I'm angry they charged me so much money for nothing when their work was subpar in the first place.

Which is fine- cuz it's packed full of dogs rough housing all day! Marcus runs the show. He's damn good with canine behavior and training- and my vote totes counts as I'm a veterinarian. He has at least 2 ladies working for him, and they're attentive as well. The dogs have a large room to romp all day. Clean ups are quick and complete. Records are required to make sure communicable diseases are at a minimum. The dogs LOVE being there. Many places don't let dogs play all day. Many others don't have staff that are fully trained in canine behavior, and therefore skirmishes or lack of appropriate training/response to behaviors doesn't happen. Ruff House keeps the dogs best interest in mind. Prices are very fair. I think they should charge more honestly. They offer training services as well, and are always active with the local rescue groups to help dogs. I only wish they had expanded hours and weekends! My girl goes 2-3 times a week while we work. She starts vibrating with excitements when we turn onto 7th street. And at drop off its "peace out Mom!"

He is an excellent diagnostician and frequently knows the problem without giving my cat many expensive tests. As a surgeon, he is without equal in Klamath Falls. I remember a time when they were complaints, I believe from the shelter, that when Dean spayed a cat, they could not find the scar. If I recall correctly, they wanted him to tattoo cats that he had spayed. I don't recall the final resolution to this matter. At one point, I had to move to Nevada for a job. While there, it was necessary to have a cat spayed. The scar from that veterinarian ran the length of the entire abdomen. This was not necessary and would also put more stress on the cat. I was so happy to get back to Klamath Falls, we're Dean could take care of my cats. Dean now has more veterinarians working at the clinic. I'm sure they're all excellent doctors. However, my heart belongs to Dr. Dean Wilson.

It had not been cut or grinded down recently look. Her tail was still straggly and messy looking. But I think the haircut was the worst. She did look smooth but this was the first time I could actually see the clipper tracks along her back and side. It was short (can see skin) in some areas, and other areas just black and a little longer. Her chest area was very short. Overall I felt like it was a rushed job. This was just my personal experience and opinion. I see all the high reviews so was pretty disappointed that this wasn't my experience.

I came here on a recommendation and have never been anything except happy with the wonderful job, Virginia, the owner does on my poodle. Not only does the owner do a good job with the grooming, she keeps an eye on your pet's physical appearance and general health and let's you know if she see's a problem. I wanted to get them to do what EVERY other clinic does ....FOLLOW PROTOCOL with regard to offering and discussing a tranquilizer but they NEVER returned various calls.....instead ..a big fat WE DONT CARE I will be forever haunted that my girls last 30 seconds or so ... in excruciating pain in my arms and I was responsible for trusting this non compassionate arrogant business. A friend recommended Tiffany's. and it has been delightful. My dog is happy to be there, hops right out of the car and runs for the door. She loves Tiffany, and my dog is choosy about humans. The rates are very competitive, she does not tack on extra for nails or if it has been a little longer than usual between groomings. She does a nice job on the hair cut too! I am very pleased and look forward to my dog going their for years to come.
