They said yes so I drove right over. The "vet" is incompetent. He barely wanted to touch my dog. He looked at him and said "I don't see an abscess" when there was a softball hanging from my dog's stomach. Picked my 70 pound dog up to show him and he asked in a very condescending tone "what makes you think it's an abscess?" I explained my reasoning and knowledge and they let me know that they will only do a fine needle aspartate+cytology and the results would be back in days. Remember that I'm traveling and will not be anywhere in the area. I asked for a lance and flush because I was concerned the rapid growth will cause a painful rupture. He says no, that they don't "have that capability" and that yeah, it will just rupture probably. Did not tell me the "exam" was an asinine $65. Drove all the way to Fresno. Guess what. It was an abscess from a spider bite. Lanced, flushed, meds in record time. Save yourself the time and money from this place as you will get no actual solutions, even when they tell you on the phone they will. I want my $65 back because they didn't actually do anything. Also, should have listened to my dog, he did not like this vet at all.

I was told I'd receive a call back, and never did. This veterinary office is listed on the care credit businesses, but they don't accept it because they are charged to use it. Approcomitly 600$ estimated for the surgery. To top it off, the only "help" i was offered was to buy the antibiotics without the surgery. Making them money and doing nothing for my pet, Dr. Pudlow even explained to me before that antibiotics wouldnt help until the surgery was done. A month of important time wasted, now to find a vet office that's focused on animal care and not just money.

We were in an incredibly painful situation, our dog had bitten our daughter in the face twice and needed to be euthanized for her safety. We had adopted him from a shelter, and finding a compassionate, affordable option was not easy. Shelters were at capacity, the SPCA quoted over $500, and other vets were similarly overpriced. We called Northpoint, received a price over the phone, and made the 45-minute drive from out of town, already emotionally drained. What we experienced once we arrived made a devastating day so much worse. First, upon arrival we were informed, for the first time, that we needed to bring paperwork from the shelter where we adopted our dog. No one mentioned this when we called. Staff attempted to contact the shelter themselves, said they couldn't reach them, and then told us they might not be able to help us at all. My husband had to get back in the car, drive to the shelter to retrieve immunization records, and return, adding significant time and stress to an already traumatic experience. Second, when we were finally seen, they quoted us a higher price than what we were given over the phone. They also attempted to add an urgent care fee, claiming we had been given an urgent appointment, which was not true. My husband had to push back just to get them to reconsider. When he mentioned the original price we were quoted by phone, staff told him there was nothing they could do. We were grieving. We were exhausted. We had already driven nearly an hour and a half round trip for paperwork. And Northpoint chose that moment to add surprise fees and dismiss our concerns entirely. It felt like they knew we had no other options and used that against us. I wouldn't wish this experience on any family already going through the pain of losing a pet. If you're in a similar situation, I'd encourage you to get everything, pricing and requirements, in writing before you make the trip.

He does however know all the commands and performs quit well with collar. Price: $4,000 and I had 5 weeks the first time and then 2 weeks back again. My Husky may have ADHD and can jump over 6 ft, so he is just young and very excitable and hard to train....... 1. Unless your dog is under 10lbs, you most likely will need 4 -weeks of training - Zak (sales guy) promotes a 2 week class for $2,500. This is not enough time for most dogs. 2. I bought 4 weeks and was told this would be enough. Matt (Owner) thru in an extra week at the request of the trainer. So, my first round with this company was (5) weeks. My Male Husky would mind the commands with collar on only, when coming home first time. I worked with him for over 30 days and then took him back for the LIFETIME GUARANTEE. 3. Lifetime Guarantee: I had to be persistant, but Matt did put my dog back in school for another (2) weeks. (I worked with my dog extensively for 30 days between the 1st visit and taking him back). 4. 2nd time around, (2 more weeks) dog had a different trainer and the Dog showed more improvements. He really knew all commands and minded very, very well with collar on. Still got out and ran away a couple times, but when he is in house and/or on leash, with collar, minded very well. A+ 4. SUMMARY: 7 weeks total. 5 weeks and then another 2 weeks. COST around $4000. 5. E-Collar: If your dog is over 50lbs, the e-collar they give you may not be strong enough. I had them upgrade me to the 1200. My Husky is stubborn, has very thick hair and is very determined to do whatever he feels like. 6. So, i have had our hunting dogs trained professionaly. IT TAKES 4 MONTHS TO train a professional hunting dog to hunt ducks and still you have good dogs and Great dogs. BEWARE: IT TAKES AT LEAST 4 WEEKS TO TRAIN ANY DOG WELL. I GAVE THEM 4 STARS. SOME DOGS MAY ONLY NEED 4 WEEKS OF TRAINING BEFORE THEY ARE TOTALLY OFF-LEASH. HOWEVER, LARGE STUBBORN DOGS MOST LIKELY WILL REQUIRE 4-8 WEEKS OF TRAINING TO ACHIEVE THE TOTAL OFF-LEASH CLAIM. MY DOG NEVER ACHIEVED THE "OFF LEASE CLAIM". PROS AND CONS: K9 - PROS: VERY GOOD TRAINERS AND MATT (OWNER) Is fair and reasonable. Be persistant though..... Does take some time TO CONTACT OWNER FOR LIFE TIME GUARANTEE. Would be better to let phone answering service schedule this, however, you must contact owner. I assume this is because owner must now pay trainers "out of pocket" and this reduces profit. BE PERSISTANT........ OVERALL: GOOD EXPERIENCE AND RECOMMEND THEM, but you need to go with at least 4 weeks and then you can use your Life time if needed.
