This is a review of the Bank of America credit card service. I have Power of Attorney for my…read morefather. I am unable to pay his bills online. They advised me that I am committing fraud because I set up an account on line! I have spoken to several other credit card companies and banks and as long as I have my fathers permission and/or my fathers permission, I should be able to do anything that my father is able to do. They are sending my (only because I requested it) a letter stating that I CANNOT set an account up online. How would I know I am NOT able to do this?? I have had SEVERAL issues trying to pay my fathers bill. This account will be closed in the very near future. I had an account years ago with BofA and I closed it due to several frustrating situations. This bank has had several issues in the past. I DO NOT recommend them at all.
