If I could leave 0 starts I would . My mom always orders from Mountain Mike's at this location. They must've gotten new owners because they're very rude. The girl over the phone couldn't even hear her correctly. I'm assuming she doesn't speak English.. and then when they brought the pizza, she asked for a large mountain Mike's large and they gave her a regular large pizza didn't give her plates or anything when she called to complain and talk to the manager he said rudely that she needs to ask if they need it so everyone do not order from here anymore they have new owners and obviously they are rude and not professional horrible customer service zero stars!!!! Thanks Brittney but whom ever is running the business inside currently made you loose a long time customer who purchased frequently due bad customer service and that rude man over the phone who spoke to my mother disrespectfully. I ordered pizza for dinner and wings , this location on Pelendale is usually my favorite location. Not no more!!! So I had to go to Costco so I ordered here . I ordered a large pepperoni stuffed crust with garlic and cheese. And 12 buffalo wings. I had to wait a little bit for pizza which was fine because I called ahead and showed up early. When I paid I was arguing with the guy for ranch he said I get none that they are 50 cents each. But you are supposed to get some with your wings!! When I grabbed pizza from I guessing the owner he said the guy that rang me up was new and didn't know and he gave me 1 ranch for my 12 wings!!!! You are supposed to get 1 ranch per 6 wings! When I got home and opened the box I was shocked!!!!! Pizza was so small! And the crust looked deflated. Like there was no crust. I had break open to make sure it was stuffed. I'm telling you I think little ceasers is bigger definitely! When I gave to kids immediately after I got home. They were very disappointed with the size. And they all had to warm their pizza up in the microwave because even though the guy just gave it to me, it was cold. The wings were a joke. There was one decent sized wing, and all the rest were super tiny. Pizza did not have the normal Mountain Mike's taste. You know Mountain Mike's is more pricey but it's usually worth it. Pepperoni is epic. You can never go wrong with mountain Mike's pepperoni. It's like they're staple that they're known for . Until now .When I tried to buy the pizza, it tasted horrible.. I've definitely had better pizza at Little Caesars.. I will never return to this location again. I have went to this location for years and never had this problem.. I believe that they have changed owners because I've never seen the people there that I've seen before. I will continue going to the McHenry or the Standiford location.. they stay consistent. We order pizza about once a week from mountain mikes Pelandale. Tonight's pizza was the best. We always order a large half pepperoni half cheese thin crust. It was Cooked perfectly with crispy thin crust and crunchy pepperoni. And it was only a few minutes from ordering to delivery. We came for lunch buffet on a Friday at 12:15pm and I asked if there was any of the Himalayan pizza and they said they can make it. went in and ordered their buffet, this was around 12:30p.m. lunch hour on a Thursday. when I went to the salad bar they were out of lattice the guy working the counter said he'd get some, 10 min. later still no lattice, on the pizza bar they were putting out small pizza they must have been sliced into twelve slices they were so small and they put out only two small pizza at a time and sometimes for several minutes there would be no pizza on the bar at all there were several adults having the buffet so as soon as they put the pizza out it would be gone. Estimated time for pick up was 9:36pm but when we got there at 9:35pm it was pitch black, closed, no one there, no one answered phone call. If you're closed at 9pm or 9:30pm please update your time or maybe don't allow for people to place orders for pick up til 10pm. Go here about twice a month and have never had a bad pizza. Service is always fast and friendly. Usually go in the early afternoon so there's not really much of a crowd, but they do get busy at times. Plenty of tvs on the walls so there's really not a bad place to sit. You can request what pizza you'd like when ordering the lunch buffet, eat from a well stocked and well kept salad bar, and have plenty of choices as to what pizza you'd want to try as they make 4 plus pizzas at a time with breadsticks! That's not including our requested Memphis. When the Memphis came out, the manager Denika went as far as tossing it and remaking a fresh one because the cabbage was looking too old! I mean she was ready to go buy more cabbage at the store if we wanted! Of course we weren't going to make her do that but man, that's superb customer service and dedication if you ask me. Now on to the quality. The soda is properly mixed and not watered down and the pizzas are always fresh and made how they oughta be! No skimping on ingredients and cooked to perfection! If you ask me, Denika and Sandeep make a powerhouse business partnership providing top notch customer service which leads to customer satisfaction! My Husband ordered on line a small Pepperoni Pizza and it said it would be ready in 45 mins. W live not 2 mins away and by the time he arrived home the pizza was COLD and it was made with no crust at all!!!!! I get pizza a couple times a month from different locations, but before COVID-19, I would usually pick it up because the family doesn't like to wait. Now with COVID-19, I'd rather not go out. So, I get the order delivered, roughly an hour later (which is understandable, as I am sure they are busy with COVID-19), and I ask the girl who is delivering if she has cheese and peppers. She said, "Oh no, I don't have any...you have to ask for cheese and peppers". What?!!
