I would've been fine if he had said no, as I knew it was kind of last minute... but he came bright and early and detailed both cars. Luckily he had some time, but I appreciated his flexibility that day. It was a hot morning and afternoon, and I've had other detailers rush the detailing because of it. But this is not the case for Chris. He detailed both cars perfectly, and still was cheerful at the end of it all. I'm sure he was tired, but he still provides great customer service, everytime! He was very responsive and answered the phone right away and told me he could make it out Saturday morning. We had to figure out some locational issues because our hotel Alila Marea Beach Resort would not allow us to detail on premises. Michael recommended us to use the location that his friend owned across the street which was perfect. Michael's communication was legit, the guy would text me 10-15 minutes before he left, 15 mins before he arrived and also 10 mins before he was done with the car. The car was in immaculate condition when he was done and he was extremely knowledgeable about detailing. Highly recommend Michael!

Why can't I just get a $22 wash and be done?! My car took no time at all to get "cleaned". I didn't time it or anything, but it was really quick. Two people were waiting before I walked in and I got my car first. The pictures are of how badly my car was "cleaned". I'm taking them in the parking lot of my doctor's office. I have a lot to do today. If I didn't have a full day of appointments scheduled; I would have demanded a re-clean. I don't have the time to go back. This is ridiculous! How can they charge $50 for this. I could take so many more pictures, but I have an appointment to get to. Do not trust this place. I should have looked at the Yelp comments before going. The process was easy, and he was friendly and professional the whole time. He explained what he was doing and made sure everything came out looking good. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to mention to Brendan that Gatorade had caused some stains on my passenger seat. I noticed the lightened spots the next day and contacted Kathy. Brendan had forgotten to recheck the spots after he finished our 3rd car but would come by later that week to take a look. I don't know how he did it but he was able to remove the Gatorade stains that had been there for months. I could not be happier with the service. Will definitely use them again.
