Rigo did a great job with the 3 things I had done: replacing an electrical panel, replacing 2 light fixtures, and installing a smoke alarm. He was on time, knowledgable, and efficient. I don't think it is necessarily the cheapest option around but with something like this, quality and experience matters and they did a great job and handle permits and such. They did exactly what I asked them to do and were responsive over email and able to ask the exact questions they needed which made things seamless. This is not necessarily a bad thing but they could have probably done some kind of "walk through" around the place and found some additional work for me. Upselling is obviously not always a great practice but in my case, there were some things that I wish I had done and I think they could have suggested them and left it up to me to say yes/no to during the initial inspection. For example my kitchen could definitely use at least 1 additional outlet, I should have probably replaced a 3rd light, and so on. I do respect that they don't try to take you on a ride but since it is probably efficient to do things all at once, may have been helpful to discuss (this was also my bad for not noticing these things before). Rigo did a bunch of smaller things that made a big difference too like taking out the packaging for the lights and the old ones as well as the old electrical panel, clearly labeling all the switches very neatly which was not well done before, answering my questions and explaining things in a way that I (someone with little knowledge about most of this stuff) would understand.

Told us we wouldn't be charged for his time but we got a $400 bill for "diagnostics and troubleshooting." On top of this, communication was a mess. Manager called me at 6pm on a Friday and couldn't get two words together, not sure if he was high or just exhausted but it was a super unprofessional call and left me with more questions than answers. Finally got some clarity in an email, but jeez what a mess. Maybe their work quality is good, but I won't be sticking around to find out. I'll be working with someone who is more up front about their work, better at communicating, and doesn't charge so much.

One day, after many years, the lighting would dim suddenly without warning for no apparent reason. We thought it was a fluke, but it wasn't, as the same symptom would appear again and again. For safety, I shut down power to that circuit and filed a service request direct on Electro-Integrity's website. I also had them do a new cat6 run and they did a great job with that as well as patching up the holes from older cables. My overall sense is that Carlos is fairly capable and experienced but either his team or him are not as careful as we had damages to our finished wood toe kicks and our lacquer cabinets looked like they had been dragged over nails as they were being assembled. I didn't appreciate that they made 0 mention of it at all and I had to point it out. As the homeowner, I essentially had to baby sit them for 5 days through the install since it felt like they were incapable / unwilling to read the kitchen cabinet installation instructions in detail and I caught several mistakes early on during the cabinet assembly that made me hesitant to leave it unattended. Carlos's attitude was particularly bad through the entire experience as well. Always made it seem like we were inconveniencing him or being too nit picky even if we caught some mistakes. At one point, he even threatened to quit after the assembly but before the installation simply because he had underestimated the complexity of the project. We did have a 1 day delay due to some plumbing / electrical issues but that's pretty typical as far as kitchen cabinet installations go AFAIK. In the end, they were able to get all the kitchen cabinets installed, albeit with a lot of effort from my end due to the more custom nature of the project. The price was affordable and the work was solid (minus the scratches) but for me the bad attitude wasn't worth it.

VERY flexible with my schedule, they arrived 24 hours after I contacted them. In and out in less than an hour, and they arrived on time. I watched them from start to finish and they were very curious to my home, laying down towels to catch debris, wiping down areas from dust fall from drilling, clean lines for mounting and securing my TV perfectly. To be honest they are nice folks... but this felt more handy man like than a professional install ... Additionally this was an install and out of here job for them...nice folks but not as professional and neat as advertised. They did not clean up afterwards (left open boxes, dust and debris right on the floor) along with a few mistakes made with the installation but they did patch it up. Bottom line I think for the price $400+ it could have been much more professional since they did advertise themselves as professional installers. read more

Anthony did a professional job mounting our Fame 65 inch television. Electrical work was involved so the TV hangs on the wall with no wires visible. The work was cumbersome because the wall is lathe and plaster. He communicated each step of the process and alerted me to possible problems before he started.
