They always look at her card from the last visit to see if I want it the same or modifications. You can even schedule through yelp which gives them an extra star because whenever I want to get in contact of course I think of it outside of normal business hours. The parking lot they are in is always busy, it's by the Denny's on blackstone and herndon. Perfect location if you wanna get some food, go to Costco, do some shopping and grab your pup. They even have a house dog, I cracked myself up bc one time I walked in the dog was in the front desk chair and the lady was talking to me from the back. But in my mind the dog was the receptionist talking to me.

We have just moved here from the Bay Area so I was looking for a new groomer. My dog is almost 5, she gets groomed every few months when the weather warms because her hair gets long and she loves to swim. A lot. My expectations might be high? I don't know but I guess I'm used to seeing her a certain way after her grooms. I.e. Bathed, ears cleaned, expressed, nails done and a nice haircut. I don't think she was bathed. She honestly smells like she was wiped down a bit and sprayed with perfume because she lost that scent a few hours later. She still had bits of cut hair on her, around her ears & between her paws. (Maybe she gets the haircut after a bath?) Her ears might of been cleaned but since I do them often, it's not important. Her nails were definitely not done. It had not been cut or grinded down recently look. Her tail was still straggly and messy looking. But I think the haircut was the worst. She did look smooth but this was the first time I could actually see the clipper tracks along her back and side. It was short (can see skin) in some areas, and other areas just black and a little longer. Her chest area was very short. Overall I felt like it was a rushed job. This was just my personal experience and opinion. I see all the high reviews so was pretty disappointed that this wasn't my experience.

She charged me and then the groomer came out and SHE BADGERED ME. I was shaking, very obviously upset and I told HER I didn't want to talk about it. She wouldn't let it go! She said she wanted to know because she wanted to give me financial help! Listen, you don't get to do a "good deed" at the expense of someone else's mental health and well-being. This whole conversation should never have happened. It's literally nobody's business but you absolutely should NEVER press after someone tells you to leave it alone. A friend recommended Tiffany's. and it has been delightful. My dog is happy to be there, hops right out of the car and runs for the door. She loves Tiffany, and my dog is choosy about humans. The rates are very competitive, she does not tack on extra for nails or if it has been a little longer than usual between groomings. She does a nice job on the hair cut too! I am very pleased and look forward to my dog going their for years to come.

I came here on a recommendation and have never been anything except happy with the wonderful job, Virginia, the owner does on my poodle. My dog is stand offish and doesn't like being around people, the exception is Virginia. My dog is a happy girl when she see's where we are. I absolutely can not believe the results when I get a call that my dog is ready to be picked up. Not only does the owner do a good job with the grooming, she keeps an eye on your pet's physical appearance and general health and let's you know if she see's a problem. Needless to say, I've been to other businesses in Klamath that groom dogs, but I've never been to one I like as well as I do this place. Like the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for", you actually do when you go here. This business is located just off South Sixth Street, behind Lee's Radiator, at 1240 Adams Street.

As is typical of this store, I began my search for this item and although I searched for it in a logical location could not find it or any similar product. As is also typical of this store, I had to go in search of customer service personnel to help me locate it. I located a surly individual in the fish tank area (large man with dark hair). He conveyed to me in no uncertain terms that he had no desire to help me (body language, tone of voice, words he spoke to me). He ultimately lead me to a location where the item I was looking for could possibly be. It was not there and this individual had no interest/desire in investigating why it was not there or where it might be located elsewhere in the store. I found nothing on the shelf he directed me to that would suffice for "paw balm". Just once, it would be nice to "shop" at this Petco and be able to purchase what one needs the same day (instead of always having to purchase what you need on Amazon and then wait for it to get shipped to you). This phenomenon is not the exception at this Petco, it is the rule. This same scenario has happened to me as a customer many, many, many times. 1. Items are supposed to be in stock at this store. 2. The item one is looking for is impossible to locate or does not exist in the convoluted mess of the store. 3. "Customer Service" personnel are impossible to locate and/or are surly and make no effort at giving one customer service. I am sooooo done with the Klamath Falls, Oregon Petco. IT JUST ISN'T WORTH THE EFFORT.
