Medium pizza with half pepperoni half combination (no peppers)

This place was packed when I went and I can see why. Delicious pizza. They use a lot of cheese, I'll probably get light cheese next time. Indoor seating, you order at the counter and they bring it out to you.

Pizza is always delicious! Definitely would recommend especially if you love cheese and extra toppings

The best gluten free pizza I've ever had!! Hands down! I was doubtful that it was gluten free, tbh. My family and I have been going to this pizzeria for a while. However, for health reasons I try to follow a gluten free diet. It's really hard to pass up their regular pizza, the dough is delicious. Though, I'm glad I tasted the GF. It's the best! The prices are a little on the higher side but very well worth it. Service is quick and easy. The establishment is a little small in my opinion. I feel that it can be a little bit more open.

Best pizza in town by far. Friendly staff & place is clean. Weekend typically gets busy so we usually order to go. Pricing reasonable and lunch special always great. If you do go during high school lunch hour expect delay in service just something to be mindful of

I was searching for a good place around the area of Manteca and this came up in Ripon which I don't mind driving it was not that far . Yelp did not disappoint. I'm a pizza lover and this really hit the spot . Walking in I was not sure what to expect I saw a lot of tables and I was not sure to find a seat or wait for a waiter, I was kinda confused. I quickly realize it's open seating and you order at the cash register. They have a lot of space and we had a big group so we chose to sit inside a room where they had a bigger tables. We ordered the breadsticks they were so delicious!! The breadsticks came in a shape of a pizza loaded of cheese goodness ! I highly recommend ordering the breadsticks so good ..We ordered a pepperoni pizza , barbecue chicken and the gold dust combo, which was my favorite! These pizzas have generous portions . They are loaded with cheese and all the goodies. They are definitely not shy on the toppings and I love that . I really enjoyed all the flavors we all did . We are glad we decided to come here. They had clean bathrooms next to the bathrooms there is a little game area for kids. It has two of the vintage games and some little quarter machines. The decor inside the restaurant had a Gold Rush theme . which it continued with the menu, some of the pizza names were of the Gold Rush theme which I like how they continued it. Overall, the pizza was very delicious. I didn't really interact with anybody because we ordered at the counter. Everyone seemed nice and attentive bringing the food out they asked if we needed anything else and brought out ranches and stuff we needed fairly quickly and they were very nice. The pizza was very delicious. I would definitely be coming back.

First time trying this pizza spot and it blew me away. Probably one of the better pizza places I've been recently. The restaurant was pretty spacious and had a nice vintage vibes to it inside, very rich in history. The pizza and cheese bread sticks they had are amazing! The food was served hot and fresh. The pizza was very flavorful to the crust. Their ranch was pretty good, really put everything together. One thing to note is the service. The service could have been better. Took me awhile to get extra ranch and my togo box for my leftovers. Nonetheless the experience was amazing and will definitely be back for the pizza and cheese breadsticks! Overall I give this restaurant a solid 4/5 star review. The pizza and cheese bread sticks blew me away. Super cheesy!

Gold Dust Pizza is seriously one of my favorite spots! We had the white sauce pizza with chicken and the BBQ chicken pizza -- both were insanely delicious! The flavors were bold, the crust was perfect, and the toppings were super fresh. We also tried the chicken wings, and they were full of flavor and cooked just right. I honestly wish there was a location closer to us... but maybe it's a good thing there isn't, because I'd probably eat here every day! Can't wait to come back for more -- and the fact that it's right by the Ice Cream Emporium makes it even better! Ambiance was such a cool area and service wasn't too bad, order and sit/ go.

TEN Stars AND TEN Hearts Gold Dust Pizza! What a happy place! I love it!! Full staff working hard in the kitchen to please a full restaurant of excited customers. Do not pass up any chance you have in life to pick up your favorite pizza made here. BEST - The CRUST, world-famous in my book. The flavor is powerfully good, rich, crunchy enough, mouth-watering at first bite, amazing aroma yes I could go on. But they had me at this most delish crust!! I order mine with olives, mushrooms, garlic and jalapenos, Its such a tasty winner. The next best thing is dining IN at Gold Dust!! It is roomy, busy, happy, clean and you get the pizza delivered to your table HOT HOT HOT I love that! Great place for families, guests and groups. It is always busy and that is what makes it all such a great experience. Thank you Mo and Gold Dust Team!

Gold dust pizza absolutely rocks! The pizza here is a 10/10. You can tell they use high quality ingredients in everything they do here. You can taste the quality in everything bite. The crust is outstanding, the sauce is super flavorful, and the cheese is so gooey and delicious. We decided to stop by Gold dust because we were at Boomers in Modesto. Living in Stockton, Ripon is just a little too far to go just for pizza, but since we would be passing through Ripon on the way home it was a no brainer to stop by Gold dust for some of the best pizza that money can buy. On this visit my wife and I got salads and ordered a cheese pizza. The salads were super fresh and very tasty. A few minutes after we finished our salads our pizzas were brought out to us by a very friendly worker. I have found a key to eating cheese pizza from gold dust is to let it cool down for a bit or due to the amount of cheese on the pizza, it will slide off when you take a bite. So while eagerly awaiting to dive in I ordered an ice cold beer and took a few sips while I waited. The pizza was definitely worth the wait. I loved everything about it. This is a must have if you are anywhere around Ripon. You will not be disappointed.

I love pizza way too much and I love finding and trying out new pizzerias. My bf and I came across this place when we were scrolling Yelp for a new spot to try out and with the many good reviews, we had to go for it. We ordered takeout for our Friday night vibes so didn't get to experience the dine-in vibes but it was packed inside! There's plenty of seating and private party rooms as well. The service was quick and friendly and I appreciate how affordable their pizza is. We ordered a medium half veggie and half white chicken pizza. They definitely make some really good pizza and ranch too! If we're ever back in the area, we would definitely try Gold Dust again.

The Digger pizza (Cheese, Salami, Pepperoni, Mushroom, Black Olive, Sausage)

I stopped by for lunch while I was in the area for an event at the Mistlin sports park. It's a quick drive from there. The pizza: The pizza is filling like a Chicago deep dish with its thick crust and generous toppings, but it's not quite as heavy as one (the crust is definitely different than a Chicago deep dish; this pizza is closer to a typical American style pizza). Pizzas loaded with this many toppings tend to suffer from a soggy crust & possibly need a fork and knife to not be messy, but not this one. The bottom was nice and crispy (without being burnt). I was able to hold up the slice in my hand and eat it rather than fork and knifing it. I tried the Digger (Red Sauce, Cheese, Salami, Pepperoni, Mushroom, Olive, & Sausage), which was a great combination of toppings. The beer: They had 8-10 beers or so on tap ranging from swill (coors light) to stuff like Mind Haze and Lagunitas IPA to cali squeeze. Nothing from any tiny, local breweries except for maybe one beer I hadn't heard of before. The beer is relatively cheap. You can get pints or mega size glasses or pitchers. The inside: - the layout is kinda weird. There's 3 entrances and you have to walk up to the counter in the middle of the restaurant to place your order. It feels kinda squished and narrow, esp if you're there when it's busy. - the weird layout may be beneficial for larger parties since there are areas that can be sectioned off for your group. - the weird layout means you may need to squeeze by people waiting in line to get to the soda fountain and bathrooms. - there's several big screen TVs where they were showing football games on. - the bathroom was remarkably clean. There's a couple unisex full room bathrooms. - there's a very tiny "Arcade" in the back. There's one full size, standup video game machine which looked like it had multiple games to choose from. And what looked like quarter machines for little plastic junk toys. I just briefly spotted this on the way to the bathroom so my impression of it may not be entirely accurate. - the gold miner theme is kinda nice. I like me a themed restaurant. Although the place was quite busy when I went, the employees were still nice and friendly. I'd definitely go back here.

Always have a great time here. The pizza is delicious but those bread sticks are so good!! It's usually busy but I never have an issue finding a table. Food: 5/5 Ambiance:4/5 Service: 5/5

We know this restaurant has changed hands again, and unfortunately, the quality seems to have declined. After a couple of disappointing visits, we decided to give it one more shot. We ordered the special with pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. Sadly, it missed across the board. The pizza tasted like frozen pizza--and not even the frozen pizza you secretly enjoy at midnight. The wings were bland and swimming in sauce, and the mozzarella sticks appeared to be straight from the freezer, possibly air-fried. Nothing tasted fresh or worth finishing, and most of the meal ended up in the trash. We didn't complain that night because the staff seemed young, and we weren't interested in making anyone's shift miserable. This review isn't about attacking the employees or piling on a small business. It's really about how disappointing it is to see a local restaurant struggle in a town where we want--and need--independent businesses to succeed. With two other pizza places in town, the food has to improve for this place to compete. I sincerely hope the owners take the recent feedback to heart and turn things around. Small-town restaurants matter, and it would be a shame to lose another one. For now, though, we won't be returning.

Worth Every Minute of the Drive!…read more We made the 28-minute drive from Tracy to try Happy Pizza, and it was absolutely worth it! We ordered a custom pepperoni and sausage pizza with their 3-cheese blend, and wow it was amazing. The pizza was loaded with fresh toppings, super cheesy, and had very little crust, just the way my kids like it. Everything tasted fresh, authentic, and made with care. We also got to sample the pepperoni sticks with hot honey, and they were incredible. The sweet heat from the honey paired perfectly with the pepperoni. Honestly, I could eat those every day... as long as I keep working out! The garlic knots were another highlight. They were soft, fresh, and seasoned perfectly, not overly garlicky, but just the right amount. They practically melted in your mouth with every bite. The customer service was just as impressive as the food. One of the owner's daughters helped check us out, and she did an amazing job. She was friendly, welcoming, and even offered my daughter a popsicle because it was such a hot day. Those little gestures really make a difference. To top it all off, the Jarritos drinks, Fruit Punch and Mandarin were the perfect finishing touch to an already fantastic meal. If you're looking for fresh, authentic pizza, amazing sides, and outstanding customer service, Happy Pizza is a must-visit. We'll definitely be making the drive again and honestly, we'd do it just for that pizza!
