I tried this spa after checking at least three or four Asian foot spa type places in the…read moresurrounding area and this is the only one that got really good reviews mostly five stars. Here was my experience from beginning to end. I called to make an appointment and the lady that answered the phone acted like she knew me already very upbeat and bubbly like she was my friend! I then made the appointment and was able to get in within an hour. When I entered, I was greeted and able to tell the person I was talking to exactly what I wanted. She directed me to a room and the person massaging me began the massage face down with my body covered, and she began doing compression, which is light pushing on my back arms, glute area, legs, feet and neck. She then rolled back my sheet all the way down to where my butt cheeks end. Just so you know this is the Asian massage way. It's not weird at all. If you are weird about these things, you should not get a massage at these places. It's just a body. These places get a bad rep because of the things that go on at other places. Anyway... She then used oil and massaged my body (neck, arms, shoulders, back and lower back, glutes, legs for about a half hour, then she turned me over and massaged my feet and my legs. She used hot stones on the same areas briefly, then she used a very warm towel to wipe off the oil on my body, which I appreciated. She gave me a very nice scalp massage as well. For $60 this is amazing and I gave her a $20 tip because it was worth it! If you go and get a regular massage at a regular spot, it cost about $130-$160.00 at the very least. The only constructive criticism I have would be that the room itself had nice relaxing spa music in it, but the general area in the front had some pounding music going, which competed with the spa music and made it really difficult to fully relax or fall asleep. If it wasn't for this, it would've been absolutely perfect and so I'm writing this to allow the establishment to understand that when you are in a Zen state, it's important to keep things consistent. Maybe have the music the same on the outside as the inside of the rooms, and when you have no patron, that's when you can play your thumping music That would be the only thing that I would love to see improved upon. When I was done with my massage, the lady that had answered the phone to begin with checked me out and was very very kind and caring. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back at least once a month if not more.

Got an 1 1/2 hour combo massage on 8/2/26. Was a decent massage, didn't focus on my muscles/knots…read morelike An experienced masseuse would. The reason for 3 stars is that I paid for a combo massage and she didn't massage my feet at all. Completely skipped them. That's my favorite part of massages. Most likely won't be back . Update.....To the owner who commented on my review. I was never asked which massage I wanted. I just asked for 90 min massage. In the future I would suggest letting the customers know what the options are for different massages. Most people want foot massage.

I have always wanted to go to this spa and finally did! I really kick myself for not coming here…read morebefore their price increases, but honestly, I felt like their gemini package was a great deal. We paid about $400, I'm estimating here, for 2 people to experience an hour massage and time in their hot tub room. We never felt rushed, even though we came on labor day weekend, so that was really nice. I agree with a lot of the reviews that say the hot tub has some wear and tear, it does, but we were still very comfortable and happy. I loved looked into the gardens and appreciated that there weren't mosquitos in our room. I did fear that as someone who attracts them like flies to honey. I'm happy to report no bites reported! We both enjoyed our massages. I don't know if this matters to you, but all massages are in single rooms. I had a wonderful massage and was so bummed when it was over!! We both had great massages. We will be back when we're in town. Parking was really easy. There's a lot right next door and street parking too.

3.5 stars. We did the Gemini package. Had 1 hour in our room and then 50 minute massages. The room…read morewas very peaceful and clean. The tub was worn down so you can see the stains, however, it was clean. It may be off putting for some ppl, just fyi. It was very quiet and peaceful with a lovely view. The sauna was also a nice touch. Wish there was a cold plunge, but we used the shower instead for a cold rinse. I have an anxious mind and it's very hard for me to relax, I didn't achieve it here, but was able to calm my nerves just a bit. My bf loved it and was fully able to zen out and enjoyed the sauna. The teas were nice pairing. Afterwards we had our massages. The masseuses looked like students, but overall they did a nice job, not the best, but it was calming. Unsure if they are certified. We have had various massages & I have my go to. These ones were just okay. My masseuse was kind and made sure the pressure was okay for me. I didn't get a hot towel afterwards to wipe the oil/lotion off so I was left sticky when we went out for dinner in DT SC. I think because of social media I was itching to try this place. A bit on the pricier side for the quality, however, more affordable compared to other Bay Area places. Staff were nice, street parking. Pay to park.

About 5 minutes after my scheduled start time the receptionist says Tatiana is running late but she will be there in a few minutes. 10 minutes later the receptionist says that Tatiana is not answering her calls and tells me my appointment is cancelled with no compensation. Ironic considering this is what they send in their confirmation email "Out of courtesy to our staff and to allow time for other clients to schedule, we ask for 24-hours' notice for appointment cancellations: - If an appointment is late cancelled up to 3 hours prior to your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged $60 for 50-minute sessions, $80 for 80-minute sessions and $110 for 110-minute sessions. - If an appointment is late cancelled with less than 3 hours' notice, or if you do not arrive for your appointment (no-show), your credit card will be charged the full session fee. **All cancellation fees are a courtesy to the massage therapists. These fees ensure that your therapist is properly compensated for their time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation." I guess the courtesy only works one way. I would avoid this place
