Our family was so looking forward to pizza. We made our order online at 530 pm and then by 7 pm we still had not received it, by that time I called them to find out where our pizza was, they said they delivered it already. Well one of my neighbors comes strolling up to our house with her baby and dropped it off because they had delivered it to the wrong house. They insisted they delivered it to the right house. We refused to take them because someone else had touched it. So they offered to remake it all (which would take another 45 minutes), but refused to give us a discount or offer any compensation for clearly their mistake. They kept saying the delivery driver did come to the right address, but she didn't we were standing outside and waiting. So we told them to refund our money we didn't want it anymore and they said they had to take back the pizzas they delivered and I said fine. So they went back to the wrong address to pick up the pizzas and then called us and said the pizzas weren't out there and I said no because you are at the wrong address. They continued to deny going to the wrong address. My husband stood outside the entire time waiting for them to come pick up the pizzas so we know they were at the wrong address the whole time. They eventually sent a different driver who ended up coming to the right address and picked them. Update: We have since talked to a manager of the store. He was very nice and apologized. We will try this location again in the future and hopefully have a better experience. read more

This is the worse food ever! Order a chicken club pizza and the boneless buffalo tenders. The food was dried.....the chicken on the pizza tasted like it had been in an oven all day! The chicken buffalo tenders the same! Dried, dried, dried...... We also did not notice how the box had dirty grease marks all over it until we got home. Our conclusion is the pizza was a mistake (a customer did not want it) and we came along and happen to order this particular pizza, which was probably sitting under their warmer or whatever they use for hours!!!! How can you serve customers with this kind of food? Thought it was cool another show pig family left a review, while they said it took a long time they did say it tasted great. So, I ordered online.... Yep, it took FOREVER again to get the pizza! I love coming here from 11AM-4PM for their lunch specials! I usually order the #1 which is a mini pizza + soda for around $6.50, which I don't think it is bad at all! The workers are mostly young kids but are really helpful and sweet. Although they are a little more on the expensive side than say Pizza Hut or Dominoes. Food and service is good. First time here on Sunday and have lived in turlock all my life. But since our other pizza place preference no longer has a salad bar we decided to try it out. Was very DISAPPOINTED when I asked where was the handicap table. They don't have one. By law they should have one available. So this place is NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HANDICAP, NOT ACCESSIBLE. They suggested I pull out a bench. This place has not one chair available ,only benches. The benches are for 2-4 people so by pulling one out no one can sit by the person on wheelchair. They have single benches but thats if you are 1-2 people. It was 4 of us. We had to attach a small table to a booth. Anyhow very uncomfortable situation. Deserves 2 stars at best. Trust all the bad reviews. Expect long waits for average pizza, I don't know why they suck so much? Like even if they're not that busy they can't seem to get the pizza out at a normal waiting time. Out of every place in town this is the place where I've consistently had the longest waits. Also if you're a DoorDasher- don't ever accept orders from here- I experienced a 2 hour wait for a $5 order once. What else oh yea skimping you on a large order of fries with a small handful of cold fries is also a thing here apparently. If I could give no stars I would! I literally just made a Yelp account to write a review for this shitty place! Called for a delivery and spoke to a man named Alex, the RUDEST man EVER. When I asked to speak to the manager he chuckled and snapped back saying his name is Alex and he'll explain the situation to him himself and put me on hold right away without waiting for my response. The manager,Brandon, came on the phone and apologized and seemed uninterested in the matter and seemed to have the snappy attitude himself. I obviously did not place the order nor ever will. As I scrolled the Yelp reviews for this place I noticed that another user had also reviewed about Alex 5 MONTHS AGO! Why is he still working? Clearly he doesn't love his job and has no sense of customer service or respect in that matter. First off, I LOVE the pizza here. There is something about it that sits well in my stomach and tickles my taste buds. However, the staff, dining area and price are terrible. Staff - The staff is rude and disinterested. Oddly enough, the female staff seems more rude than the male staff. They do not offer you anything by way of cheese or pepper, you have to ask for every little thing you get. The conversations I have overheard from the staff are also inappropriate for a place that kids eat. I assume that the ownership pays them poorly and therefor they don't give a crap about the place, so it maybe both side of the coin on this issue. Dine-In - The dining area is horrible. The furniture is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Wooden booths??? What the hell were they thinking? Good luck sitting in them if you have a gut too. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned. The way they penny pinch the salad/pizza bar is ridiculous! They put out 2 personal size pizzas at a time and wait till there is only 1 slice left before refreshing it. The salad bar is questionable too. The veggies look far from fresh and the dressings look like they sit out at room temperature. I actually chucked a salad once because the ranch smelled rotten. Price - With so many other pizza places dropping prices and having take out deals, you would think that Mountain Mike's would want to try and compete, but it seems like they don't care. I know you pay for what you get and a pizza from Little Cesar's vs. Mountain Mike's is no competition, but at least try to cut us a deal. After being a customer to this location for years, today was the worse experience. I always order online and today my order almost took two hours to get home. Having guests at the house for my birthday it was a complete disaster for sure. After finally getting my order the girl did not bring cheese and peppers. She mentions that I was suppose to order that too when placing the order. Never before did I have to ever order cheese and peppers while placing an online order. She says she will bring me some when she finishes her deliveries and I said ok. 20 minutes later a different guy brings them to me and says he is un aware of anything since he is new and says to just call to get an answer! Hands down, the best pizza in Turlock. It's cooked nice and crunchy with plenty of toppings. When I went, the two girls up front was very nice. I walked in without calling in my order first. And got myself a combination Everest. (Size bigger then the large too) And they made it for me in 24 minutes. Not to bad. Went here because of the $ 6.99 All You can Eat Buffet. Let's just say I came away disappointed. I know Mountain Mike's have quality pizza however; today was not a good day. Most of the pizzas had only one topping and/or the pizza was not to my liking. For example, the Canadian Bacon and Pineapple pizza the pizza had like two pieces of pineapple and big slice of canadian bacon on it. My family and I used to come here all the time and it was great customer service & didn't have long wait times. Now it looks like young teenagers run the place and a group of them were all hanging around the counter just talking and talking. It took 5 minutes before someone actually acknowledged me and they said they haven't even started my order. Had to wait 30 minutes & it was an online order. The girl asked me if I wanted to leave and come back in a little bit, I told her no I'd wait. As I sat and watched all the people come in for pickup none of their pizzas were ready either and some weren't even acknowledged as well. Very poor customer service. If it wasn't for the pizza I would be giving this place a one star review. Employees are young and the ones I interacted with lack any customer service skills at all. The dining room was unkept and the table we sat at was dirty and sticky which required us to move to another table that was just sticky (I guess that's better). The salad bar looked like a tornado blew it all to hell and lacked lettuce and many of its primary toppings So we ordered mozzarella sticks and a mountain size (XL) pizza. The mozzarella sticks were cold and tasted like something we could have bought from the Dollar General. However, the pizza was great and almost made up for everything else. Mind that we live in Cressey and it took 20+ mins one way and another 20+ back. When I arrived home I open the box and it's a pineapple not pepperoni.
