This store is incredible. It's clean, bright, well stocked and the parking is safe and close in. The woman working the counter, Ginny, simply could not have been more professional and friendly. She gave me some great suggestions, like malted milk balls, that I simply had to try. Yes, they are absolutely yummy by the way. Thank you Ginny for making my shopping experience so much fun. This is the place where you can find something fun for just about anyone in your life, regardless of how hard or easy they are to shop for. And you - lots of cool things for yourself as well, if you're treating yourself. We found the coolest socks, several unique local puzzles, gardening items and lots of "oh wow, I really want that" goodies. Such a fun place to spend some time in. The amount of product that they have for sale is amazing. Everything is neatly packaged in clear bags with the Mountain Man label on them. My family's personal favorite is the peanut cluster and toffee boxes. They seem to be a winter specialty which makes them perfect gifts. These boxes are some of the best chocolate I have had.The chocolate was melt in your mouth delicious that pairs wonderfully with the nuts. In addition to the toffee and cluster boxes, we splurged on an assortment of nuts and truffles. The man running the shop was as passionate about his product as he was about the Colorado Rockies and his family. I think we made his day with a visit. If you are in the area, it is worth it to stop by and treat your self to some delicious treats.

After waiting for several minutes at the counter with no acknowledgment (and noticing that they specify a $5 minimum to use a card-), we decided to pop over to Whole Foods and buy a bag of organic lollipops. I have had a lot of bad customer service, but I have never seen an employee take a five minute personal phone call with customers around. I should have just let my daughter take a lollipop and walk out. Whoever owns this place, I would fire the employee who is working right now- June 29th at 4pm. Seems like I'm not the only one who has had this issue, either.
