1st review, let's go!! So glad this place finally opened. Been looking forward to having one closer to us in San Bruno for a while, and after a slight delay, they are open as of 5/4/21 - Happy Star Wars Day! I called in the morning to confirm they were open and inquire about any specials. The gentleman I spoke with (I believe the owner), told me they were offering 40% on non-delivery (dine-in or take-out) orders. Not sure if it was only for opening day, or a longer promotion, but a great deal! The place is BRAND NEW. It has that new smell to it, and the TVs even still had the plastic packing pieces on the edges. The seating is almost a mirror imagine down the middle as you walk in, with 2 giant TVs (4 total) on each side wall and a row of booths underneath each one. There are also some open tables on both sides in between the booths and the open walkway down the middle. There is room for a salad bar up front, which will obviously open when safe. They have a Pepsi soda fountain as well as a couple of coolers where they sell cans and various sized bottles of Pepsi products. Ordered a large double pepperoni, pineapple, feta, onion, garlic, with extra sauce. Also got a half-pound order of the boneless wings, honey garlic flavor. The food was great! I know Mountain Mike's is more of a chain, however I have tasted a lot of pizza in my life, and I am a big fan of the taste and quality here. The sauce is specifically really good, as well as the cheese blend and use of the little pepperonis that crisp and curl up when cooked. The sauce/toppings go all the way to the edge of (and over) the crust, so there isn't ever any wasted space with plain bread. The boneless wings were also very good - crispy, tender, white meat bites, and the honey garlic sauce was delicious - wish I would have ordered more and/or different flavors to try. The ranch they use (Ken's Steakhouse) is really good and they offer the pre-packed dipping cups at no charge. The lady that helped us was very nice and friendly. The owner was there in the back hustling and prepping orders himself. There were a few other people there picking up as we were waiting. They have a liquor license pending and said they would serving in about 2 weeks. Would be a cool place to grab a pizza, a beer, and watch a game. Look forward to coming back! read more

My fault for just going for the closest place to my Hotel but I really didn't like this pizza. It wasn't bad but also not good. If I came back here I would just get a mini size as that price and portion makes sense for this pizza. It's not a thick thick crust but if you like NY style or thin, it isn't for you. We also honey garlic got wings to share and those were pretty good. They didn't come with any ranch or blue cheese but maybe they just forgot. read more

I'm giving it a 3 because it was loaded with toppings. However the cheese & sauce were bland. Not enough sauce. The crust was one of those cracker type crusts with the perforated holes on the bottom. OMG! I haven't had Mountain Mike's pizza for many years, I ate it too often while attending St. Marys College in Moraga. Stoked to have found out it's still good as h*ll, ordered it to be delivered since the World Series and Warriors were on tv. Ordered a large Everest w/white sauce and the garlic knots. After reading the information on their website we ordered a large cheese pizza, boneless wings and salad. The pizza could have come out of the cheap frozen pizza isle at the local discount supermarket, the wings were awful and the salad ingredients were not even close to their description. This is a small store but their food is delicious. I have ordered from them several times, usually as an online order for pick up or dine-in. There was not a single time when they got an order wrong. Ordered the large size robbers roost with white garlic sauce, and 1 pound honey garlic boneless wings. They had an online promo for a $22 for a large speciality pizza, on their website, so that was good. The pizza was great! Tasting similar to round table pizza. The boneless wings, tasted cool too, although I think next time, Ill def have to try their boned wings. This review is overdue! But pizza was great! Hot and ready and filled with lots of pepperoni! Very family welcoming with booth tables and large tables as well and very clean. Dave, the store owner was such a great person with excellent customer service. We recently did a school fundraiser night with him at his new location in south San Francisco, he made everything go so smoothly. I was very nervous to ask them if they would be willing to do a fundraiser but his response was welcoming i felt relieved. He was super humble, very transparent and very responsive and quick with our school fundraiser night information. We have done fundraiser nights at other places such like BJs, Red Robin, Chipotle, big chain restaurants and although Mountain Mikes is a chain, Dave treated us like family in his home. I was blown away by the incredible customer service! The staff was so eager to please! They asked if I wanted my items bagged, let me wrap around the counter of the salad bar so I was able to comfortably reach the huge selection and appropriately asked often if I had what I needed. They even brought out some chopped red onion without me having to ask when they saw my order said I wished for that on my salad too. It was an option when I ordered ahead of time.
