I had been traveling over 50 minutes to another town for many years, and this change has been wonderful. My dog is 14, and Katie specializes in older dogs, which means so much to me. The experience is always fast, pleasant, and stress-free. I truly appreciate that when I make an appointment, the appointment time is honored. I usually pick my dog up within two hours. It's a fantastic local, family-owned business. Katie pays close attention to detail, is incredibly kind, and I love supporting someone who is part of our town and community. She also has a great selection of treats at affordable prices, and the grooming prices are very reasonable as well. Overall, it's just an amazing place. I originally stopped at this business to get my frenchie's nails trimmed....which they did right away and were SOOOOO nice to not only my pup but me as well! This business is absolutely amazing! They did such a good job on Boo Boo's nails for a VERY reasonable price. I immediately booked her for a full service grooming! We have two frenchies and an English Bulldog. I can already tell we will be regulars here. The business is such a nice facility set up so well and the staff, AMAZING. They are beyond kind and great with customer service! They do a wondeful job and provide a full array of grooming services. They also have a cute little shop in the front with everything from treats, collars, supplements, etc. to healthy food options. 100/10 stars! Hands down, the best grooming service, kindest staff and reasonably priced groomers. If I moved away I would find a way to continue taking my dog Charlie here. I can always trust that my dog is safe, not in distress, and that they trim his BLACK nails down all the way without clipping it too far down. The staff is so careful with dogs crossing other dogs in the back so there is never an altercation or issue. You can really tell the staff loves animals and what they do. They spend quality time with your pet, and sometimes even send them out with a cute little bow on their collar. For my short haired large dog, with even his teeth brushed I pay no more than $40 before tip. I am so grateful for this crew, location and their services and look forward to every appointment. Excellent grooming, very very kind groomer gals, they handle special-needs older dog very well and are very affordable. Our 15-year-old cockapoo has had many groomers - he was first my late parents dog, and then after he came to us our first groomer retired, then we moved, and recently the local fires shut down these gals so we had to go to a different groomer. So our experience of having gone to a few not so great groomers casts a beautiful light on these gals who do an excellent job. Highly recommend them! read more

This has been the very first professional grooming experience for my 1 year old Aussie and I couldn't be happier. She was a little skittish at first but the entire staff was so kind and loving, they knew exactly what to do to put her at ease. After two hours we had a pup that looks like a million bucks. I can't praise Katy and her staff enough, they are extremely professional at a price that just can't be beat. I hate even giving this dog groomer one star. They deserve no stars. After A. groomed my dog, my dog came home with blisters around her private area. I had to take her to the vet for cream. The vet explained that the groomer used an extremely hot clipper on her and burned the skin on and around her genitals. When I explained to this groomer what happened, there was no accountability at all. Not even remotely interested in acknowledging what she had done. Horrible customer service and negligent in terms of my pet's well being. My dog suffered at the hands of this groomer. Please don't put your animal through this same trauma. This groomer does not care about you or your pet. read more
