We went there because my daughter's face was swollen, her teeth didn't hurt the face was swollen!!! so the Dr auto assumed it was tooth, and wouldn't let us talk to explain because we had been there the previous month for a tooth issue! She fussed the whole time told us it wasn't their responsibility to find us a dentist, and said she would put her on an antibiotic this one time! I explained we have no dental insurance so she said then go to a place that takes cash. As if I'm flipping rich!! I understand the teeth need to be fixed but understanding that and being able to do anything about it are two different situations! We're poor we just needed help fixing the issue we didn't need to be yelled at and made to feel like garbage My daughter and I both have anxiety and depression, I hadn't been to a Dr in many years because of these issues. I finally started going to medical care Elizabethton in May 2025, and before today July 22 2025 everyone i had seen and talked to had been nice, caring, and understanding. I never even saw a nurse except for in triage. I opened my door at one point just so they could remember that I was there because I honestly thought I was being ignored by the staff. Finally the provider came in to see me and acted extremely rushed and rude. She told me that I didn't need an x-ray and sent me on my way. Now I don't know about you, but I think that I could've at least been treated a little better since I waited so long. I realize that things happen that cause long wait times, but I was watching people that were checked in after me checking out. I will never visit this place again should I need a walk in clinic!

I had been to another neurosurgeon who briefly looked at my MRI and scheduled me for surgery a month out. Dr. Brasfield saw me, looked at the scans did a thorough exam and scheduled my procedure 2 days later. He immediately recognized the severity of the situation and reacted accordingly. Great obgyn office. Everyone is very polite and procedures are very smooth. However the wait time…read morefor doctors is excruciatingly long. Wait for the nurse is fairly quickly, around 10 min. However, waiting for the doctor after you've seen the nurse is around 30 minutes to over an hour... The doctors are very friendly, but I have encounter a couple that I personally don't like because they seem like they are in such a rush to get you out.
