This motorcycle shop ROCKS!!! They added a dirt bike tire super fast for great deal and wired up some electronics. Ronnie is super nice, patient and knowledgeable. Most ppl don't know they have a ton of great used bikes out front for sale. I can literally trade in one bike for another during my western USA tour to go hit Enduro Colorado trails after street biking it! They do bike service in Western Slope area of Grand Junction and sell the LARGEST selection of motorcycle accessories from Salt Lake to Denver That's literally ALL of Colorado. The owner met them yelling at the kids. When he was asked not to speak to them that way, he went off on my sister in law. Nice job. You lost a great sale. I have been a repeat customer. And Uber driver accidentally dropped off my lunch to this company and no one that was honest enough to tell him that she had the wrong address but instead kept my food and ate it I hope you enjoyed it ! I turned my motorcycle in for repair on 24 August 2022 and was told they would start on it in 10 days. 2 1/2 weeks later they just started to look at it. On 13 October 2022 I picked up my motorcycle with a $2500.00 bill. I took it for a ride the next day and the front brake fell off while good approximately 50 mph. They tried to put just any bolts on it " to get me back on the road". I insisted they inspect the bike from frnt to back. The owner could not explain why there were extra part laying around after my bike was supposedly fix. The owner also did not want to make it right by his mistake. He said certified mechanics worked on my bike but I doubt it. I have to take it to another shop to get it inspected. read more

After dealing with multiple motorcycle issues and ongoing attempts to fix our bike, it's still fucked up! Now the front brakes are rubbing like the pads are not installed correctly, definitely not alligned, so after pouring over a thousand dollars into it for what started to be a simple oil change! The bill and problems are ongoing and keep growing! This bike has never had issues with only 7000 miles on it, plus it hasn't been ridden since their last Fiasco! Never returning to these jackoffs! Don't ever take anything to this shop. I took my scooter there last fall after someone wreaked it. Took me an extra 500.00 after the insurance paid for a complete tuneup. We took it home , it ran fine. Up the road an back . Put it in the garage. Leaving for the winter so my husband put staybill in it. This spring won't start , take it back. They accuse us of putting diesel in it, have to do the whole thing over again, still don't work . Now they say at least another 5 hours just to find the problem, not sure if they can fix it if they find it, cause they may not be able to find the parts. Cost the insurance 1200. Me 500. Last fall . Now sitting at 400. For new tune up that didn't do anything. Looking at another 1200. At least. On a scooter that should have been totaled. I've been screwed. Stopped at this shop on a cross country trip as they had the tire I needed. The price with install was okay. After they gave me the price and started the job they called to inform me the cost was higher as my Ducati was a 'touring' bike not a sport bike. They knew exactly what bike it was when they gave the estimate. Besides, it has a single sided swing arm and is easier to change a rear tire than most sport bikes; one nut and no chain or brake to deal with. These guys have a great selection and can work on just about anything with wheels. I have always had good luck using them quite a bit on a few different machines. They did a great job installing Dr. Pulley rollers on my hot rodded Vino 125. They also offered up the use of their parking lot to our scooter club for use in our gymkhana, which I'm sure would have horrified their insurance agent. I won the drag race! We checked around for helmets and found Motorcycle Accessories. They had a large selection and allowed us to look freely and try on as many as we chose to. The store clerk answered every question and made many suggestions but only when we asked. He pointed out what he thought was the best helmet for the price, and explained the features that were equal to or better than helmets three times the price. We ended up buying two and really like the helmets and the features. The help was outstanding as was the knowledge. Very friendly staff with a large selection. We had a great experience and glad we found this home grown shop with a huge selection. read more

The owner of this business is a confused old man who is very easily offended and agitated. He was trying to sell me a different tire than the one I wanted. He literally threw an egotistical fit and walked away then came back and said that there was something wrong with me and that he will not do my work. Since I was on a fairly tight schedule on my road trip this would have set me back so I became very apologetic and literally begged him to sell me a tire and install it on my bike. Horrible customer service. I've been going to this place for over ten years and it has gradually gotten worse. So much so that I won't ever be going there again. I think that it is family owned and run but recently they act like they don't give a shit about any of their customers. They act like its a GIGANTIC hassle if u ask a question or need assistance even in the slightest. I would definitely recommend GOING ANYWHERE ELSE. do not take your toys to motorcycle accessories. they screwed me over in april for a carb rebuild that was supposed to be 200. then all the sudden i needed a fuel pump. when i just wanted to get it back, they wanted 380 to pick it up with the old carb in a box or 380 to put it all back together witht the rebuilt carb and fuel pump. the manager guaranteed me it would run. got it back then didnt get to take it out until recently. i got on my 4 wheeler and it barely ran! took it back and theywanted 270 to put a float bowl pin on that was suppose to be replaced/checked when the carb was rebuilt. went to get it bc i dont want them scamming me anymore, and they gave it back with the carb in a bag! when i insisted they put it back in the manager, ronnie, got mad and refused to put it back. together!. it ran when i gave it to them. then ran more shitty, then didnt run!!! i told him i was going to go to the bbb and it was f'd up he stopped helping me push the dead 4 wheeler !! 2 guys had to pull over to help me get it on my trailer while he smoked a cigarette and made his employee go inside!!! do not take you stuff here!!! after i took it to another shop, i found put the part came in the rebuild kit i had already bought! bad business read more

Friendly staff but extremely disappointing service. Brought bike in for oil change and because front brakes were squeaking. After paying $313 for the recommended 12k mile "service" I rode off with a bike that still had squeaky brakes and an oil light that still flicked on. During my first real/legitimate ride after picking up the bike, only 2 hours to Ouray, my fuel injector kicked on multiple times and the bike didn't start twice after stopping it (These were both new problems that had never happened before). I immediately brought the bike back and had it checked out again. I was informed there was an error with the coding system which was corrected. When I picked the bike up for my second time the right mirror was hanging down low and was extremely loose (which is odd because that mirror always sits in the same position and is stable). When I went to adjust the mirror it fell on the road and shattered (something definitely happened to that mirror when my bike was at MA, extremely suspicious). After stopping the bike and picking up the mirror, my rear brakes locked up on me while returning to their shop at which point I was nearly hit by a car and was ultimately unable to make the whole 3 blocks back to their shop because the back tire would not rotate. I was then informed I need to have more work done on the bike which would cost more money and that I would need to pay for a new mirror. Overall a very frustrating, time consuming and unsatisfactory experience. After paying several hundred dollars for essentially a basic oil change, my bike now runs worse than it did before I brought it in and it's currently at another shop getting evaluated. read more

I worked for Motorcycle Accessories for abt a year and a half. We parted friends,(or so I thought). I took my 1978 GL1000 in for repairs and they totally messed it up. Cost me over $2,000.00 to have stator replaced, Carbs rebuilt and tune up.. Bike broke down within 50 miles and they refused to fix it. I told them it ran rough and I smelled gas. They noted points needed to be replaced and gas smell was in my head since they are sealed carbs. What part of tune up doesn't include replacing points? Replaced points myself and bike still ran rough. Came out of work and gas was pouring from carbs! Now they say it's out of their 30 day warranty. They also scratched and dented mufflers. According to them, scratches and dings could come from anywhere, (although they were on tops of mufflers), gouged rear cases weren't their fault either. Currently suing them as bike won't start at all and they refuse to repair.. When I worked there I found that they got most of their used bikes through repair shop by running estimates higher than the bikes were worth then offering low purchase to consumer. Accessories also marked up higher than you can purchase on-line. I wouldn't recomend them to anyone for anything!!! read more
