I used the app to order a pickup order well ahead of time. Scheduled for 545. I arrive at 547 and am told it will be out in a few minutes. Perfect. There is one poor little girl at the counter two guys in the back and probably 10 to 15 people waiting in line. Maybe take some of your delivery guys and keep them inside the store. Had a terrible experience and horrible service at this location. They got my pick up order wrong by forgetting toppings. Instead of remaking the pizza, they just threw toppings on the finished pizza and put it back in the oven. Toppings were burnt and clearly not staying on the pizza. When I called them out on it, they lied to me and said they threw away the original pizza. They offered a 2-liter a compensation for the $50 pizza that they messed. Something has changed with the ingredients of their pizza. I used to order here all the time but the last 3 times have been bad. The first time I thought well maybe a fluke. I have ordered twice since and got the same results. I'm not even sure what it is but it's like the sauce tasted spoiled maybe? The crust was mushy. On the third time of being disappointed I called the restaurant just to ask if they had changed something and of course they said no and that they hadn't gotten any other complaints. Very disappointing This was our first time eating this in Turlock. My family usually has our favorite pizzas from a different location, but this was absolutely disappointing. The manager was literally scrolling on her phone and laughed while ignoring the business phone calls during Super Bowl- while we were all sitting waiting for over 5 hours for the pizza we ordered earlier. If any kindness or genuine care was shown I would understand, but just being lazy and laughing is so unprofessional. I would be embarrassed to call her an employee of my establishment... lazy and lacking IQ points is the first describing words when thinking about her. We called at 6:20, after being put on hold for a while, they had issues with our order and then finally said it would be another 30 minutes. We asked for a discount and they gave us a cheap 15% off. Very disappointed in one of our pizza tonight. Not sure if Management has changed but we ordered a lrg pepperoni pizza which came out good and a lrg specialty Tuscan Garlic pizza. First, it was messing sun dried tomatoes and 2nd it was a SLOPPY looking pizza. Garlic just blotched on top of the meat, very little green onions and some of the meat looked burnt. Their solution to "fixing" the issue, we can go pick up a lil container with sundried tomatoes, or they can deliver them after 10 mins when their driver comes back from deliveries, or $2 off our next pizza. The pizza was decent but like many of the other yelpers have pointed out, the service stinks. I put in my order and they told me 30 minutes. I show up 30 minutes later and pay. Every 10 minutes, they say 5 more minutes. I wait there for another 40 minutes. During that time, others are complaining and asking for their money back. The manager, probably the same young age as the employees, came out and wasn't very helpful to anyone. Always been a fan of mountain mikes but it seems to have fallen off. The staff is really nice and very helpful, seems like their suffering though due to it being a thousand degrees in there. Made it very uncomfortable to sit and relax and enjoy the food when it's hotter inside than outside. The place is very outdated and only about three choice's of beer on tap which was kinda flat for my tasting. Food was okay, they brought it out very fast and checked on us often to make sure everything was good. Overall I think 3 stars is a good rating. read more

I was told that it would take 35 minutes, but it was ready in 10. I believe it was ready so quickly because the crust had been previously cooked. I started this review months ago and just now decided to finish it. I wish I had done it back when it happened so I could be sure the people involved could be properly recognized. We received a pizza that didn't have very much meat on it. Normally the pizzas from this location are excellent. We called the store and spoke to the manager. The manager said a new employee apparently needed more training so they thanked us for the feedback and offered a free replacement pizza on a day of our choosing. We continue to buy our pizzas here as a result of this manager seeing our negative experience as an opportunity to provide more training. Not a big deal, we weren't bad customers, the employee wasn't a bad employee, a pizza just needed to be better, a situation to be managed. If only someone had the skills.... This managers customer service skills are rare and should be recognized. read more
