They take the time to really look after and get to know your dog and even send multiple photos per day. We had Kerry there for two weeks while we traveled for Thanksgiving and they actually did a Thanksgiving photo shoot with each dog. By the time we went to pick her up she didn't seem to want to leave! We also noticed that while we opted out of the training option, our girl came back better behaved than ever and even properly potty trained! I am seldom impressed to this level with an individual, and as intelligent, observant, charismatic, insightful etc as Ms Nordstrom appears here, in person (multiply by at least five) I was completely floored with the sheer amount of knowledge she conveyed to me, how impressive and intensive she was in observing and training my pup, (or me, really..) and how quickly it became apparent that I actually know far less about dogs and their training than I could even guess compared to someone like this who has amassed such an amazing library of knowledge and experience..plus..she's exactly as fun and personable as she appears here. They didn't return his collar and they gave the wrong haircut.
