I called back that day after confirming some measurements and she took my order over the phone and processed the payment on my credit card. Approximately 1 week later I called asking for an estimated shipping date. I was then told the order had not yet been placed with the furniture manufacturing company and they would be unable to do so until the owner got back from vacation, they were not sure when that would be. I asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund and they apologized and said they would reach out to the owner. The following day I received a short e-mail stating my order was placed and shipping information would be sent ASAP (I never received shipping information). Two days ago I received a text message that the chairs were ready to be picked up, I responded I would be by after I got off work to pick them up and got no reply back. I went by the store first thing on Saturday and waited in front of the business 45min past the posted opening hours of 10am, no one showed up. There was no sign regarding closures or inability to open and, of course, no answer on the telephone. I placed my order 28 days ago and I very much regret it. Too expensive for this poor of customer service. I have no comment on the quality of furniture because I have not seen the chairs.

When I got there they were really weird about assisting me with a small ottoman to get into my car--not I have spend $7,600 on a sofa! I got total attitude and snotty help. I will NEVER shop here again they won't see a nickel from me and I will not refer anyone to their store. So sad you cannot get local retailers to appreciate you and all the business you have sent them.

I never met the staff because I arrived late and left early, but they left me a nice note on the whiteboard in my room. Also the hotel is within walking distance to a few eating and drinking establishments. It was very cold outside, but that's not their fault. Their freezer froze my coconut water, but that's also not their fault. Staying here is definitely a better option than sleeping in your car when it's cold outside.
