I know in our store we use to force people to hurry up so we could close, but now we let the customers do the shopping and just keep reminding them per intercom that the store is now closed. I eat EVOO at least once a day. Although I am not picky about the taste, I care a lot about the quality. How it was described to me by the staff here was thar their products start with an EVOO and then they infuse various spices, herbs, etc into them. After the infusion, they no longer meet the technical definition of EVOO so they cannot advertise as such. I got to try about 10 different infusions and my absolute favorite was the wild mushroom and sage. I liked it so much that I ended up buying a big bottle of it to go. It was 30 dollars and I believe it is 25 oz. I didn't think It was too expensive compared to single origin EVOO bottles I typically buy at Costco and Trader Joe's. The service was excellent. There is absolutely no pressure to purchase anything and I was encouraged to try as many different varieties as possible. Ambiance really fits what this store is about. They call it a tasting room and I had no idea when I woke up i would be spending time at an olive oil tasting room! And it was super fun and eye-opening. Highly recommended!
