We are just beyond the one-year anniversary of our son's liberation from the reckless watch of unscrupulous MSV therapists going by the names of Laura Woodward and Marlena Romero. It is still hard for us to believe the detrimental treatment our son experienced while entrusted to your care, and the huge decline he suffered physically, psychologically, and emotionally during his seven-month residency under your maltreatment. To cover up your incompetence you blamed us as parents and then gave us a 30 day notice to move our child. He came to you a healthy weight, after we'd spent five years helping him trim down from his obese state when he came to us in 2014. This was no small feat--we had to teach our son so many healthy habits that took a long time for him to adopt. He did slim down gradually while living with us, and obtained a healthy weight by the time we admitted him to your care. But by the time you evicted him, he was obese again--all the progress we made in five years reversed in just 7 months. But that is the least of the damage he sustained in your care. During his 7 months in your captivity, our son also became much more violent, much more defiant, much more disregulated--you are as aware of anyone how violent and emotionally unstable he became under your mistreatment. Our son also regressed horribly in his Reactive Attachment Disorder, which is so terribly sad for him. And your "therapy" only further exacerbated this disorder, to our son's detriment. You even removed this diagnosis that was diagnosed again by a psychiatrist in another state. Your answer to most of his problems was drugs. He came to you on three meds, but left on five. with dosages increased. We can only hope that now, one year later, you have obtained some training on RAD and are more aware of this incredibly complex disorder, so hopefully you will not damage another child and family entrusted to your care. Our son is now receiving quality therapy and very slowly improving. Japer Mt has successfully weaned him off one of the drugs he was prescribed at your employment by your command. But the damage done by you is profound, and has set him back terribly far, and we honestly wonder if he can ever recover. read more

Our child became more angry and violent, ran away more, and had worsened sexualized behavior because of the incompetent, vindictive, "lead therapist" at MSV. Our 11 yo child ballooned from 80lbs to 120lbs in a few months. She pushed to double his medications. Maybe easier to warehouse children? Without notice, this incompetent, belligerent, self-reported therapist removed my child's diagnosis made by psychiatrists in multiple states. Why? To make her numbers appear better? My child's condition was later diagnosed AGAIN by another psychiatrist in a different state. Instead of being honest with parents about her lack of experience with my child's issues she covered her incompetence by blaming the parents to "step up" and gave us A 30-DAY NOTICE TO REMOVE OUR CHILD OVER THE HOLIDAYS. OVER THE HOLIDAYS!!! THE UNPROFESSIONAL BABYSITTER EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TELLING US TO GIVE UP OUR CHILD TO FOSTER CARE. One wonders if her vindictiveness stemmed from working with a child in need with 2 Dads? How ignorant of this ignorant "therapist" to discount our years of caring for our child because she failed to do her job. She put her selfishness and biases over the needs of a desperately lost child and his family. FROM HER MALTREATMENT OUR CHILD WAS REJECTED FROM OVER 40 RTCs IN THE US. Her handling of our child was completely inappropriate. This warehouse must be investigated and the manipulating, vindictive, bigot masquerading as a therapist must be investigated for aggravating the mental health of our child, traumatizing our family, and most likely warehousing other children under her reckless watch. read more
