Went there with family on a Sunday at around 8:15 The price for two large pizzas and 5 drinks was about 57 dollars, not bad. The pizza was AMAZING, the lady who rung us up was the owner, very kind lady I chose to write a review because I went in there with the idea that I was going to have a bad experience and everything was going to go wrong, I read a lot of the reviews before going in and had this image of what this place and service would be like I'm assuming they count the plates because there's no point in giving extra plates if they're just going to be thrown out, if you ask for an extra one there's no reason why they would say no She (the owner) looked like a first time owner to me and I know they like to be involved in their business, (looking around, staring, being demanding towards employees) not the best idea but come on, put yourself in her shoes Anyways, food was great! Updated review is for their weekday 11:00am to 2:00pm lunch pizza buffet ($13.99+TX) which still includes pizza, salad bar & soda. Haven't been here since pre-pandemic days and then some because even though the competition offers a better pizza buffet, this one was an occasional fall back then because of the slightly cheaper price point. Upon this revisit, fast-forward to today...quality wise nothing has changed, in fact in some ways it's gotten worse. So is the price as they are pretty much on par charging what other similar pizza buffets do. Same ol, same ol: the absolutely unhappy, borderline rude, miserable and crass old lady is still running the place. I didn't see the son or husband from past visit but she's still there like a pus-filled, angry pimple that won't go away! Quality of the pizza choices took more of a downward turn. The selections today were pepperoni, veggie, Hawaiian, and cheese. The pepperoni was pathetic, maybe 3-4 burnt, nickel size pieces on each slice, some with just 2 pieces. Even though I'm the least fan of "Hawaiian" pizza, I just wanted some meat on my pizza, and what I got was a small paper thin slice of ham topped with a bunch of pineapple bits. The cheese pizza was dried out, overcooked and disgusting. The veggie was the only decent tasting one. A happy and fair medium would be if they had made the veggie into a combo? My biggest beef with Mt Mikes is their crust is very thick which this location strategically incorporates so they can ultra skimp on toppings. Nothing at this location remotely looks like their ad. Salad bar is still very basic, using low quality produce...limp iceberg lettuce swimming in water, assorted other veggies, toppings and dressings. It's always a mess, food items spilled into other containers, globs of salad dressing dropped everywhere. Some containers were empty when I got there at about 12:45p and weren't filled till the end of the buffet...what is up with that! At 1:30pm I noticed they completely stopped bringing out any pepperoni pizza; about 15 minutes later they stopped bringing out any pizza. At that time, the only area I noticed the grumpy manageress refilling was the salad bar area...again what is up with that! Oh speaking of the manageress, yes she still walks by people frequently, stares, comes back and stares again uncomfortably as though she's suspicious of you doing something. She should be managing the kitchen production and overall dining experience better at this dismal location. The only humorous thing was the nearly 10" inch straw you get with a kids soda cup, LMAO! Save your $15 bucks, skip this place and head across town (or out of the area) to competitors for a better value and dining choices. read more

This used to be my go-to pizza until one time I called to place an order and the lady who owns the place yelled at me for "calling repeatedly and not saying anything" I reviewed my call history while she was berating me wondering if I pocket dialed them but nope. When I said it wasn't me she called me a liar and said to not call back. So I never called back. Judging by some of the other reviews, she hasn't changed. This location only gets more than one star because yes the pizza is really good, the place is kept clean, and the other staff has always been nice. While going to this location today the lady that helped me at the counter made me and my daughter's feel uncomfortable while dining in for the all you can eat buffet she was constantly watching our every move we weren't comfortable because every time we would get up she would follow us from behind the counter checking what we would serve ourselves the whole time we were there. She went as far as sitting in the dining are to take her break but she made sure to sit right in front where she could keep an eye on us it wasn't too busy there was another table there all guy's and when they left they took food with them she didn't say anything to them. We felt uncomfortable eating there and we were getting ready to leave we didn't finish our pizza and since those guys took it with them I didn't see any problem with Taking our two slices each since I volunteer at a soup kitchen and feed the homeless I thought about handing the pizza to them since I didn't want it to go to waste and she stopped us at the door and made us throw it away she said we were not allowed to take it that if I wanted to take it I had to pay her another $20 for it I honestly felt harassed by her I always come here and we always order take out but since having this bad experience I will no longer go eat here and won't be ordering from here in the future I will definitely pass this information along to friends family and coworkers who also go here I will definitely not recommend people to eat here read more

My family was able to find 3 tables not all together but near so when a large family left. My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years! This is perhaps their favorite pizzeria in town! The prices are generally the same compared to all other pizzerias. As far as most restaurants go, I would say they're pretty generous with their toppings. Especially their simple pepperoni pizzas. Mountain Mikes has a very distinct taste that many people love. My only complain is that the crust and the bottom part of the pizza seem a little overcooked and crunchy, but some people love that! I'm impressed with the rapid way they restock the pizza lunch buffet and salad bar! The owners are ALWAYS nice to differently abled adults who eat here! They greet everyone with a smile and a happy welcoming attitude. The restaurant has been very clean every time I've eaten here. There's a variety of video games for the kids to play and safe high chairs for the smaller children to sit in while eating. The family atmosphere is so safe and inviting it makes bringing ur kids here lots of fun! When I opened the container with the wings I could not believe what I saw. These things they called boneless wings were these small round-ish discs that when you bit into them you find out its almost entirely some kind of coating with a ultra thin piece of chicken. Ordered online using the Yelp app. Got a confirmation email with pick up time of 7:35pm. Got there right on time only to be told (by Deanna) there is no order. Gave my name, phone number, even pulled up the email confirmation and still they have no order in their system. She doesn't even offer to make the order on the spot.
