worst customer service I've ever had. They made my order a large charging me $70 for pizza and wings.I had to come back to the store and then they sit and argue with me about why they made it wrong size and wrong condiments in all. They then charge me another $30.00 to get the correct size mountain size. So I've paid $100 for a mountain pizza and wings, with the worst service I've ever seen. Came here for dinner with my in-laws and we had a pleasant time. They have a large corner booth to the left when you first enter and it wasn't clean when we got there, however as soon as we asked them to clean it for us because we were a rather large party they instantly did. The lady at the front taking her order was very nice and patient with us, I'm sure we were probably annoying because it took me forever to figure out what I wanted to order because I can't always eat oily or greasy food. My in-laws got a large pepperoni pizza, and a large combination pizza. I ordered the garlic bread sticks with no cheese. Food was ready pretty fast, and honestly we didn't even really notice the passage of time because we were having too much fun putting quarters in their machines and getting stickers and tattoos and stuff for my kids lol. I was surprised to see they had my hero academia stickers so of course I wasted way too much money on that but I had fun myself haha my girls loved that they had these squishy balls with those water beads inside of them. They also wanted the gold jewelry from one of the machines, and the temporary tattoos. By the time we were done getting all that we wanted and wasting way too many quarters on fun stuff our pizza was ready. We sat down and ate and had a nice time. The atmosphere is very low-key, it wasn't busy at all and the staff were very nice and attentive. The pizza looked very good, nice and gooey cheese, crunchy outside but soft inside crust and I heard no complaints from any of my family that was there. Even my kids loved it and they're kinda picky! The garlic bread was surprisingly good, I didn't realize it was actually supposed to come with cheese so when they asked if I wanted cheese and I said no I figured 'oh no I'm going to get some really dry bread'. But their garlic bread without cheese is really good! I would definitely try if you're lactose intolerant or if you're like me and you have issues digesting greasy or oily foods but still want to be able to order something when you come here. Overall we had a really nice time, we were here for at least an hour I think and even a little past closing but no one shooed us out or hurried us along or anything which we really appreciated! Also just a side note to the staff if they see this, we were the party with the two kids who accidentally broke their squishy balls and got those water beads all over the floor, again I just wanted to apologize for that! Zero stars! Terrible management and customer service. We ordered 2 large pizzas and cheese sticks and wound up with another customers order delivered to our home. After calling and being hung up on because "there were 3 customers ahead of us" we drive to the location. They tried to give us yet another customers pizzas. After 10 minutes we finally got the correct pizzas. We asked the cashier to ask the manager if we could keep the original wrong order for the inconvenience, we were told "we (mountain mikes) have to dispose of them." Funny thing is I heard the manager say if it was opened they can keep the pizza. 15 years of ordering pizzas here and we will no longer be eating here. People of Patterson , check your orders. I won't lie, they goofed up, but their solution more than made up for it! We dined in and got given someone else's pizzas, but didn't realize it at first because the pizza for my mom and I was close to the toppings we ordered, but my dad's was wrong, so when he went up to inquire, they realized the error. So they let us keep the pizza we'd accidentally started eating and gave us the correct one too for free. So we ended up with a ton of leftovers. All of it was delicious, so yeah. It did take awhile to cook and be served but that was kind of our fault for ordering when we got there rather than ahead of time. Pizza always takes awhile to cook. Dissatisfied & Disappointed. Really dry & burnt pizza. I explained to Melissa that both pizzas are so dry you can't taste or see the sauce. In addition, one pizza didn't have enough cheese on one side. Mgr. Melissa admits having a new associate making pizzas. Zero stars.. did my order on the app and waited for the delivery. The food was delivered and I got the wrong food. I called the store and didn't even get to say hello.. as soon as they picked up the phone they stated they were gonna put me on hold and there was gonna be a wait that there was 3 people ahead of me and didn't wait for me to answer and put me on hold. once they got back on the phone they wanted to take my order. I explained to them what happened about o got the wrong order and then they put me back on hold to talk to a manager. They then got back on the phone and then said here is what we can do and then I got hung up on. I called back 14 times and the line was busy. So I take the pizza get in my car and drive across town to go to the store. I talk to the cashier and gave them the wrong pizza order they go to the back and I wait 5 minutes they come back up and said here is ur order.. I look at the 2 different size boxes and I asked are they both larges and they look at my receipt and then open the boxes and it's the wrong order again. Then waiting again and then they finally gave me my correct order that I spent almost 100 bucks on. Didn't offer any type of compensation or anything. Pizza is typically always great and the customer service is there to match. Today you lost a lifelong customer because of your poor customer service and unattention to customer satisfaction. I will not return, and I will definitely be spreading the word. Management is very unexperienced and has no sense of guest retention at all. This day in age the service is most important. We ordered one mountain pizza online which told us it would be ready in 20 minutes. We went to the restaurant after 30 minutes and was still told it would be at least another 15 - 20 minutes. With nowhere to sit this makes for an unpleasant experience. There was no sympathy from the employees who just shrugged it off as "oh well." Their website should reflect real time pickup times so people don't waist their time waiting double the edited pickup time to get their food. Service sucked too. Ordered two pizzas online. One Large Everest and One Large Pepperoni. Waited an hour for delivery to find out I instead received two pepperoni pizzas. Called and sat on hold for fifteen minutes to be told that they would fix it IF I gave them the other pizza back. I then asked for a refund. Put on hold again to be told they would only issue refund IF I return the second pizza. Well I don't really care about the pizza I didn't want. I wanted them to make it right and what I didn't want happening was someone else's night being ruined with a pizza being old and opened by someone it was delivered incorrectly to. We left it on the front porch for them as they asked and asked for a refund. I paid $6.50 more for the combination pizza I did not receive, but putting that aside: Good customer service means making things right. As soon as you were told that there was an issue you should have made it right. Not hold fixing the issue hostage so you could have your incorrect pizza back. I paid for something that you did not provide. It should have been corrected. If my money is not refunded I will be disputing the charges on my card with my credit card company. I've been ordering from this location for 16 years. Never again. Consider this a time to step back and reconsider your practices. No customer should have to wait an hour for a pizza or sit on hold for fifteen minutes or be told you aren't giving them what they pay you for. I have to give this awesome review. Last Thursday December 16th, I did a phone order for pickup. I didn't check my order until I got home and discovered that the wings were buffalo instead of bar b que. I immediately went back and was not able to get a refund, nor was I willing to wait for another order of wings. So the manager gave me a credit for the next call in order because I knew that I was going to order again on Saturday December 18th. When I did the phone order on Saturday, there was no credit. I was placed on hold while the matter was discussed. When I went to pick up my order, I received the credit, but get this...all of the wings were the meaty part, not a flat among them. Very disappointed with Moutian Mike's tonight. Pizza was fine but not what I ordered or paid for. I made an online order with add on's which I was charged for. In the end I received a pizza without any of the original toppings and only the 3 add on's. I called and tried to get the right order and received an offer to keep the pizza and come pick up the right order. That quickly changed to her offering 10% off my next order and a free 2 liter. I'm not sure that even covers the cost of the "extra toppings" I paid for. My response was to keep the pizza and go pick up the right order, she then asked for the pizza back.
