Scott MacCabe was the person answering the call. He was very helpful and polite. He explained in details what he will do and he came to meet me right in my hotel; in less than 30 minutes he showed up (I was really surprised!!!!!!). We went to the parking garage and after assessing the damage he explained step by step again how he will proceed in order to fix the problem. In about an hour later, he had completed the work. Scott was very professional and friendly. I really appreciate his help; we dont want this type of experiences away from home while on vacation but having someone ready to help in an outstanding manner definitely makes it less stressful. We were able to make it to the Peter Lougheed Discovery Centre right before they closed and were able to use a pay phone to call the rental car company. They sent Eli from Standish Towing & Recovery.
