So you go back the next day, 12 customers length wait, to be told they still don't have it ready. I worked with said military medical facilities. They would make families wait in lobbies for hours for a prescription. This!? Lying twice, once automated phone message, and next in person. A big F U to people who NEED prescriptions or they will die without them, or worse, live long enough to see that this place will never go out of business because where else can we go to get our meds? I had a problem getting it last month, so after I was finally able to get it, I asked them what I would need to do to prevent a repeat. I followed exactly what I was told and same issue. I think one point five stars for a rating is way too high. I even tried to file a complaint with the corporate office. After they took my complaint they directed the pharmacy manager to call me. That didn't turn out so well. This manager needs to lose her job.
