I opted out of the trunk and exterior cleaning. Took 1.5 hours and was $250. The price was standard for the area, not really a bargain or overcharge. It was over the estimated price. The bad: there are two small burn marks in one of the seats that were not there before. I wouldn't have been too upset if they had said anything but failed to mention it. Again, was not expecting my car to look perfect, it's over a decade old. They put in a lot of work, but there were some areas for improvement.

I was texted an hour before the appointment and again about 30 minutes before the appt with an ETA. I appreciate when someone is respectful of my time and honors punctuality (this is big to me)!! He arrived, set up, and got straight to work. When he was done with detail he asked me to come out and take a look.... My 14 year old car was left looking brand new! I was shocked!
