Which were out of network for my insurance provider. Prometheus Biosciences Inc have since double billed me plus resorted to sending my bill to a creditor after I had paid them $2,000 for a blood test plus the health care representative said they paid them $2,000 and we had $0 responsibility. Overall very dissatisfied and will NOT be returning to any Mount Carmel building again.

A quick copy of that ID and you're next in line. Into an office for some data entry. Drop your personal items into a tray, and head to the restroom. A quick drop, and some initialing, you're on your way with a receipt. I've been to some other places where it was so rigid. Dropping your hands below the waistline could cancel your visit, and not let you back in for 24hrs. Everything was clean and welcoming. They do a greater series of testing than most other places in a nearby proximity. I in fact used them for FMCS(Commercial driver random screen). They did mention that in about 30 days they were moving over to Alum Creek Drive. Bonus for my proximity. I have already let my employer(another state) know that this was a good place to send their transportation employees.

I just had the best experience at the Lab with Thea!…read more Thea totally made my day, made me comfortable, and was even able to poke me in the first try in my difficult arm! She was quick and efficient, and her joy (I was surprised because we all get a little grumpy on gross snowy days), her joy was absolutely contagious. I wasn't even sure if the lab would be open with all this weather, and she was the only person working and I was the only patient and she made the experience enjoyable- and I hate having my blood drawn. Quality of care was beyond excellent! This woman deserves some praise and a raise!
