While I didn't go to the smoke stack... that is for another time when Steve and I can sight see together I did make a stop at the brewery as I didn't feel that it was too terribly far off of the Interstate. The brewery is nestled in downtown and the set up is pretty cool. There is a nice, spacious area inside the brewery but on nice days they do have outdoor seating on a patio. It was nice and warm on the day I paid a visit here so I took advantage of the outdoor option. The beer choice in my mind I also desired to have that would go along with the warmer weather would be a lighter beer. What fit the bill just fine was getting the Cool Hand Rice Lager. This was a nice, crisp beer that was just what I was looking for. A little bit biscuity and some hoppy bitterness going on that reflected this type of lager nicely. It was very refreshing to sit down to as my journey to Butte and the main event in Bozeman would mean hotter weather as that part of the trip unfolded.
