The pizzas are fresh. I'm just puzzled about my order last week. I ordered one stuffed pretzel crust with pepperoni and one stuffed crust (regular, not pretzel crust) cheese pizza. I brought the pizzas home and we all noticed that the pepperoni pizza was not pretzel crust. It was still great but why did I pay about $5 more for a pretzel crust? I was in the neighborhood the following day so I walked in to mention what occurred. I showed a photo of my two pizzas to the person in charge and he said that the "pretzel one is just cooked more". I had a pretzel crust about a month ago and I knew it was different, so I ask one of guys making the pizzas to come over to us. Upon showing him my photo, he said that both pizzas had the regular crust and neither had the pretzel crust. The owner called the manager who then asked me to speak with him and then asked me to text him a photo of my pizza and order. Then he told me to grab a free soda. Why would the person in charge tell me that "the pretzel crust is just regular crust that is cooked more"?? ‍ Do not order the pretzel crust ... it isn't worth the additional $5. read more

Their short staffed and it's easy to tell that the workers are going through it. The pizza is always good from here. If you are going to order the new Puffs that must be done online and 30 minutes in advance because it's a tedious process. Alana was a huge help and a big reason I'm giving this place 5 stars! A good place for Pizza in the Dale City Area This chain of stores started in Garden City, Michigan in 1959 and currently claims over 4200 stores in the United States. This location is in the corner unit of a small building with 6 businesses facing Sudley Manor Drive. There are about 30 parking spots in front of the building and additional parking on 2 other sides of the building. This store has a glass front and a small lobby area with a counter across about of the front. There is a drink refrigerator on the right of the lobby with a chair or two for people waiting on orders. We ordered several pizzas online and picked them up. The lobby area was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The food was ready on time and the prices were very reasonable. The pizzas were well prepared and tasted good. Be sure to look online for their deals as they often have good ones. We got a deal on two large pizzas that saved us 15% on our order that day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend this restaurant to anybody wanting to have a good pizza in the Dale City area. read more

I go here a lot, but today it was unbelievably horrible. Not only was the service beyond slow.. oue deep dish pizza was completely undercooked! I mean, the dough was soft and stretchy... half was not cooked one bit. My husband ate 4 pieces before I had one and told him. I am really hoping we don't get food poisoning. I wish I could do more, but the least I can do is warn the public. To add, FORTUNATELY my small children's pizza was cooked through. Theirs was not deep dish. I came in expecting the usual hot pizza that me and my buddy like to eat. We ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni stuffed crust and an original cheese pizza. We came back to our crib and prayed before our meal. However, as we tried to enjoy our pizza, we came to realize that our pizza was very greasy and pepperoni was sliding off making the pizza very bendy and soggy. In addition to that, the crust was entirely doughy and soft. The cheese inside was very minimal and powdery. This ultimately leads me to believe that the pizza was entirely undercooked. Not to put anyone down, but just a little constructive criticism to boost confidence and keep going. By then, you guys will be rolling in the dough....literally and figuratively $$$$. First the website added the brownie thing to my order when i said I didn't want it. Then the delivery person left my food on the ground outside without even knocking on my door, even though I checked the bow to hand it to me. Delivery person said in a text that he didn't care, doesn't want covid, of course that is why we wear masks isn't it. Well for my first visit I decided in order for this to be a legitimate review I would need to sample as much of the menu as I could so I ordered a deep dish 2 topping (pepperoni and sausage) pizza, buffalo wings, crazy bread and a 2 liter of Pepsi. Ok Pepsi, enough said. I love the stuff so glad they offer it to drink, they also have mnt dew and Sierra Mist, root beer and cherry Pepsi along with some others, so decent variety. Buffalo wings: well I'm an expert and I'd give these wings 3 outa 5 stars. About equal to the Pizza Hut or dominos wings not amazing but they're ok. The good thing is they have different flavors from reg buffalo to hot buffalo and garlic parm and a couple others Crazy bread pretty good, the crazy sauce is worth it along with the other dipping sauces they offer(extra .60 or so if I remember correctly) like buttery garlic and ranch The pizza was really good, a large is about all they offer after lunch so if you have a family this will work out for you. Don't think you're only stuck with the $5 hot and ready as I mentioned I got a two topping deep dish. That comes with a total of 8 squares four for each topping as it worked out for me. They also have Hawaiian so I can confirm pepperoni, sausage, ham and pineapples as potential toppings not sure what else they have. The front counter area is a bit small so if they get busy the line will quickly get out the door. Don't waste your time in this location. I ordered my sons birthday pizza from this location. Maria walked away from my husband several times, rudely, and helped every Spanish person that walked through the door. She said the order was lost call the bank and walked away. While I preordered the pizza 4 days prior to ensure this wouldn't be an issue. I had 12 8 year old kids at my house waiting on pizza. I had to go to the store and Maria yet again walked away to help 2 Spanish men who walked in the door, she told me "call the bank someone took the pizzas". No manager was at the location who could assist. She called him on the phone. Come to find out they switched systems and our order was not submitted. This location is absolutely horrible. For $5 pizza, you can't really go wrong. I stopped by to pick up 10 boxes of pizza for my little brother's birthday party and the total was $50. My little brother and his friends all enjoyed the pizza and it didn't cost much at all. We placed the order that morning for pickup to be at 3:45pm. I arrived at 3:30pm just to make sure everything was going to ready in time. I was pleasantly surprised that all 10 pizzas had just gotten placed in the oven. I appreciated that they did this 15 minutes before so that 1, it would be ready by the time I asked for and 2, they would still be warm. I had never eaten at Little Caesar's Pizza prior, but I will say the first time I ate here and I give it 5 stars. I ordered the hot-n-ready pepperoni pizza and bumped it up to the extra most bestest, which was only a few extra bucks. This was definitely one of the best pizzas I have ever had, it doesn't come with anything like papa johns garlic sauce or domino's garlic crust, but it really didn't need anything! It was great and bumping up to have more pepperoni and cheese was the best decision. The next best thing was that it was so fast! I have never had pizza ready for me right when I walked in. My whole transaction was so fast, if I calculated it, I would say I was in and out in under 5 minutes. And being that quick, the pizza was so fresh. The pizzas here are usually just okay. I pick up pizzas there for something quick when my family is hungry and taste isn't the priority. My last visit was excellent. The pizza baked well and the topping were fresh and delicious. So, I came back tonight. I arrived at 9:44. A customer was leaving and a worker appeared to have locked the door upon his exit. He went to the kitchen, completely out of sight. I got out of my car to check the door and it was locked. The closing time is 10:00. I ended up going to Pizza Hut and spending three times the price. Little Caesar gets one star. It just lost two from closing early tonight. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE Needs to be changed especially when your product is normally just okay. read more

Was completely ignored by a female employee had to wait ten minutes for her co worker to help me while she milled around in the back of the store doing nothing.
