I will warn you- that I walked onto the lot with an expectation of only asking asking questions but ended up signing a contract the same day, haha! Their sales rep Robbie made it easy though by answering my questions directly, listening to my concerns, not venturing off into products I hadn't expressed interest in, and NOT trying to upsell me. He did in fact end up up-selling me! But I felt like it was my choice, because I left with a great car, a great warranty package, and a sticker price significantly less than any other locations/lots I found online. All of this allowed me to leave with a nicer model than I anticipated while feeling good & confident about it. This felt like a mutual & personal interaction rather than a simple product/dollar transaction. That's something I've never experienced in a vehicle purchase! Seriously recommend this team as a whole & seriously recommend Robbie to help you out!

Please do your research before purchasing a vehicle, and PLEASE think twice before purchasing the Endurance Warranty. In my experience, the warranty process was extremely frustrating. The technician and I had to fight every step of the way just to get the repair approved. What they don't tell you is that even after paying your deductible, you may still have additional out-of-pocket costs. My deductible was $500, but I still had to pay $1,193.94 to get my transmission repaired after the claim was approved. Another issue is the rental car situation. You do not receive rental coverage until the repair is approved, and that approval process can take anywhere from a week to several weeks. During that time, you're left without transportation unless you have access to another vehicle. My advice: always have any used vehicle independently inspected before purchasing it, regardless of what the dealership tells you. Otherwise, you may find yourself making car payments on a vehicle that needs major repairs shortly after purchase and paying thousands more out of pocket to get it fixed. Update Review. 06/08/2026 I want to update my review of the 2017 Nissan Rogue I purchased a couple of months ago. Please do not buy any car from Prestman Auto. I was looking through some comments and discovered that many customers, like me, are experiencing issues with their cars. Common problems include service lights, check engine lights, brake issues, and transmission problems. I am currently facing transmission issues, which were not disclosed to me when I bought the car. Now, I have to pay to fix it, in addition to my car payments. I went back to the dealership to seek assistance, but they seem unwilling to help me. If you don't want to throw your money into a money pit, please avoid buying from this dealership.

I didn't think "car dealership" and "pleasant experience" could exist in the same sentence... but…read morehere we are. Mark Miller Toyota gets a full 5‑stars, two‑thumbs‑up, 10‑out‑of‑10 from us! Our old car basically died--transmission gone, catalytic converter done converting, transfer case done transferring. The repair bill was going to be $17,000, and with my hubby leaving for Brazil, we were on a serious time crunch. We searched every car on Facebook, KSL, and Copilot and found a couple in SLC. The first dealership was... let's just say "creative with the truth." They didn't even have the car they advertised and tried to sell us something we didn't want. Hard pass. Then we went to **Mark Miller Toyota**, fully expecting more dealership nonsense. But shockingly--they actually had the car we came to see. We test‑drove it, told them we had others to look at, and they said, "Okay, come back if you don't find what you're looking for." No pressure. No guilt. No weird sales tactics. Just honest people. We did come back. And we did buy the car. We love the car and it was a very fair price. The next day, after Hyrum left, I noticed a crack in the door. They told me to bring it in right away. They didn't want our first experience to be a bad one they would fix it!! We took it to our personal mechanic (4 seasons Auto in PG LOVE THEM also!) to checked it out first and said the car was in "mint condition"--nothing wrong mechanically. So we brought it in for a repair, Mark Miller gave us the choice of any car on their list as a loner while they fixed the car. I told him to just give me what ever. "What ever" turned out to be hybrid fancy 2026 Toyota Camry! While driving the loaner, I got a rock chip... which turned into a crack. I panicked. They said, "Don't worry about it--we'll take care of it." And they did! NO charge to us!! Our salesman was fantastic explained warranties without pushing anything. It wasn't awkward to say no. No upselling. No pressure. No "let me go talk to my manager" theatrics. After dealing with a scammy dealership earlier that day, Mark Miller Toyota felt like a breath of fresh air. If I ever need another car, I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat and I'd send my friend there too.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a…read moredealership. I took my 2024 Tacoma in for a grille shutter malfunction light. The MIL comes on during long road trips and then shuts off after the truck cools down. After doing minimal research, I found out this is a known issue on these 24 Tacoma's and most dealers will replace the grille shutter assembly under warranty because it's a known issue. After a rude check in process with the service advisor where he said "so the shutter malfunction light isn't on now? Great" and him promising me I would only pay one diagnostic fee of $190, my truck went in for service. I have an aftermarket light bar installed behind the grille. Despite the manufacturer of this light bar stating there are no interference problems and me running the light bar for a year now with absolutely zero issues they are still blaming the issue on the light bar and the wiring interfering with operation. I do not buy that for even a second. How could I have no issues with interference for a year then all of a sudden, it starts interfering. I call bull crap. When I received the service estimate I noticed that they are trying to charge me two diagnostic fees. One for the shutter malfunction and one for a separate window issue that was fixed in the service bay. And it only took them 2 hours to diagnose the "issue". So, they are trying to charge me $380 to essentially do nothing. So much for "bumper-to-bumper warranty. Per my research, the truck needs a new set of grille shutters. Everything my truck is doing falls in line with what I found. I used to be a technician, btw. Complete rip off and the service technicians are rude as all get out. This is not my first time dealing with the people here, but it is definitely my last. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Take it to any other Toyota dealership.

These vehicles have either a salvaged or rebuilt title. All these people who keep complaining that they were "misinformed" is comical. Do your research. Pull a Carfax, ask for pictures if you're having a vehicle shipped. When you are doing your walk around, check to make sure under hood caps are tightened, body panels, skid skirts, etc are all attached, oil/transmission/brake fluids are topped off, belts are in good shape, all lighting works, the horn works, check the HVAC system, power windows/locks/mirrors, transmission shifts smoothly, etc. Salvaged and rebuilt title vehicles often don't get the full inspection that most used cars do, so go in with a little bit of knowledge before you start pointing fingers. The used vehicle I purchased has a rebuilt title. There were things that it needed before I felt safe taking delivery. Have your own mechanic check it out before purchasing it. Be smart about your purchase.

First of all, salvage title should be disclosed in the listing to save people the effort. Communication was incredibly bad. Wouldn't allow a pre-purchase inspection without me signing a doc that gave the dealership, not me, discretion on whether the deposit was returned. I did not move forward.
