Had the Earl Gray tea at Waffles tea room and wanted to go here to buy some. It was quite expensive to be honest. Tea is really good but prices need to come down. Will check again when we are next in town.

We were lucky enough to start our visit to Dahlonega here and it was amazing! Not only was the hot chocolate the BEST I've ever tasted, but the owner & staff were so friendly and helped us with suggestions for the best local food & attractions. We went back every day of our visit, and it was the last place we went before we left to get some tea & hot chocolate to take home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is my favorite store in Dahlonega. Dec. 2020 I signed up for the tea of the month. I'm excited to see which tea I will get each month. Sometimes I get teas I normal wouldn't have tried but end up loving. Getting the teas online is great but it's nothing like going to the store. It's has a wonderful atmosphere and Kim & her staff are very friendly. Kim who owns the shop also blends most of the teas herself. Tell her what you like & she will get you the perfect time. Okay, I have found my favorite shop in Dahlonega. First of all, it's beautiful. Everything sparkles and has such rich colors. Amazing assortment of teas (the absolute most fascinating flavor combinations), collectible mugs, jewelry, candles, tarots, crystals...it's authentic gypsy-style. The staff was so friendly--and being African American, you're not always sure what reception you'll get in North Georgia but that wasn't an issue at all. The young lady behind the counter AND the owner were so nice and helpful. The absolute best part though---the hot chocolate. You MUST have (and buy to take home) the spicy hot chocolate. Best cocoa I've ever had and that's not an exaggeration. I'll be back!

Loved this spot definitely will be coming back. I loved the atmosphere, the ladies were AMAZINGGGG and the teas were delicious!

We stumbled upon this place when we first visited (they had a different location in the town) and when we came back we had to track down the new location! Upon entering you are greeted with the most friendliest and welcoming staff!!! It is a bit hidden but once you go in you are taken away to a wonderful little tea shop! The staff was so helpful and spent time with me and my boyfriend, explaining each tea and even recommending their favorites. We took a good amount of time exploring the shop as it is rather bigger than it seems. I did take home some teas, along with a diffuser! They do have discounts the more tea you buy and even have a subscription service! I was super glad to have stopped by on my visit to Dahlonega! read more

Such a lovely group of people here. It was my first time visiting and they immediately asked what I like and made recommendations. My type of place! I got the Almond coconut iced chocolate drink. Great vibes in here, mostly because of the kind and helpful people working. We were greeted with a warm welcome, and taught all about different types of teas. As novices, it was helpful to learn about how different teas can promote different aspects of wellness! I purchased some incense and a few stickers, and my friend got a cup of Lenore tea. She loved it! She said it tasted chocolatey and cinnamony. You're able to smell any tea before you purchase. Also available to buy are tarot cards and all sorts of spiritual items, if that's something you're interested in. I'd love to spend more time in this quaint spot! read more

This place is funky and I'm here for it!! Was walking around Dahlonega and just stopped in to see what's up. HUGE tea selection with creative and delicious combos and could easily see this being a tea heaven for tea lovers. Also, store is full of random and crazy art which just adds to the experience. Great candles, art work, and just other random things that really just show the character of this place. Gypsy tea is one of the cutest tea shops Ive ever been too. They have such a wide variety of homemade teas with high quality ingredients. The owners of the store were also super friendly and talked to us about all of the different teas they make. My sister, step mom and me just went on a mini vacation near Dahlonega and I found this cute place on google so we walked over there AND IT WAS THE CUTEST MOST FRIENDLY STORE IVE EVER BEEN IN. Whenever we're in downtown Dahlonega we always stop at Gypsy Tea's. The staff is always friendly and we enjoy perusing the shop looking for unique gifts. Super cute witchy shop too where they sell anything from tea to local honey to bath products to tarot decks. The owner is a psychic medium and offers readings. I've just moved up here to Cumming with my boyfriend and he recommended i check this shop out because he knows I'm into witchcraft and spirituality. I was not disappointed, the teas smelled amazing and we signed up for the monthly tea subscription which I'm super excited for! The lovely lady who owns this shop helped me find everything i needed and recommended the Witch School book for me which i have been reading everyday since i got it. I will definitely be frequently visiting a couple time a month to buy what i need! I love it here, highly recommended. read more

Stopped I. To have a cup of Hot chocolate w/peppermint. Was powdered mix in not hot enough water and the peppermint taste was more like cinnamon than peppermint. Sale assoc was nice is only reason I gave a 3 star. read more

The tea selection is expansive, and they all have whimsical, appropriate names. The iced chocolate is absolutely delicious. We got strawberry, blackberry, and cherry, and they were all amazing. The owner is so friendly and immediately sold us on trying some things. The rest of the store is gorgeous and full of such neat things. 10/10 vibes. read more

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff and an amazing aroma. The whole shop smells like tea and incense. Kim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. There were so many handcrafted tea selections to chose from, it was refreshing to have a "guide" show me all the teas. My experience in the shop was amazing, but the tea was even better. I bought 3 loose leaf tea blends and got a tea to go. The whole ride home as I drank my tea, I debated on turning around to get more! The tea is packed with a variety of flavor and aroma. The tea is a little pricey, BUT you get what you pay for. Unlike grocery store tea bags, these are handcrafted teas with quality ingredients. Not only are all of the teas unique and packed with flavor, they are big bags! These will last me a while. Even though I have plenty left, I plan on revisiting very soon. Also - they offer "no waste" options where you can refill your glass jar (bought with your first purchase) instead of buying the packaging every time. TLDR: I HIGHLY recommend visiting. read more

It will not disappoint if you can get through the front door, which is cluttered like a hoarders house. Once we walk through the tiny path between all the "antique gems", a deep awakening in our spirits happened. A spine, chilling moment. Something you would see on 60 minutes episode before a person was kidnapped. Suddenly a man from the back yelled out " you want a shot or a hot chocolate?". With fear and trepidation, we said no and he asked us if he scared us... we said "yes". We knew we had to get out of there fast. As we were trying to "escape", I saw a cat and tried to soften the awkwardness and talk to an older lady about the cat. Just as I did that, the older lady started yelling out. "They're not gonna buy anything, Jack! Why are they here if they don't wanna buy anything? They don't like our store? They should leave!!" He agreed and so did we! This has been the weirdest shopping experience of my life.

I certainly felt like this would be a place to easily unwind, socialize or focus on project. Their cortado is served in a traditional cortado glass; it was delicious. The focal point is a long beautiful counter. It reminded me of counters you would have seen in grocery stores, pharmacies, or 5 and dime stores in the early 20th century. The other things to catch my eye were bthe table game set up, merchandise from local vendors, games scattered throughout, high top tables in the back, a big comfy looking couch and local art. I got the sense that Blue Market 42 was more than just coffee, but a place to socialize, relax, and to be part of the community. Blue Market 42 serves Jittery Joe's Coffee. I really enjoyed my cortado. My husband really enjoyed the spinning tops on the table. Enjoying life one cortado at a time!

It feels like you stepped back in time with the creaky hardwood floors and the rows and rows of glass jars filled with teas, herbs, and spices. My kind of place. You can purchase their proprietary spice blends, seasonings, and rubs as well as their loose-leaf teas and organic teas. They have 85 handcrafted seasonings that are hand-mixed in store daily. They also offer flavored sugars, sea salts, and other lines including infused honeys and artisan extra virgin olive oils. They seriously have it all, so it's a great gift shop if you're looking to buy something special for a loved one. They also offer fresh-brewed tea made to order, and let you choose any of their loose-leafs available in house. I think that's so cool to have the ability to pick your tea on the spot and have it made just for you. I chose the Super Citrus Mint Herbal Tea over ice with NO sugar or sweetener (I like it as natural as possible), and it was exactly what I was looking for. There's an inside and an outside to it but I ended up staying inside by the bar in the corner just to check out the scene. Three Sisters is a very electic place, set on a wide stretch of land with plenty of grapevines. The staff was nice and explained each of the wine choices. They had quite a few sweet options so for those that prefer a sweeter wine, this is your place. I did the $25 wine flight which is more than enough to get a good feel for what they offer. I tried their Georgia Port as my closer and it did what it was supposed to do. The property is worth a visit if you are in the area.

I was very blown away with this store. Beautiful and inviting. I came looking for a 7 chakra necklace to help clear my blocks and a very kind lady showed me one but I was wanting to find a necklace that contained all 7 stones at once. Then I went looking for arch angel goodies and didn't find any, it's a possibility I over looked, as there was so many items in there, which is wonderful. I really appreciated the non scented candles- very smart indeed! There was a really sweet lady who talked with me but then I began to have some anxiety and my heart started to race. I have been going through a spiritual awakening for the past 3 months and have been a bit isolated. I think I was a bit overwhelmed so I had to walk out, I have been manifesting a friend for some time now and I hope I didn't miss my opportunity. I will be back next weekend in hopes I'll run into her again, will give me some time to get my funds up to buy a couple of crystals. Thank you for this beautiful store! read more

Such a wonderful place. We walked in with hopes of finding hot chocolate mix to bring back to our air b&b. We found some, bought it, walked to our truck and decided to come back and sit on their enchanting patio and get a fresh cup of hot chocolate here at instead. The teas at My Vintage Gypsy are delicious! They are lovingly crafted with the finest ingredients. The shop itself is warm and inviting.
