The tech then took about 15 minutes filling out paperwork, then had to redo them because he entered the information incorrectly. Ultimately, he drew 5 vials of blood for what was supposed to be 3 tests. I received one result on Saturday, and then called my physician today to see where the other two were, and they were never entered. So I'm not sure what the tech did with the additional 4 vials of blood that I gave him, but they were never even sent onto the lab for evaluation. On top of that, the tech made some inappropriate and sexist comments (making unsolicited remarks about how I should "let my husband be a man" etc.). This feels incredibly unprofessional bordering on negligent--even my physician was stunned. I'd strongly warn anyone against going here based on my experience, and I plan to contact Quest directly to share this feedback.

Which were out of network for my insurance provider. Prometheus Biosciences Inc have since double billed me plus resorted to sending my bill to a creditor after I had paid them $2,000 for a blood test plus the health care representative said they paid them $2,000 and we had $0 responsibility. Overall very dissatisfied and will NOT be returning to any Mount Carmel building again.

I explained that was absurd I didn't have three she said if I didn't wait she would call my employer and say that I refused like wow so I waited in the middle of me waiting she went in the back and called my employer and told them I was not a good candidate for hire, that I cussed her out and was being belligerent. She was quick and efficient, and her joy (I was surprised because we all get a little grumpy on gross snowy days), her joy was absolutely contagious. I wasn't even sure if the lab would be open with all this weather, and she was the only person working and I was the only patient and she made the experience enjoyable- and I hate having my blood drawn.
