It's on until July 2, 2023. If you have the chance, go see it. Tickets are so reasonable. We paid $25 and sat in row B center ! Intimate theater at it's best. Plus afterwards there's a cabaret for $5 with soft drinks, popcorn and hotdogs on the patio. Lovely way to spend a summer evening. No long drives to Pittsburgh to see quality theater productions, inexpensive seats and the offerings are always fun. In years past we saw Lend me a tenor and Nunsense. Cast members have both local roots and haIl from NYC. Everyone of them is a professional. The theater itself has comfortable seating and has enough rise to accommodate even a large person sitting in front of you and you can still see the stage. No bobbing your head from side to side to see the action. As a 5'4" woman I usually have trouble with this at other theaters.

The live orchestra was spot on with the music. It was amazing to watch the actors freeze their action spread throughout the stage while another cast member sang and danced a solo. Excellent direction by Mike Cavalier and his choreography were key reasons this cast performed so well. The auditorium sound system and lighting director added to our entertaining evening. A clever set design used elevators, swinging doors, and even speedy scene changes to quickly change from various offices, street scenes and the mail room. Excellent work. The performances were great as was the set design, sound, etc. The theater is a nice size. There is a decent size parking lot adjacent to the main building plus plenty of overflow parking close by. They had a concession area and gift shop set up in the lobby for snacks and show related keepsakes. This is a great local theater venue and cannot wait to bring the kids back.

There are usually several main stage adult musicals and plays every year in addition to two or three children's focused productions. Everyone involved puts their heart and soul into the productions, and it really shows on the stage. You really get an insane amount of value for the price that you pay for tickets (usually around $20). The theater lobby was recently renovated including a much needed redo of the bathrooms. They have a fairly well stocked concession stand that offers a variety of chips, candy and popcorn. In the summer months, they also often serve ice cream in the ed center located next door. Seating is either in the balcony or on the ground level and seats are decently spaced out and fairly comfortable. There is on street parking nearby but also several larger lots within quick walking distance. I highly recommend checking out a performance here. You won't regret it!

I cannot believe the outstanding level of talent, and entertainment, I have experienced for less than 20.00 dollars a performance. This two- level theater is small, and intimate. Dedicated staff, and volunteers, add their personal touch to help their patrons have an enjoyable outing. Because the theater is small, foot traffic in, and around lobby can get a little tight at times. Especially if ticket purchase, snack counter, and rest room lines overlap. During intermission, it has been a tradition to offer a serving of ice cream in exchange for a small donation. Nice gesture and well-received. I highly recommend taking the time to catch one of their upcoming shows.

Where else can you see a live theater production for under $20? My only criticism is that the playbill was rather flimsy. There was a "touchless" program available by texting to a number. Once there, it only provided a synopsis of the play and not much else and Information on ACT. I understand trying to control costs, but I'd pay another dollar on my ticket price to have a playbill with more information in my hands. Also there was no information on this beautiful venue and how or when it was restored.

Since 2016 this non-profit group of folks has been bringing some delightful productions to the community with some very talented thespians, directors, production crews, and artists of all kinds to put on a variety of outstanding productions. My daughter has been in shows here and I had a distinct pleasure, on Father's day, of attending a most excellent production of "Harps and Harmonicas". She is currently looking to be in one or more productions here in the near future and I have been impressed with the people involved in this great little community theater both out front and behind the scenes. This season (202) has The Boys Next Door, The Mad Ones, Doubt: A Parable and Musical on tap so far this season. Bottom line: They need more parking so if you don't arrive early you might be pressed to seek it out on the surrounding streets, the theater isn't huge but it's quaint and there are some really talented folks here with a lot of heart.
