You are probably going to be told it has a 5-star rating from Medicare, that is how my parent ended up there, but is it anything but!! First off the place is a disgusting dump, that reeks of urine and feces. It is honestly a glorified homeless shelter. The employee turn over rate is concerning. There is no communication between staff and family members and it is like pulling teeth to even get someone on the phone, that is if they even bother to answer it and don't just automatically hang up on you before you can even say hello. They NEVER follow through with anything! They are liars! They put patients in great danger with their lack of care, laziness and neglect. They lose patients belongings over and over again- eye glasses, hearing aids, clothes and shoes and do not replace. They do not give patients access to their monthly Personal Needs Allowance, yet instead pocket that money. The most DESPICABLE thing they do is secretly go behind familys backs and file for conservatorship of patients by providing the court misleading information and lies. They illegally take over patients finances and have their SSI checks re-routed to themselves without first consulting with the patient or family members. Instead of doing things legally and applying to be the patients Personal Payee, so there is a record of who the money is going to each month, they instead PRETEND to be the patient and give the Social Security Office a new bank account (THEIRS) to have the patients monthly checks rerouted to each month, making it seem like the patient is still the one receiving their monthly benefits, when in reality Cambridge Rehab and Nursing are funneling all the money into their own bank account. I know for a FACT they are doing this to SEVERAL patients. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not send your loved ones to this hell hole- I am fighting like hell everyday to get my parent out of there. RUN!!

Back on Track- Pool Basics: The pool area itself is not handicap accessible so go elsewhere if you can't use stairs. The only entries into the pool are a chair lift and ladders. The pool itself can feel pretty crowded because there are swim lessons and lap swimming happening in the somewhat small pool at the same time. PT Staff: My staff member was late every single time he met with me and he stopped right on time. The staff aren't hands on like Spaulding. They don't get into the pool with you, but instead sit in a chair on the edge of the pool typing notes about you while you're exercising. Awkward. After I went to Spaulding I realized my PT at Back on Track was having me do exercises that weren't right for where I was at. When I got hurt from our third session but I thought it was me, not him. It was him. Facility: The Wellbridge health club is an expensive one, so they do have pretty nice locker rooms and a lot of convenient extras like robes, shampoo etc., tea, mouthwash, hair spray, and hair dryers. The PT room itself is a tiny room with two therapy tables. They have curtains, but it was pretty awkward being evaluated 5 feet from someone else getting treatment. Like I said before, Back On Track Cambridge is really a better fit for someone with a minor injury who is pretty high functioning. I would really recommend anyone who is elderly, deals with chronic pain, or just wants more skilled therapy to go to the Spaulding Charlestown for PT. It is more hands on, the pool is warmer, and it's completely accessible. If you work in Harvard Square and just need something basic that's convenient, try it out here.

Be advised: This is not a real, full service PT clinic - this is a one-person, one-room operation…read moreinside a beautiful upscale health club in Harvard square. Parking is never easy unless you are willing to pay, in which case it is easy and abundant. My PT session was not long enough for critical analysis. I cannot recommend Harvard Square Chiropractic enough!…read more Twice now, Dr. Sean Bradshaw has been AMAZING when I have been in immense pain. I have seen him when my body has been screaming at me post an ovarian cyst hemorrhage and an infection from a dog bite on my finger. His care is what I wish all of my healthcare experiences were like. I left feeling seen, understood, cared for, and so much better! -He takes the time to get a full picture of what's going on. -He really remembers you and your story when you come back and asks follow ups that make you feel like you have a real partner in what you're facing. -He empathizes with what you're going through and focuses both on immediate relief and a longer term plan to address the root cause of issues. -He uses a combination of techniques - including targeted massage - to get right to the areas of my pain that provide so much relief. I was surprised that a chiropractor did many of the things that Sean can do for me. If you're experiencing any kind of body pain, I recommend giving Sean a try! He has been a GODSEND for me! Just THE BEST!

He was a difficult patient and was so scared and in pain. I am the only relative he was still in touch with. And I visited him almost every day for the week he was there until he passed yesterday. Everyone at the hospital, from the ER staff to all the staff on Needham 3, were wonderful. The doctors were so gentle with him and spent so much time explaining and listening to him. Special commendation to nurse Bridget on Needham 3. She went above and beyond to keep my cousin comfortable and to ease his anxiety. She advocated for his needs on several occasions with the outside Hospice team who didn't understand his limitations and anxieties. And she was there for me as I grieved and worried about logistics. She is a true gem!!!! Another honorable mention to Linda on Needham 3, who also looked after me when things got overwhelming. I highly recommend Mr. Auburn hospital for service, medical expertise, and for providing a lovely non-intimidating environment.

I made a total of four calls, leaving detailed messages on three occasions including my cell number. At no point did I receive a return call‍ Having failed at telephonic registration I physically went to the registration office at 6:40 AM. The office sign indicates they are open from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM! We were not the only ones dismayed that the office was CLOSED and at 6:50 AM I left for my procedure . When I reported to the GI Unit I couldn't pre-register the response was " yes that is a common complaint" Clearly the management of the pre-registration department should be held accountable for the lack of attention and responsibility of this unit! Patients deserve far better‍
