She asked him what was he there for and told her that he needed the shot. She stated that they don't have the shot, even though he has gotten it there before and said that she was not going to go back and forth with him regarding that matter. She then said that she had a long day and didn't have time for it. She kept cutting him off during their conversation as well. He left empty handed with no report of his visit. A quick drop, and some initialing, you're on your way with a receipt. I've been to some other places where it was so rigid. Dropping your hands below the waistline could cancel your visit, and not let you back in for 24hrs. Everything was clean and welcoming. They do a greater series of testing than most other places in a nearby proximity. I in fact used them for FMCS(Commercial driver random screen). They did mention that in about 30 days they were moving over to Alum Creek Drive. Bonus for my proximity. I have already let my employer(another state) know that this was a good place to send their transportation employees.

I made an appointment online then we headed that way. Both times we were early and both times upon check-in I was taken back to a room. We had a bit of a wait once in the room but nothing terrible. The NP/PA, Mary, saw me both times. She was very personable, asked questions, and discussed a diagnosis. She ordered a prescription that was sent to the pharmacy before I left. Overall, a good experience and pretty straight forward.

June 21, 2026 I went to the Emergency room for severe abdominal pain. When the person came out that…read moredoes the registration she looked at me and said do you need something. Of course I need something if I am standing at the front waiting to be checked in. The staff was non compassionate and rude. The triage nurse was the only person that was pleasant. She was great. My blood pressure was dangerously high higher than it has ever been and I was getting a massive headache. I typically do not have high blood pressure and I am not on any medicine for high blood pressure. I was sent back out to the waiting room where I waited an hour. No one was taken back in the waiting area during that hour. I understand that sometimes you have to wait a while. I was getting worried about my symptoms as I had a bowel blockage last year, it felt like a blockage and even during last year my blood pressure was not even close to what is was the night I cam to the ER. I went up to tell the registration desk that I needed to leave and go somewhere else that I felt like it was getting worse . The said okay and I went to another ER for treatment. When I contacted Ohio Health to make a complaint I was told that the lead of the ER would contact me. It has been 11 days no contact from anyone. This is a place that I will never go to on my own ever again!! Very disappointing
