I'm giving it a 3 because it was loaded with toppings. However the cheese & sauce were bland. Not enough sauce. The crust was one of those cracker type crusts with the perforated holes on the bottom. Not a real dough crust. I would order somewhere else next time. But it was loaded well with toppings. read more

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency a few miles away. Ordered delivery and Dave came 11 mins before the estimated time. I wanted to wait for him in the lobby but he beat me there! Food was hot and fresh and he brought plates and napkins. Friendly guy and great service . read more

After reading the information on their website we ordered a large cheese pizza, boneless wings and salad. The pizza could have come out of the cheap frozen pizza isle at the local discount supermarket, the wings were awful and the salad ingredients were not even close to their description. My fault for just going for the closest place to my Hotel but I really didn't like this pizza. It wasn't bad but also not good. If I came back here I would just get a mini size as that price and portion makes sense for this pizza. It's not a thick thick crust but if you like NY style or thin, it isn't for you. Stoked to have found out it's still good as h*ll, ordered it to be delivered since the World Series and Warriors were on tv. Ordered a large Everest w/white sauce and the garlic knots. This review is overdue! But pizza was great! Hot and ready and filled with lots of pepperoni! Very family welcoming with booth tables and large tables as well and very clean. Dave, the store owner was such a great person with excellent customer service. We recently did a school fundraiser night with him at his new location in south San Francisco, he made everything go so smoothly. I was very nervous to ask them if they would be willing to do a fundraiser but his response was welcoming i felt relieved. He was super humble, very transparent and very responsive and quick with our school fundraiser night information. We have done fundraiser nights at other places such like BJs, Red Robin, Chipotle, big chain restaurants and although Mountain Mikes is a chain, Dave treated us like family in his home. This is a small store but their food is delicious. I have ordered from them several times, usually as an online order for pick up or dine-in. There was not a single time when they got an order wrong. I was blown away by the incredible customer service! The staff was so eager to please! They asked if I wanted my items bagged, let me wrap around the counter of the salad bar so I was able to comfortably reach the huge selection and appropriately asked often if I had what I needed. They even brought out some chopped red onion without me having to ask when they saw my order said I wished for that on my salad too. It was an option when I ordered ahead of time. Ordered the large size robbers roost with white garlic sauce, and 1 pound honey garlic boneless wings. They had an online promo for a $22 for a large speciality pizza, on their website, so that was good. The pizza was great! Tasting similar to round table pizza. The boneless wings, tasted cool too, although I think next time, Ill def have to try their boned wings. I felt like the boned wings would have more flavor [insert the boned wings vs boneless debate] Interior looks clean for sure. read more

I had a really nice experience with the owner, Dave. My initial plan in entering this restaurant was to get water, but I decided to eat there once I entered. It was like any other pizzeria, but the simple kind action and gesture from Dave left me feeling great. It got me through the day when I had to travel back to San Francisco by busses and bart, which took close to 2 hours. Not a good experience with delivery order today. Ordered through the app and the delivery that came after an hour was someone else's order one item compared to my six items. The driver through DoorDash didn't admit it was his fault since he most likely gave my order to the previous delivery address and was not helpful. I called the restaurant about the mistake and they said they couldnt help me either since they don't control what the drivers pick up and deliver to. I love Mountain Mike's. This location participates on the TooGoodToGo app, where I was able to pick up a $5 surprise bag. It shows a lot about a business that cares about not letting food go to waste! You would be surprised to know a majority of restaurants throw away so much food. The employee working on 01/31 afternoon was very kind and let me take home a large amount of pizza and even let me pick out my own slices and helped me package it. I appreciated the great customer service even though it's clear I wasn't paying full price for it. The pizza was hot and delicious. My girlfriend said it tasted fresh even though it was a TooGoodToGo order. You can never go wrong with Mountain Mike's, I'll be back to order on my own time. read more
