    Our gorgeous new A4!
    Luci C.

I'll be honest - we walked into the dealership prepared for battle! Whatever charismatic, manipulative, money-grabbing shenanigans they met us with, we would be prepared! My husband and I had worked through our 'good cop/bad cop routine' and were ready to get this negotiation on the road. After many past experiences negotiating car purchases and leases, we knew what was in store for us, so we were steeled and braced for the exhausting, hours-long wrestling we knew was to come. We had bottled water, we had snacks, we had books to read while the sales agents scuttled back and forth 'trying to get us the best deal.' Tony was the first to come out and greet us. We knew the car we wanted and we knew the price we needed for our trade-in. We were willing to walk away if things didn't match up. Tony was friendly and jovial - but we're no fools, we know that's all part of the act, right? Except his friendliness lasted the entire deal, it never wavered; even when we showed signs of leaving, he was still friendly and obviously wanted us to make the decision that was best for us. This brought about a slight wavering in our forcefield of cynicism. Tony had to call in the big guns to negotiate the value of our trade-in - Eli, one of the two owners. He was all smiles and charisma when we met - again, this must be part of the slick sales act, right? Except he was smiley and friendly and genuine the entire time too. We had done our homework - we knew the Kelley Blue Book value of our trade-in, and we had printouts to prove it, as well as concrete offers from two other dealerships to just straight out buy our trade-in. Eli met what we needed with the trade-in - we didn't have to fight to get a fair price. The price of the car we were buying was also fair. Where's the catch, we were both thinking. Despite Eli having a tricky VW lease to deal with with our trade-in, he willingly took on the extra work, and gave us a fair deal. It came time for the paperwork. We've both done this many times and we know that one trick of car dealerships is to get you into the habit of signing by giving you all the less-important forms to sign first, then they finally present you with the big contract where you sell your soul to the gods of vehicle finance. By this time, you're so fed up of reading through contracts, you just sort of give it a cursory glance (they hope) and sign it. This is when they usually sneak in all kinds of naughties. When Eli gave us the big contract FIRST to sign, and made sure we understood and were okay with all numbers, I realized this dealership really is different. No salesman in their right mind would give you the Big Scary Contract to sign first - they need to warm you up first and get you a bit more complacent about reading the details. Or maybe it's THOSE salesmen who aren't in their right mind, because Eli and Tony were very much in their right mind and they wanted us to be genuinely happy, not just close a deal at all costs. We were also amazed when Eli had us sign TWO credit union loan applications because he thought he might be able to get another credit union to beat the (already great) rate of the first; which he did. We were both astonished that he took the time to do this after he'd already basically sealed the deal. The car had a few dents and dings, which Eli promised would be fixed within a couple of days of the sale. We decided to trust him - and he was true to his word. He had a guy come in and fix all the dents and paint chips, no extra cost to us. AND gave us a free loaner car while it was done. We arrived at the dealership at 6:15pm that day, took our sweet time with the test drive, and we were out and on our way home by 8:18pm with the new (used) car we wanted. We were both slightly shell-shocked by the whole experience - it was actually enjoyable! We didn't feel cheated, we were treated as human beings and individuals, and we got a great car and a fair price for our trade-in. And we never had to eat our snacks or read our books. In the end, we experienced all the charisma of a good salesman but none of the sleaze. This is how car sales should be done. Eli, Tony, Ryan and Joe were honest, friendly, and genuine. They all love cars - they're not just in it to close deals (although clearly that's important!). They want their customers to be happy after the sale, not just while they're in the office. It was a completely 'wow' experience. I don't want to buy another car anywhere else.

I helped my son buy an expensive car here. After a couple months it exploded engine-wise. He had it diagnosed and the Secured Auto Group dealer, who SAID it was a rebuilt used engine at time of sale, had repaired the engine without using proper procedures and just used a lot of silicone to seal surfaces instead of using the proper gaskets. Well, that caused the engine to shred itself. My son Contacted the dealer and the dealer said "We'll Fix It!.... if you pay us $25,000 or more." This dealer knew full well that the engine had been cobbled together well enough to sell but not much else, and they refuse to stand behind it AFTER the sale. AVOID THIS PLACE, FOR ALL THAT IS GOOD AND HOLY!!! You will regret buying from this place!

Tier 1 experience . I found the teal jeep I wanted listed online and called in to get Ethan on the phone , who was very helpful and straight forward with all of the pricing and video requests as I live in LA, CA and was going to fly in blind to buy the jeep. HE PICKED US UP AT THE AIRPORT !!!! Kept a great conversation building rapport with both my boyfriend and I the entire ride to the dealership. When i inspected the jeep I had some concerns that weren't addressed in the videos . The team stepped up to address them all and come to a conclusion that made both parties satisfied . Even offered to ship the jeep to me and fly me home if needed . Eli really was a true pleasure to work with , hands down he's why I decided to buy the jeep . I recently purchased a JL near me in CA , and the buying experience was awful due , then had a tragic total loss and the cancelation process was also just as bad . They had another jeep on their lot I was tempted to buy with my money burning in my pocket, but I'm in sales myself and I won't spend my money somewhere where I'm not treated well or given a good experience.. twice . So, I flew to Utah and had a hands down awesome experience at a family owned dealership like the one I work at. I can't say enough good things about the shop, the people and the experience . Thank you all so much for everything ! I love my new jeep :)

I recently purchased my dream car from Eli & the experience was *world-class* from start to finish. I was nervous to buy out-of-state & having been burned by dealers in the past, I came to the table with healthy paranoia (i.e. I didn't make it so easy for Eli). Even so, he was wonderfully kind, understanding of my hesitations, patiently answered all of my many questions & went **above & beyond** to ensure I was 100% comfortable. I LOVE my car & also feel like a gained a great friend in the process. If you're ever feeling like the transaction is "too good to be true"... don't. It's good & it's true :) A++ satisfaction is what you can expect working with Eli/Secured Auto.

These guys were professional and easy to work with. We quickly were able to come to a fair trade-in and sales price for the car I bought. They arranged financing through my credit union. I was in and out of there quickly without haggling or any last-minute surprise additional fees. I'm loving my new ride and would buy from them again. My one complaint, and this is not only for this dealership, but for many used car dealers; it's frustrating not to get two key fobs. Somehow used cars never come with both and duplicates for BMW are very expensive. This is a common problem.

I have been buying cars from Secured for over 5 years now. I have now purchased a total of 3 cars from them and each car has been well taken care of and I have been treated like a valued customer. Steve, Joe and Eli all know there inventory well. They all made me feel like my interests were the most important and that if they didn't feel it would meet my needs they were blunt and told me so. All 3 of them have been in the industry long enough and know the ropes. They sell quality and take care of the customer if anything were to happen to the car. I am a customer for life and enjoy watching there inventory online for my next purchase. I highly recommend this place.

This was my first time with secured brokers. They made it so painless and simple to get into the car I really wanted. They're quick and incredibly fair in working with you. If they say they are going to do something they do it as well! Very trustworthy!

Thank you Eli, Joe, John and Bryan for this great Mercedes SUV. The quality of this SUV reflects the quality of your services and products.

They are extremely communicative, timely, honest, and their prices cannot be beaten. After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. Thank you to Bill, KC, and the entire Immaculate team for such an exceptional experience. You've earned my business for years to come!

I found the car on CarGurus around the end of January 2018, phoned the dealership, and was introduced to my new best friend Nate. After a few back and forth texts, more photos, questions about the car, and calls for close to a month, I told Nate I was interested in purchasing the Beetle; and that I was flying down to Salt Lake to pick it up and drive it back to Spokane. I flew into SLC, Nate personally picked me up from the airport, and drove me back to the dealership to meet my new Bug. The gentleman who detailed the car, made it look like it had just rolled off of the assembly line in 1971. After a test drive, I signed some paperwork, paid cash for the car, and drove off into the sunset...or so I thought I would. I had planned on driving back to Spokane early the next morning, but the Bug wouldn't start. I contacted Nate and got the Bug towed back to the dealership. The Service Manager, Chris, allowed me to occupy an unused service bay, and Nate spent the next few hours going above and beyond to help me get back on the road. There are a few morals associated with my experience. If you want to by a car in Salt Lake, look for Nate (wherever he may be); if he happens to have the day off, ask for Barry. RC Automotive is a BUSINESS. Utilities and associates have to be paid (it's the American way!). Respectfully, if you haven't purchased the vehicle outright, and someone else makes a better offer, don't expect to have priority "dibs" on said vehicle; whether you're flying in or happen to be a local. Also, it's a buyer's responsibility to research the vehicle and dealership before purchasing the vehicle. Ask the right questions. If you don't get the answers you want, it's your right to go somewhere else. Nate, I can't thank you enough. Barry, stay gold. Chris, I died laughing (inside) when you told me you wouldn't drive back to Spokane in that car. Thanks Jazmine, for all the paperwork filed and sent out in a timely manner. And another big thank you to everyone in the service department, and the young man who made my new '71 Beetle look brand new.
