computer and to come back. F that! Literally wasted 2 hours of her time over something so stupid. My girlfriend and I took the MSF course, at MH Harley. We were both very nervous and apprehensive and taking this course. We had no actual experience. Our trainers Dave and George were world class trainers. They got us to feel comfortable on the bikes right away and taught us everything we needed to know! They both would give honest feedback and reinforce solid jobs done on exercises. They really got the point across that safety is key and riding the Harley was awesome! Just an update... I've almost finished fixing everything that mile high broke on my scoot. It's taken a while and quite a bit of money but at least it's running. Of course the scratches from them dropping it are still there and the seat still looks like hell from where they tore it and crazy glued it together but mostly everything is working now. Oh, except for the front brake which still doesn't completely release but I guess it's better than the time when they returned it to me with them not working at all. The staff was very friendly and engaging. They stock all of the usual merchandise and accessories. Mile High Harley Davidson was running a bike sale while we visited. The sale prices were enticing and the inventory was impressive. Their entire sales staff was outgoing and sociable. They instantly made you feel at home. Several easygoing attempts were made to get my husband to go on a test ride but he declined each time. He would have gone out if the road conditions were better. Fantastic customer service. My bike broke down while passing through town so I got it towed to this location. I was blown away by the effort put in by the guys like Tyler and Mario from back in the work shop despite how busy they already were. The guys came right out with cold waters for me and my brother while they jumped right on my bike to try and get me back on the road. Everybody at this location made customers their top priority and it showed. After planning a trip to Colorado to cool off from the hottest summer ever recorded in Austin, I decided to take it a step further and rent a bike to ride into the mountains. I looked into renting a BMW first because that's what I own, but the only BMW rental service I could find required a 2-week reservation. I didn't know exactly what day I would be able to ride, so I decided to go with Mile High Harley since they didn't require a reservation. I was curious / worried about how a big bike would handle tight curves and possible wet weather in the mountains, but it also sounded like fun, so I decided on a Road King Classic. It's a big touring model with lots of chrome, saddlebags, floorboards and enough style to match the 1584cc engine. I got to the dealership on a perfect weather day. Sunny and 73 degrees in the city. I was truly stoked to get out of town and ride. At the rental desk, there were friendly and helpful staff to greet me and go over the necessary paperwork. They supplied me with a helmet, raingear (thank the Lord, because I flew up there ill-equipped), and a booklet of map routes for my riding pleasure. I chose a 220-mile loop into the Rocky Mountain National Park / Estes Park. After taxes and the minimum insurance, it cost $183 for 24 hours. I know that's a lot, compared to a car, but that's actually the going rate for most bikes. Believe me. I checked. It was worth every penny. I had such a good time on that ride, I'd say it was the best ride I've ever had. The best way to view the Rocky Mountains in the Summer is definitely aboard a motorcycle. I suppose the view would be even better on the back of the bike, so you don't have to watch where you're going, but then you wouldn't have the joy of the throttle at your fingertips. When I brought the Road King back the next morning, they checked the bike over for damages, and gave me my receipts. With that, they also handed me a nice Thank You card signed by everyone in the department and a souvenir poker chip. Nice touch. They had a tent sale going on that day in the parking lot, and when I tried to leave, I was drawn to sit on a few used models. The friendly saleswoman just about sold me a Springer Softail. I had to leave immediately before I gave in to impulse. I think they know that people fresh from a mountain ride are still high on life and easy to persuade. I still want one of my own. read more

After I had my items picked out and went to purchase them at the check out and cashier said "Sorry we close in 3 minutes!" So they wouldn't check me out! The parts department in Parker does not seem to know what they are doing and if they are not sure they will make stuff up on the fly. I was looking for the main wiring harness and they told me it would take 3-6 weeks and they make them one at a time. I ask, so if I order this folks go into the backroom at Harley and start putting it together from scratch? With confidence they said yes even when I questioned them twice. I called another dealer and they said if I pay a $20 rush fee they could get it for me in 2-3 days. If you don't know ask and if you don't want to ask stick with I don't know. I called today (June 29, 2021) to get a rear tire put on my 2000 Heritage Springer. I have owned it since new and Mile High has done quite a bit of performance work on the bike through the years. Today, however, I called Service and spoke with Matthew. He told me they won't work on anything older than 2005 in the summer, but "I could schedule you starting in October". Wow. I flew to Denver and bought a harley used from an old friend who hadn't been riding it. I rode 3 hours through the cold and some snow to be greeted by Oly in service who took care of me, had the bike serviced and made sure it got onto the transport truck. Hello all, I went into the store on Airport Blvd this evening with the intention of buying a Street Glide Special. After walking around the store and standing next to the bike I wanted for fifteen minutes and having numerous people walk by and not one person stopped and talked to me. I suppose it's because I was still in my work clothes, I'm a pipeline and tank inspector, so I guess I was a little dirty. I always thought that Harley's were a true sign of American pride. I guess I needed to come in a three piece suit to get a little respect. I'm a little disappointed at the way I was just dismissed by their sales staff, as if a working man can't afford one of these bikes. If there is a member of this dealership reading this, I was the man in the blaze orange shirt and red hat in at about 6pm, driving the 50k silver lifted diesel truck. I can afford any bike your dealership. So sad that the sales staff judges a book by his cover. Maybe Thunder Mtn, or Avalanche want my money, because you clearly don't. read more

This concerns service only: If you're looking for a fresh MTI tech who's savvy at plugging in a newer model Harley to a computer in order to trouble shoot a problem, this is your place. If you have an older model, perhaps a carbureted engine, electrical issue, be prepared to over-spend on parts and labor. In my experience the tech thought "this" was wrong...no, no, that wasn't it. Let's try replacing "this" thingy...again no dice, etc. etc. etc. until we got into a nice sum of four figures. Get the picture? The shop left me stranded a few times with towing fees and expenses. When the scoot was taken to an Indy, a simple electrical short was spotted and corrected. On the plus side, I have virtually a new scoot with all the replaced parts by Harley. I've had such miserable experiences in Harley Davidson dealerships. They have a serious corporate culture problem with being rude, superior and dismissive. Not true for Mike High. My wife and I visited to rent a MC from Eaglerider (fantastic experience and folks in that Dept also). While we waited, the Mile High H-D staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Even though they KNEW we were from out of town, a salesmen of theirs took time with my wife to help her get a feel for what model might be best for her. HELL... I had problems getting decent attention from H-D salesmen when I was there to buy! This guy KNEW there would be no sale but invested his time anyway!! Kudos to Mike High!!! Been waiting over a month for parts I ordered when I brought my bike in for service. Was told they'd show up within a week. When that wasn't met, was told parts usually get there within 2-3 days but have been seeing them 1-2 weeks. Have yet to have been updated about what has been going on and I've already paid for the parts. No one seems to answer the phone in the service department as I have called multiple times within the passed few business days. read more

SERVICE SIDE ONLY OK, service guys are not always the most friendly, and I am not a motorcycle mechanic so they get snippy sometimes when asking questions. But I had to have cam tensioner worked on. I upgraded on a Road king with 54k miles. Bike ran great for 10 miles then....no speedometer, tailights, turn signals, etc. Long story short; they fixed it at no charge. Wiring short. So they did fix it and bike runs great; but they almost said it was coincidence; and not the tech's fault when putting back together. Always judge someone about how they own up to mistake and fix. I am in the market for a new bike (cash buyer btw) and I was shopping with my father-in-law looking to trade in his Victory for a new street glide as well. While conversing with another customer that we had just met outside, Dan had to run his fat mouth about us "being in his way" while he was parking bikes for the night. At this point we are still customers and he could've asked politely and I wouldn't be writing this. So I went back up to the front to confront how rude he was and he mumbled some bullshit about the 3 of us being "boneheads" and "try using your fucking head". Couldn't really hear him because he was hiding behind another asshole trying to be all puffed up. I told some other employee that came out to see what the issue was and he didn't want to hear it either. It's amazing how nice they are to your face when you are signing papers. Unfortunately for them, I will be shopping for myself and my father-in-law elsewhere and it won't be the Parker store either where I bought my first Harley 8 years ago.
