If you are headed toward either of the Mexican restaurants, you can't miss it. Inside you will find the Georgia Winery tasting room, You-nique gifts (not open), the Strait Gate which offers Christian gifts and decor, the Yahoola Cherokee Museum, and a music studio that also provides lessons for a variety of instruments. Not all of the shops were open or staffed so we just wandered around checking things out. We did have a nice visit with a couple of people in the winery and that was very nice. It's nice to pause for a minute and talk with the local residents. This building is a two story structure and we enjoyed hanging over the upstairs rail and checking out the action below. When visiting Dahlonega, it is so easy to focus on the stores that are gathered around the square but don't forget the outlying shops as well. They need love too!

There is also a nice selection of jewelry including Fenton Art Glass. They even custom print gifts such as t-shirts, phone cases, photo frames, mugs, key chains, etc. while you wait. Just walk across the hall to Taste Dahlonega, and enjoy a glass of wine while your gift is being prepared. This is the perfect place to spend a few hours on a rainy day.

Dahlonega has lots of interesting twists and turns and back alley shops and some shops blended in so well with other places, that a random door opens up to more unique experiences. So, that's how we found this place. We were waiting to get our names in for Bourbon Street Grille, and this random door behind us boasted wine tasting. I thought it was just a one room deal behind us. When you see the door and the shop, you'll fully understand. If you like wine, this is worth it and a MUCH better deal than the Wine Festival (which is what we came for). It's not a big place and technically only has about 8 seats at the bar for tasting. Thankfully, it seemed all the festival goers didn't know about this place (bc it's totally a Harry Potter hidden type of deal) so we got 4 seats. The kids roamed around the shop while we tried wine. The flights are $12/$16 based off the wines you want. They have white, red, blended and rose. Oh, check in on Yelp and receive one free taste of any wine (I used mine)!!! I did the Rose, Merlot, Vidal Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and the Petit Manseng. Loved the Merlot (had a spicy after taste) the most! Then the Pinot Grigio. The Petit Manseng is their strongest wine but was my least favorite. However, I tasted the Trillium from someone else's in our group and LOVED IT. We ended up buying a bottle of Mtn Harvest Red plus the Apfelwein (the lady described it so well and made us want to get a bottle). I can honestly say I had such a buzz from the flight that I stopped drinking when we went to go eat. The wine was really good and certainly hit, so be careful! Totally worth checking this place out, if you can find it!!!

Because I was treated the day after my symptoms began the PA's treatment approach was "not to do anything crazy like a normal course of 7 or 10 day antibiotics." I received a 5-day script of Azithromycin (not Z-Pak) with a 1-dose-per-day. After a week my symptoms only got worse. I had to miss 3 days of work. Being 65 the congestion concerned me most. So I called them back to request they call in an expectorant to break up the congestion. They said I would need to pay them AGAIN in order for them to call a script for congestion in. Though this establishment is not corporately owned (their words not mine) it sounds like Dr Perry as the owner has a bottom line corporate business model. More and more small town establishments are all about the money. This was my first and last time at this facility. Don't waste your money once or twice if they try and finagle your hard-earned dollars. And, don't bother researching them via their website. It's been non-existent (down) for some time. But that makes sense. I hope this helps the working man trying to feed his family in rural GA.

I was advised by Poison Control to go to the hospital immediately. From check-in through my care, I was met with kindness, courtesy and professionalism. Dr Baird was the physician who evaluated me. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the potential interaction between the supplement and my prescription medication. His thorough explanations and reassurance gave me peace of mind while I was monitored for 3 hours as recommended by Poison Control. Dr Baird checked on me several times throughout my stay and made sure I had the opportunity to ask any questions. When I told him I was cold, he took the time to bring me a warm blanket. I wished I could remember everyone's names. There was a paramedic who drew my blood that was kind and professional. Later, another staff member brought me a second blanket because I still felt cold. A curly haired, kind, polite, young man came in a couple times to ask how I was doing and was the one who checked me out. These thoughtful gestures meant so much and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Thank you, Dr Baird, and the entire care team, for your kindness, compassion and professionalism. I am truly grateful for the care and reassurance you provided during my visit.

Let me start off by saying I'm generally prone to having sinus infections, I visited this clinic…read morebecause my normal clinic I go to was closed, I was asked multiple questions like usual to pinpoint what the issue is, but during I had mentioned that I was almost positive that it was a sinus infection, same symptoms as usual, lime green mucus stuffy/runny nose, pressure in nasal area etc. After checking my throat and ears this girl tells me that she believes it could be strep and that the test is $15, of course I pay it and it comes back negative, she proceeds to tell me that I have fluid in my ear but is not an infection yet.....I asked for antibiotics anyway, but because she said she didn't see the infection they wouldn't prescribe it, fast forward to the checkout window and $57 later, I go to another clinic who did diagnose it as a sinus infection....now I don't normally make posts like this or posts at all but I was so aggravated that I had to spend money at this place and another place because the staff was not capable of doing there job, I will definitely not be coming back here ever

I came in to the office today with discomfort and pain in my eyes from wearing contacts and Dr. Jabaley patiently listened to me as I explained symptoms, carefully checked my eyes, and made a recommendation to fix the problem. I got my prescription and promptly lost it, so I went by a few days later and got another copy; took about a minute. I ordered my new glasses, and when I went to pick them up I realized just how perfectly Dr. Parker got the prescription. I put them on and it was almost like seeing for the first time. The doctor I went to about 5 years ago rushed me through like cattle, then pressured me like a vacuum cleaner salesman to buy their insanely expensive crap. I told the "doctor" that I had high blood pressure and my eyes were exceptionally blurry that day, but he didn't even bother to acknowledge it, much less reschedule the test. The glasses Dr. Parker prescribed for me are amazing; I've never been able to see this well in my whole life. I'm 71 and I still have 20/20 vision but my muscles are very slow to react and things look blurry close-up - but not anymore! I could not be happier with my eye exam.

Dr. Woo was careful to show me what a great job he had done, but when I asked about the damage that could have been caused by the prolonged use of a catheter, he quickly started blaming prostrate medication...medication HE prescribed! Fortunately, removal went off well and he is able to "void" so far. A lawsuit is still not out of the question for the pain and suffering caused by this neglect.
