This was, by far, the best experience I've had. Mount Pleasant Optometry is a facility that has such a beautiful, modern feel with such a friendly, welcoming staff. From start to finish, I felt all my questions were answered and had such a thorough exam and even had a seemless transition to the optical staff. The selection is extensive and was happily able to find multiple options for glasses as well as being able to provide the latest and greatest technology. Heidi and Aasa were exceptionally helpful - taking care of our needs and going above and beyond with helping me for my issues. I've been a customer of 30+ years and my experience with eye exams has been consistently positive. However, after my latest experience ordering lenses, they have lost my business altogether. I wear Silhouette frames because they are practically weightless. I took four Silhouette frames in and ordered prescription lenses. A slightly tinted pair that I wanted in orange, but were made rose, an everyday pair, reading, and sunglasses for a total cost of $3,270.80, with discounts for ordering multiple lenses. I do find them very pricey, but I thought I would get what I wanted. I'm a senior and this is a lot of money for me to spend and as it turns out, waste. I'm happy with one pair out of the four which I paid $700. for. The licensed optician who I ordered from did not listen to me and with the one exception, didn't order the shapes i wanted. The first pair, tinted, I apparently ordered incorrectly and they remade them, but still not to my liking. However, after the reading and sunglasses were not what I ordered, I question if i did get the tinted lenses wrong. The optician was very pleasant, but I would have preferred to get what I actually ordered. The reading glasses were supposed to be basic, but the price increased by $300. with no explanation. I wanted basic rectangle readers, but got designer lenses which were the same shape as the tinted lenses that I didn't like. I asked why the price difference, but instead of an answer, I got emailed and printed copies of the invoices. I'm stuck with readers I don't like, and having to replace the tinted lenses and sunglasses. Lastly, the multiple pair discount was supposed to be on three lenses, but the invoice only shows a discount on two pair. Initially the optician tried to tell me that one of my frames should be replaced with no explanation as to why they were inferior. Once she discovered that I was ordering four pairs of lenses, the same frames were good to use... This was a long and drawn out process, where I had to go back and forth a number of times, full of frustration. I do not recommend buying your glasses at Mount Pleasant Optometry. read more

Needed an exam and they were recommended. They are still on Broadway and are moving east soon, with all the skytrain construction. Be wary if you are afraid of heights as it's open excavation and it's pretty scary if you are scared of heights. I appreciated the flow of the eye exam, very efficient. My optometrist was very patient and friendly. 1 star off mainly bc the styles of glasses were not my cup of tea and rather limited in my opinion. read more

After our eye appointments we were assisted to pick out glasses by two great opticians and found unique and stylish frames. The new location is well laid out, modern and well run with a choice of multiple optometrists. Everyone was super helpful. My only complaint is the online booking system is not good, would love to see them just use an off the shelf solution. I have been shopping for frames/glasses for a while as I find my face is hard to fit. I walked into Mount Pleasant Optometry just to look and the staff there spent quality time with me trying on different styles to find a pair of frames that fit perfectly, looked great and were comfortable. There were A LOT to choose from!!! I actually found a few pairs and the staff (in particular Charissa Moyen) took the time to help me narrow down my decision based on what would work every day for me. I bought them and I am so excited to have my new glasses!!! I will be back for sunglasses and contacts for sure!!! read more

I think the staff, eyewear professionals and optometrists at this location deserve 5 stars. However, their prices are way overpriced and super expensive. I got an eye exam, which was 150 and then I needed progressive lenses. They wanted to charge me 550 just for the lenses. I went to Specsavers got the lenses and an extra pair of glasses with a regular prescription for 400. I will never deal with this business again, they are way overpriced. I would save some money and give your business to a place that won't rip you off. read more

I have been a loyal client, coming coming to my neighbourhood optometry centre for over 20 years. I'm sad to write this review because I used to really appreciate this team because they used to offer affordable eye exams and glasses, but as the area has become trendy and expensive, so have their services. I used to like the relaxed and down to earth atmosphere but it seems that their high cost of rent has brought in a different clientele and attitude amongst the staff. I really appreciated Dr. Simmons before he retired, and Dr. Mobray is definitely enthusiastic and passionate, Dr. Lo is lovely and very thorough, but I recently had a doctor who was cold and dismissive. She prescribed some eye drops that were ridiculously expensive, so much so that the pharmacy warned me of the cost before filling it and offered advice about other eye drops. Also, the last two sets of glasses broke within two weeks. I am very gentle when I handle my glasses so this has been puzzling. When I returned to have them fixed, Bob told me he would have to send them to Ontario because the company doesn't allow repairs outside the company. The charge to have them fixed would be over $100 even though I felt they must be defective. I waited 5 weeks for them to be returned, picked them up, Bob fitted me, then I got home and they snapped again the next day. I was so upset and frustrated I decided not to go back. Instead I taped them together rather than having to spend another $100 to fix them. read more

I came in and got my eyes tested and got fitted for new glasses. it's unfortunate that when I popped in a few months ago, I heard the outstanding optician I had test my eyes was no longer there..I mean she was kind enough to send me a picture that made my eye look like some the thing from "Fantastic Voyage" ..[if you've not seen it shame on you..a classic from 1966 with Donald Pleasance and Raquel Welch. if you've ever imagined being the size of a microbe..and got to take a journey through the human body..and eye!}.. anyways , they were stupendous. I asked if I could bring in my own frame and have my prescription molded into those glasses. They did it! but, alas..several years later..I have been looking for several hours tonight and for a couple of days..I can't find my glasses. it's for the best though..I wanted to change the script anyway, there was a flaw with the bottom being out of focyus and difficult for me to see through...good think it's not an emergency, as I only need them when I drive or after I've been on the computer several hours.. I hope I can get a test done and new specs sooner than today though! is that asking too much? I'll keep you posted. ..I looked in my truck, under the seats , in every pocket I have..:( read more

I called to book an appointment and had to deal with an unpleasant office staff who kept repeating her script rather than propose a sensible option. Do I want an appointment to review my prescription or an appointment to review the health of my eyes--in other words, do I want the cheap or the expensive appointment? Can I just make an appointment to review my eyes and if I need more than a new prescription we'll figure it out at the office, and I'll pay accordingly, I asked? Oh, no. That's too complicated. Oy, what nonsense! I like my optometrist, but I find her office staff ridiculous. Perhaps I happened to speak to a stubborn office staff who hates her job and prefers to make things complicated for the patient. All and all, that exchange left a sour taste in my mouth and I'll be looking for another optometry office. read more

I popped in hoping to get my frames replaced using the old lenses, as my budget situation has been struggling lately. These guys were able to fit me in a walk in immediately to have a good look at what they could do about my frames. I felt very welcomed and everyone working was very professional, it did not have that pushy commercial vibe i get at other clinics. Being the nassive klutz that i am, i sat right on my glasses a month earlier and broke it in half. Glue didn't do the job and it started cracking again after 2 weeks, so i decided to go get it replaced hoping someone would be able to squeeze the same lenses into another frame. They found two very similar frames and were able to fit my old lenses in them without any cutting, and they made every effort to make it as affordable and fashionable as possible. The experience felt personal, and these guys actually care that you're happy with the service and products. Even though the new frame isn't the perfect fit especially on my nose bridge, nothing a little adjustment can't fix, and with that price tag i can't complain. Should have come here for my eye exams, and i will definitely come back. read more

Absolutely super-helpful! In May, I got a thorough check up and new prescription for new glasses. By mid-June, I noticed I wasn't seeing very well. I didn't want to go back for another new prescription because I was afraid it would cost so much -- hundreds of dollars -- and not be covered by my insurance. I thought I'd wait two years when insurance would cover it again. By mid-July, it was getting worse. So, I decided to bite the bullet and spend the money. I called Mt. Pleasant Optometry and they said it was all covered by a warranty. Who knew? It turns out that the problem was not my earlier prescription. My eyes had actually changed so much in eight weeks that I needed a new prescription and new lenses. (They changed because of cataracts. Again, who knew?) Mt. Pleasant Optometry did a new exam, new prescription and new lenses for no charge at all -- and very pleasantly with great smiles and good explanations. I recommend them 100%. Me and my my entire family were loyal patients at MT.Pleasant for years until they expanded. Other than Dr. Lo who has always been amazing to be with, don't seem to have the same patient care. The worst is Dr. Gafur, my daughter who has been wearing contacts for a long time asked to try a pair of coloured sample contacts...when we came back to pick up they wanted to charge a fitting fee. While talking to the receptionist about this Gafur came out and acted like he was ready for a fight....typical Toronto attitude I guess. We just asked why there would be a fitting fee when we already paid for the same just a few months prior for the exact same brand of contact...the fee was not the issue, but Gafur's attitude definitely was. Needless to say we will be taking our eye care needs elsewhere. read more

I've been searching for a new optometrist after having some not so great experiences with other optometrists I've seen throughout the years. I decided to check out Mount Pleasant Optometry Centre because of the positive reviews. So, I booked an appointment wth Dr. Ivy Koh for the morning. My appointment was at 11:00am and I happened to arrive 15 minutes early. I got registered and one of the staff did a precheckup for my eyes before my actual appointment time which was nice. After the precheckup tests, I had to take a seat back in the lobby. The lobby area was very clean and so were the chairs. For an optometry centre that's over 60 years old, it actually felt quite new! Dr. Koh was very polite, professional, and extremely thorough with my entire eye exam. I highly recommend anyone who needs their eyes checked to do it at Mount Pleasant Optometry because the staff were professional and pleasant. They have all of the very best state-of-the-art equipment to check to see if your eyes are healthy too. Thank you Dr. Ivy Koh! read more

Yes folks, that may sound harsh and contrary to Yelpers here so here's why: great selection and labels, and service is good. but if your policy is to only carry Nikon lens, and not offer other alternatives because they feel 'it's the best', well, that sounds like this clinic is just being 'rewarded' by Nikon, if you ask me. Why not let the consumer decide which lens they want? Other optical places offer several different ones depending on budget from the dozen I've been shopping at...not everyone wants to spend $350 on 1.74 high index lenses. and the worse part? They don't include anti-scratch as a service, considered wear and tear. Funny how their competition offers this, on top of the UV protection, etc. One other store even said the only 2 options should be: A) transitions B) blue light (for ppl sitting in front of computer) Prices are to be expected for designer labels, on par with what I've seen so far. but no sales or negotiations for buying both frames and lenses, as staff cheekily said, 'we have been here a long time so no need to'.... read more

Who knew you could enjoy getting poofed in the eye? (someone's going to take that to a very wrong place... so moving on!) They flashed bright lights at me, they shot unexpected poofs of air into my eyeballs, they made me not blink for several seconds, which is one of the hardest things to accomplish DIRECTLY after someone has told you not to blink. Don't believe me? Don't blink. (you totally did) And yet after all of these somewhat uncomfortable tasks - i'm positively giddy over this place? Many a Yelper has said it, so for the sake of brevity, I give you: The List Of Rad: 1. Super reasonable. $85 for exam and contact lens fitting? Better then a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. 2. I messed up my appointment time and arrived 20 minutes late. They not only made it work, they were CHEERFUL about it. Service Ninjas awarded. 3. The doc is an all over wellspring of positive energy. When she realized that I was working with a prescription that was three years old, and that after this appointment, I would walk out with drastically different eyesight, she was SO enthusiastic, I wanted to do an 80's movie, freeze frame air punch. Her energy is infectious. 4. They explain everything. From what each test is for, to sitting you down in front of a picture of your peepers - if you ever had an eye exam related question, you will leave here with it answered. 5. They have a selection of super lovely glasses. That are far out of my price range, seeing as though I sit on them within two weeks. But still, lovely, wishful thinking, if-I-wasn't-a-klutz selection. 6. For the first time in almost six months, my eyes didn't water ALL DAY! Which got chalked up to a simple allergic reaction to contact solution. I also learned, they have additive free contact solution. 7. Making an appointment is quick. I have been a patient of this office for more than ten years and have really supported this office. I have referred 8 members of my family to them. I have had two pairs of expensive glasses damaged by this office. I notice another reviewer reports damage after picking up their glases. I am never able to find glasses at this office even after coming back repeatedly as they have limited better quality frames and as I have a high prescription and am hard to fit. I have had to buy glasses at other opticians but get them adjusted at this office to support them and as the office location is more convenient for me. They charge for this service. I have had two pairs of expensive glasses damaged by Bob. The first pair he grabbed off my face and without examining the frame at all or asking my permission he adjusted the glasses into a mangled mess with a vice like grip on my head. it looked like a child had bent and deformed them. I had to take them back to the original opticians and they did their best to de-mangle the frame but the glasses never looked the same again. These were $700 frames - $1300 with the lenses. I should not have come back but I also brought my Lindberg glasses to this office. This office also carries Lindberg. Again it was Bob and I was a bit nervous. He adjusted my Lindberg and when I went home I found a small crack near the hinge that wasn't there before. I didn't say anything about it was it was quite small. Several months later I had to come back for a re-adjustment and Bob was on again. This time I was really concerned and anxious. Bob so aggressively and incorrectly adjusted the frame that a piece of the frame near the hinge fell off. He accepted no responsibility for this damage and neither did anyone sitting at the front desk. I complained later in an email but never spoke directly to Dr Mowbray. Another optician called me and really I felt the attitude was snotty that I was saying Bob could possibly not be competent and I hadn't supported their office. This office posts the sign from their college that says optometry is a profession and your prescription belongs to you. I didn't buy glasses at other optical stores because I wanted to search all over town and in any case they are charging you for optician services and should be responsible for any damage they do. This optician implied I should take these glasses back to where I had purchased them and not mention I had them adjusted by their office. Of course the other optical place could not get my frame warrantied due to the damage and I had to purchase another replacement frame. The other office really tried to be helpful and offered to sell me a replacement frame at half price. They said my optometrist should have talked to Lindberg as they deal with them. i would highly recommend West Tenth Eyes Optometry for their extensive lines of glasses, the excellent service, their honesty and exceptional customer service, and their state of the art optometry equipment. The fact they choose to have the same scanning machine as the retinal specialist I went to recently speaks a lot of their commitment to offering the best eye care. The optician at Mount Pleasant Optometry told me Lindberg does not allow just any one to carry their glasses - somehow implying they must be a good optician office - but Lindberg apparently does not know not all staff are competent at this office and Mount Pleasant Optometry does not represent their brand well at all. I will be writing them a complaint letter. read more

I discovered this place on Yelp when trying to decide where to get an eye checkup, which is long overdue. After reading the reviews and noting that is was not too far from home I decided to make an appointment. They offer an online appointment service so I thought I'd give it a try. I did my info searching online on Sunday when I had some free time and made my appointment then as well, thinking that when they open Monday morning my request would be available for them to review and book. It was 4pm yesterday, Monday, when I finally received a call from the receptionist informing me they had booked my appointment for one week later. As the day was almost over I had given up and booked an appointment elsewhere. If it takes a full business day to reply to an online appointment request I would be very scepticle that the service would be any better for my checkup! read more

These folks do a bang-up job, and are very reasonable. They have an excellent deal for trying contacts- $60 bucks to try them until you find a pair that works. They were also totally able to roll with my unwillingness to tolerate the air puffer machine ... they were pretty much unflappable. A good eye experience. Okay, roughly eight weeks later, they are now a total five star experience. I've been through umpteen visits trying to find contacts that work for me- my eyes are really funky- and, I've now got good contacts that totally work. They were really willing to keep trying- well worth the $60. If you have had problems getting contacts fitted, they are worth a try. read more

I booked an appointment at the Mount Pleasant Optometry Centre to get my eyes tested due to all the positive Yelp reviews, and they didn't disappoint. I saw Dr. Koh, and she was very personable and informative. She ran me through a gauntlet of different eye tests and explained the results of each one to me. It was definitely the most comprehensive eye exam I had ever had. They even took photos of my eyes, and Dr. Koh took the time to show me my eyes in contrast with others to reassure me that mine were very healthy. At the end, I discussed frame and lens prices with one of the gals in the shop, and she gave me a quote on the cost of my lenses. I was impressed that the price was very reasonable -under $200. Even though I have already picked out my frames at a different shop (check out Bruce Eyewear: http://www.yelp.ca/biz/bruce-eyewear-vancouver#query:Bruce%20Eyewear) they recommended me to bring in my frames to have them do the lenses, since their work is guaranteed. Thanks to Yelp I found this great Optometry clinic. I couldn't be happier. I had started getting really intense headaches interspersed with migraines for several weeks, and I was getting the feeling it was related to my prescription. My focus felt off and things seemed to double a bit or get fuzzy. It was not fun. I had had enough, but I didn't have a local optometrist anymore. A quick Yelp search led me to MPOC and despite my fears they would not be accepting new patients that happily fit me in for an appointment a few days later. Despite a Friday afternoon exam time, I only had to wait in the waiting room maybe 10 minutes tops to see Dr. Wong. She was sweet and explained everything when I had questions. She showed a real and genuine care for my condition, without making me feel anxious that it was anything more than just a simple change in contacts that was needed. The eye exam fee also included the dilation test, which I came back for a week later. I was thrilled that I didn't have to pay more. Dr. Wong gave me a couple options, since my prescription hadn't actually changed. Only my astigmatism in one eye had gotten worse. So it was a possibility my regular contacts just weren't cutting it anymore. We tried a stronger prescrip in that eye, but unfortunately that made the headaches worse. So when I went back for the dilation test we tried out the fancy weighted contacts for astigmatism in my non-conformist eye. After a day of getting used to the funny feeling of the new contact, BAM! my vision seems far better (despite no change in actual strength of prescription) and no more headaches. Not a one, in the last couple weeks. So. Much. Better. This clinic is clean, with a pleasant decor, welcoming, and friendly. It is definitely the nicest optometry clinic I have ever been to. And I will continue to go here from now on. read more

I went to the Mount Pleasant Optometry Centre today (thanks to some other positive Yelp reviews) because I was concerned about some floaters in my field of vision and wanted to get them checked out. I must say this clinic really impressed me! I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who took down my information and asked me some questions about my medical history. My appointment for the eye exam was with Dr. Ho. She was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable - like the rest of the staff. She listened to all of my concerns and made sure all of my questions got answered. I have gotten several eye exams done in the past but the one at Mount Pleasant Optometry Centre is by far the most extensive one. I really like the fact that Dr. Ho sat down with me and explained ALL of the results. She was even nice enough to take the time to show me some pictures of abnormal retinas to re-assure me that mine are very healthy. I would highly recommend this clinic for eye exams. Not quite sure if I would recommend them for purchasing frames as that was not the intent of my visit today. A little tip - if you are getting your eye exam done bring some sunglasses to your appointment as your eyes can get quite sensitive to light after they dilate your pupils. read more

I was in desperate need of an eye appointment since my old glasses weren't helping anymore. I decided to book an appointment at Mount Pleasant Optometry because of their overwhelmingly positive yelp reviews and also because they're located on the 99 B-Line bus route. I was able to easily get an appointment on the day I requested. You have the option to book an appointment online, but I chose to call them instead. The waiting room is small but clean. If you walk past the reception desk, there is a small room with rows and rows of glasses frames to choose from. The frame selection is alright, but if you want designer frames I'd go elsewhere. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes before I was taken to the back for some pre-testing by a receptionist. These tests include a colorblind test, typical reading of letters on a chart, a bright flash when they take pictures of your eyes, and the dreaded puff of air (which was actually really quick and painless). The receptionist also asked me a bunch of questions about my family medical history, last time I had an eye exam, and any concerns I had. The receptionist was nice, but she didn't really come off as friendly. After this pre-test, I was taken back to the waiting room until the optometrist was ready to see me. My optometrist was Dr. Koh and she was super friendly. She went through all of the eye exams and explained why she was doing them. She also showed me the pictures of my eyes and compared them to eyes that were suffering from glaucoma and macular degeneration. I'm not sure what the deal was with my old optometrist, but she explained to me that I have slight astigmatism and although my eyes could use a slight correction, glasses weren't necessary. She let me try on the lenses and was patient while I tried reading with and without them. I will still get glasses because I spend way too much time reading and on the computer, but it was nice that there was absolutely no sales pressure to purchase my lenses or frames there. If you're looking for an optometrist, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely go here again in 2 years for my next appointment. read more

By far THE best eye exam/optometry/new eyewear experience ever! In under an hour I had my exam done, Saw the eye doctor, picked out and was fitted for new amazing frames. Everyone who I dealt with, from reception to the lovely woman helping me choose frames and giving me serious care and concern and attention, was super sweet and courteous. Also, my exam isn't covered by my benefits plan but everything else is. $100 for exam and the super cool frames and lenses were immediately billed to my coverage. I put this off for too long, thinking I can't afford to pay and wait for my money to get back. Omg. And free wifi while you wait between each part. They also said I could bring in my favorite non prescription sunglasses and they will happily make them into prescription ones. I cannot believe I waited so long. This place is the bomb. read more

Came in again for my annual check up and service was fantastic as always. The doctors are very knowledgeable, friendly, and they take their time to make sure you are comfortable and all your questions are answered. While I'm not stoked that my prescription has increased, I have to say that getting your eyes examined can be rather intimidating, and the staff at Mount Pleasant ensure you are at ease. Ditto to all the other positive comments. I decided to try this place out due to all the good reviews on here. I am that annoying patient who likes to ask lots of really basic, bordering stupid questions that could easily make a busy optometrist lose patience. Dr Ivy Koh appeared to know a lot about recent research and its controversies, and took a lot of time to explain the results of each exam she did for me. Finally this office seems concerned with helping you save money! I paid a total of only $70 for a comprehensive exam because they managed to make some MSP claims for me. After moving to Vancouver from Toronto, I needed to get my eyes checked. I was worried about finding a place that was just as good as my old one. My husband recommended me here (found through Yelp) after he went for his eye exam. I was seen by Dr. Mowbry who provided a comprehensive eye exam and gave detailed explanations that I haven't received at other eye examinations. He happily answered any questions I had and offered solutions to issues I was experiencing. He's a friendly and funny fellow and would make any nervous patient feel at ease. My husband (who doesn't use Yelp) went here today for an eye exam after having trouble with another place (ie. said other place gave him a completely wrong prescription). He said it was everyone here was very friendly, ready for him when he arrived and the optometrist explained everything perfectly. Highly recommended! read more

A couple of years ago I wrote a 3 star review of Mount Pleasant Optometry. Just for the record, and in case you haven't checked the Yelp ratings system in a while, 3 stars is NOT a bad review, unless you think "A-Ok" translates as "sucks monkey balls". To me, 3 stars is a solidly positive if not glowing recommendation. I think it's a decent rating for a non-luxury service. Hell, I gave a 4 star review to West, and all they did wrong was bring me more food than I could eat. I also gave a 3 star review to Sushi Yama and I eat there at least once / week. With that in mind I think 3 stars was a generous review at the time (many years ago) given that I had an unhappy experience. I may have been a little more surly in my tone than usual when I wrote the review, partly because I had just started a new job that involved long hours and a crazy long commute so my window of time to do anything besides commute or work was nearly nothing. In that situation you become extraordinarily protective of those scarce windows of time you have left between travel, work and home obligations, and yes you might (by which I mean *I did*) develop a sort of maniacal and militant protectionist posture when someone even accidentally takes some of the one commodity you desperately need more of. You might even (irrationally) feel like you've been robbed. So... was I tough on Mount Pleasant Optometry? I still don't think so. Have I considered going back and giving them an opportunity to make things right? Well not really, and not because I still harbor resentments or even care about what happened 4 years ago, but because when I recently got new glasses someplace else, I had such an exceptionally lovely service experience that I'll probably just keep going to that lovely experience place until I don't have a lovely experience there any more or I move, or whatever. That's the price and reward of good service. So, now you're wondering, "why the heck is she revising her review then?" Right? I'm revising my review because although I haven't been back to the clinic as a patient since my last experience, I *have* accompanied two other people there and *they* had good experiences and they aren't going to tell you about it, because they're not Yelpers. Last year I helped a friend choose a new pair of glasses at MPOC, and the young woman doing the fitting was highly professional and seemed to really know what she was doing. She was extremely thorough in checking the fit of the frames, measuring things and making notes and had some good pointers about which frames might work or not with her face. I appreciated her courteous, professional, and competent service and my friend got a GORGEOUS pair of well fitting glasses, which presumably arrived on time and all. The do have a great selection of luxury frames in stock for such a small clinic. Another time I was at Mount Pleasant Optometry, I was accompanying my sister and my niece when my little niece was having her eyes checked. I was truly amazed at how great Dr Ho was with this tiny squirmy human and how she was able to be kind, but focused on the task at hand, and created an atmosphere that was engaging and not at all frightening. And let's be honest - often times the hardest part about working with kids is dealing with their parents - Dr. Ho was great with my sister too who can sometimes be a tiny bit helicopter-ish. So, MPOC is BETTER than A-Okay (which is already pretty good - just saying!) You might even call me a sort of fan. It's hard not to love folks who are nice to the tiny humans you're related to. read more
